Awful experience here. I went to get my dip powder filled, but told them that I wanted to pick a new color. The guy didn’t take the old dip powder off, and picked a pink that didn’t match what I previously got done in my nails. After he applied it he said it looked like ombre and that I shouldn’t dislike the service he provided because I was “getting ombre nails for cheap.” Since he didn’t take the old dip powder off, my nails lasted for 3 days before they all chipped off. Not to mention he cut me multiple places while trying to trim my cuticles. I won’t be returning.

Today was my first time ever getting my nails done. I had the best experience ever!!! I had Sandy & she was the most gentle person ever. She is an amazing artist and I feel the price was actually cheap for how hard she worked on my nails! I am super impressed and really really love this place. I will be going back many more times. ♡ they are so clean, professional, friendly and just overall great!! I got an almond shape, ombre with a sparkly pink and sparkly white. Im obsessed. Just go there, you wont regret it one bit!!! :-)

Absolutely incredible experience! Emily and Tom did a wonderful job on our manicures and pedicures! My wife was beyond happy at the finished product. WE WILL be regular customers.

Well I wanted to give this place 5 stars bc its close to work and a fill is only 18 bucks. Every polish I picked was sticky and the tech blamed me for picking the colors DISPLAYED ON THEIR WALL! say what?

The nails themselves are good but the owner cannot design to save her own life.

She left my fingers in a bowl of nail polish remover for over a half an hour and moved over to my mom sitting next to me. She took nails off that were perfectly fine and didn’t need taken off and she ripped them off very aggressively and made rude comments when she noticed i was in pain. my nails were very uneven and rough. They were all different shapes and sizes. my left hand looked very different from my right hand and from leaving my hand in the lamp for too long, they paint was moving all around and she painted right over top and my ring finger cracked and she put topcoat right over top of it. I asked for flowers on both ring fingers and she put two different flowers on. All around she was very rude and unprofessional. Never going back

Quite possibly the sloppiest manicure I have ever had done. Had my nails done by one of the males. I had to tell him multiple places to clean my nails/fingers, and by the 10th time I was ready to walk out. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else! I wish I would have listened to the other one star reviews.

Great place to have your nails done. My wife goes here & they are very curious to her. She tells me that every time she comes home she says that they are great at what they do. The prices are average but she likes to tip well due to great service. She will probably be getting her nails done here forever. Lol

They offer a variety of styles flair, coffin, short, active, long, stilletto, ballerina etc. BUT ONLY gel or acrylic. Selection of colors.

My girlfriend came in to get her nails done here the one guy was nice and gentle when he did her design but the one that did her full set was very rude and rough with her I don’t recommend this place because after we left my girlfriend’s nails were burning

I have been going here for years. They have always treated me with the utmost respect, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Their work cant even be compared to other nail salons. Several times I have waited far too long to get my nails filled, and yet I still receive compliments about how pretty they are and asked who does them.As far as the waiting for appointments: Do you yell at the doctor when he takes you back 30 mins late?

Yes, sometimes you wait, but most often the wait is not very long. If they cannot seat you within a reasonable timeframe, they tell you so and ask if you can come back later.The technicians at Fancy Nails do nice work, are pleasant and funny. But, the best part --in my opinion is that they do not carry on conversations with each other in their native language while their customers sit and wonder what they are saying.

Made 2 appointments in one week and they were not honored. I was told over an hour wait and to come back. The 2nd appointment, I called at 10 and asked if my appointment was still ok for 12:30 and they said yes. Showed up and I was told an hour and a half wait. Please honor your appointments, people make them for a reason.

By far the worst salon experience of my life! To begin they tried to roto-file off my nail polish instead of using polish remover. They they didnt not file my nails well. My thumbs, in particular looked very uneven.I asked for a gel french manicure. The first manicurist did such a poor job on my left hand that another stepped into fix it. She then blamed me for distracting her on my right hand - where she didnt clean up the polish on my thumb before putting it under the light. The white portion on my nails are translucent in some areas and globby in other. I was in the chair for more than 2 hours. They charged me $35. Five days later I have multiple chips. I would not recommend.

I Asked to have my nails filed short and I was told that cant do that. The worker then very roughly then proceeded to push my cuticles back and when I jumped he ask havent you ever had your nails done? He then began to cut my cuticles, at this point I was very tense and feeling unwelcome so he grabbed my hand shook it and told me to relax! I then asked to just pay for the services rendered completely fed up and I was charged for a FULL manicure, of which I did NOT get. I will never go back to this business and dont recommend it to anyone.
