Outstanding customer service! Jacque was great. So patient and answered all questions we had. Not pushy. Worked with us to find something that was affordable and still great quality. I was so surprised by the amount of options they have! We priced carpet at a big box retailer and for lesser quality carpet it was still more affordable at Levensteins. I’ve had several comments on how great the carpet feels to walk on. We love supporting local business and we would definitely do business with Levensteins again!

I live in Indy and they always are more reasonable than the big city guys and are still willing to take on my jobs up here. I highly recommend.

Was not impressed with customer service. Ended up purchasing from a big box retailer in Cincinnati. If you are looking for small town charm this is not the place for you. Better off saving money and buying from a chain store. Sad to see the local guys dont care.

So many options it took me weeks to decide what I wanted to do. Once I finally decided what flooring I wanted, they gave me advice on how to install it. I did have a small problem with the flooring (manufacturer issue) and they are fixing it! Great customer service and great people to work with!

Mr levenstein would be rolling in his grave to see what this company has become. We bought for years. Sad to say we used empire. The customer service and integrity of the installers has gone completely down hill.

We purchased our carpet at Levensteins when we built our house in 2005 and it still looks great! Expert installation and great quality carpet!

Levensteins just complete our custom walk-in shower. They are outstanding folks and did a very professional job from start to finish. Rick and Jackie were great in working thru all our options and helping us select the best design and materials. Along the way Rick and Jim provided invaluable support in answering all our questions and insuring a professional installation. Ryan and Tyler completed the installation on time and did a great job, we could not be happier. This is our second or third project with Levensteins and they are top notch to work with from carpet to custom walk-in showers.

Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. We ended up calling empire direct. The installer seemed zoned out and the manager was beyond arrogant. As a women in Greensburg Im extremely dissatisfied. Do not use this company

Horrible experience. Management did not honor my no interest financing. Lowes was wonderful 36 months no interest financing and half the price.

Carpet installation was below average. The installer Andrew was extremely overweight and out of shape .I was in fear that I may have to call 911 .Lowes is the way to go #metoo

Would not price match. 60 percent higher than Lowes.

I got bed bugs after carpet installation! Save yourself!
