The technician was punctual, kind and patient. He was quick and efficient. I was unhappy about the edging of the carpet. The owner, Mark himself came out to take a look. Just some education on my part as to why edges may look darker or dirty. Mark still took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. A really kind stand up guy.Thank you.. The men showed up, cleaned a long run dryer vent pipe. When they were finished they went out of their way to reconnect the dryer better than it was before. Friendly, professional and thorough. Definitely recommend Master Kleen.

Master Kleen was very accommodating as I had to change my appt date a few times. The crew that came to clean my air ducts arrived on time and explained the process to me prior to beginning. They also had before and after pictures to show me the difference after they cleaned, Im so glad I had this done!

I really appreciated that the came on time. As a nurse, I dont work the same schedule each week so I need to get as much done as possible on my days off. Because of their timeliness, I was able to keep all of my appointments that day. I also love how my carpets look. Not only do they look great, they smell great too. Did an awesome job. I had an area carpet that we removed and you could definitely tell where it was at. After Master Kleenn came in and scrubbed the carpets it was very hard to tell where it was.

I was very happy with the air duct cleaning service I received from Master Kleen. I could not believe how dirty my air ducts were before they started, and I can feel assured knowing that everything is clean and clear now.

The carpet looked brand new when they finished cleaning. I have two dogs and the carpet looked beat down where they go in and out of the house. I was amazed how after cleaning it brought it back to life. The other thing I liked was that the carpet wasnt soaked with water. It dried within three hours. I highly recommend Master Kleen. This year, June 9th, I had Mike do all my carpets and added my large tile floor and handicapped tiled show to the cleaning list. OMG my tiles looked beautiful!!! they even resealed my grouting when done and dried. Carpets as always were done wonderfully, even with the stains and track marks of an electric wheelchair!
