I was lucky enough to work for the SERVPRO of Greensburg over the summer and had such and amazing experience. Getting involved in my family business this summer has me itching to go back after I graduate in the spring. All of my coworkers were lovely and leaving a customer satisfied at the end of the day was so rewarding. The work I was doing really paid off and I got to learn so much over such a small amount of time ! It was a great company to work for. After our entire finished basement flooded due to our hot water tank breaking. I had waited to be contacted by other firms my insurance company suggested for 18 hours after the incident, and received no calls. I contacted SERVOPRO of Greensburg at the suggestion of my local agent. After explaining my situation to them, they had a crew to my house within a few hours. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and DEPENDABLE!!! Qualities becoming harder and harder to find these days. They were ok when they repaired water damage in the kitchen but when I called to schedule a spring deep cleaning of the basement, they called 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to cancel after I’d made arrangements to be there to meet them on time. Plus they now charge a $200 non refundable estimate fee. Bunk.

Was very satisfied with my experience from Servpro. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and helped me throughout the entire process of restoring my home.

Be aware that you can choose your own restoration company even if youre Insurance company has a contract with them to do the mitigation. its about saving the insurance companies money, also heres another thing you should be cautious of and that is the Adjusters can take license an over age your home and belongs to make them beyond replacement. Just cause you pay them big bucks doesnt mean youre getting your money worth.

In a senior world, that is so refreshing. Thank you for your hard work! I hope to never need this kind of service again, but I will not hesitate calling if the need arises!

The team from ServePro Greensburg did a terrific job with our mitigation problem. They were prompt, explained exactly what was needed and the process and they did exactly what they said they would when they would. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

My mother had a water loss that was caused by the toilet overflowing. It caused damage to the bathroom walls and vanity, hallway carpet, and garage ceiling. James and his crew came and did a great mitigation and restoration job. Everyone that we dealt with was very understanding and professional. Collette made this whole job a little less stressful with her positive attitude and always took the time to answer my mothers questions. I wanted to thank everyone for a great job done.

You people gave me the run-around for 4 months to get my work done. Months of excuses, and bad-faith promises to complete my work, and after all that, you still couldn’t complete the job properly to the point where I had to bring in another contractor. What little you got done, you did wrong, multiple times over. I can’t believe I didn’t fire you months before I did.And then you have the nerve to charge me a finance charge? What’s the matter, you don’t like getting jerked around for months? Guess what: NEITHER DO I.I’ll pay you, but I’m not paying the finance charge. You people need to get your act together.

If I could give them a negative I would my insurance company sent them out for a claim to tarp my roof and seal my ceiling from water damage from a storm The same day they did that I come home from work and it looks like they just threw insulation everywhere and my office was destroyed. I called them and had them come back out and retarp the inside of my home which the did but it was almost like it was a problem they had to fix their mistake. fast forward to today I finally had my insurance approve everything 3 days ago now my ceiling is pouring water because of the trash of a tarp job they did. I called their operation manger it was a lady not sure what her name was because she didnt seem to know to much I told her the situation and that I need this fixed and all she did was be rude and say Im not in the mood for this and act like they were not responsible then she hung up because I told her she needs to learn how to run a business. A 12yr old with a hammer and a garbage bag could do a better job it amazing you guys even have one good review. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE BELIEVE BAD REVIEWS
