We have been doing business with Monarch for years without a problem until now. We rented a UHaul for a day. The gas tank was not full when we picked it up but we were told we had to fill it upon return (or be charged $5.xx for every gallon) and that we would be reimbursed for the overage. We did that but Monarch refused to reimburse us. The person I spoke with on the phone was excessively rude, called me Sweetheart and hung up on me after I insisted on a reimbursement as promised. Never again.

The staff were fast, friendly and efficient. We had an emergency need to rent a Cargo Van and they had us in the Van in less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend this location.

We would give 0 stars if we could. Such a terrible experience. Staff treated us with no respect at all whatsoever. They didn’t care about our issue and we had to call 4 different times and each time had been an absolute mess. We were blamed for their mistake and they took no accountability.

I should always read the reviews before spending money. That’s my fault. I got a U-Haul for 100 dollars which is business. However I got it reserved Saturday to Sunday 11am-11am. But now they’re charging a 20 dollar fee because they’re closed Sunday and I can’t turn it in. Fees are a part of life but it would of been nice to know ahead of time :(

The worse experience ever in every way. I returned the uhal with more gas but what they still charge me for it. I did everything online and when i went they didnt have anything ready and they took forever. Finally no one wears a mask like the carona is not existed. After all I regret getting a uhal from their and it will be the last time.If anything there is the other uhal in west market and its few min away. Maybe they will be more responsible

Gave away the truck I reserved. Then had to drive 15min out the way to get another truck to wait for 30min in line. Try budget

It’s up to you to make your own decisions about places you do business with but my personal experience was terrible. Their “internet is always down” so they’ll make a copy of your credit card then run it after. They said they would give us a receipt but never did. Then when I checked my bank account, I realized that they had overcharged us. When we went back up there to tell them about it, their internet was down again. Okay.... then the guy said the extra $17 taken from my account was a security deposit. Cool but no one said anything about that and why would I be charged a security deposit AFTER turning the truck back in? I don’t trust this place. Not only that, we paid for a 20 foot truck only to be given a 15 foot. Like I said, you can make your own decision, but as for me, I will NEVER get another truck from this place again.

Had a great first rental with this locally owned business. Also there are more variety of trucks and trailers here than I had known. Great staff - it was easy to book out.

The staff was surprisingly friendly and I got my uhaul without a hitch. As far as the pricing was concerned, my final price did seem a bit pricey, but I was in a hurry and couldn’t be too concerned with it. This location did what it needed to do for me: get me a truck so that I could move my things.

Do NOT rent a uhaul from this place. They will charge you unnecessary fees. Received the truck with crayons and toys in the back and noticed them as I was moving my things. Did I clean it up? No you’re getting the truck back how I got it. I don’t even have kids and those items did not belong to me in addition to being inside of the truck when I got it but I was STILL charged a cleaning fee? Allegedly didn’t bring the truck back on full when the needle was literally sitting on “F” and got a ba charge for that. Moral of the story is 1) Take pictures of the truck before you even pull out of the parking lot2) take pictures of the gas needle before you pull out of the parking lot3) take pictures of the gas mileage on the truck before you leaveThese steps definitely need to be followed when renting from this place otherwise they’ll hit you with a bunch of bs charges. I will NOT be renting a uhaul from this place ever again they will try to finesse you and I’m currently disputing the unnecessary charges with my bank right now!!! Ridiculous

Never rent truck from this place.They overcharge you, they said it’s after hour service fee, because they closed at 4 and I returned the truck a 5.👎👎👎👎
