Small store but it was the only one in Greensboro that had the part I needed. Did an online pick up order and everything went smooth. This store is also known by carquest. Would recommend and definitely visit again.

Auto Zone was great! I took it to Crown Honda and they said I needed a battery, well I did not need a battery. Auto Zone checked it and said that and I need an alternator! Great job guys. Wish it was a cheaper fix though.

Ive only been here twice but so far the staff has treated me excellently. On my first visit there was a bit of a wait time, however, when service is good and the franchise has many customers who they provide attention to that is expected. I was there to buy a tool, which they helped me to more knowledgelably choose. On the second visit I was attended to more quickly, and again my issue was dealt with from a knowledgeable perspective as well as was explained to me adeptly.Also, their prices are reasonable.These guys are extremely courteous. Thumbs up AutoZone.

Great customer service!!! Called to get a price for a battery, Chad was very helpful, didnt rush me off the phone like other places I previously called. Walked in store, John greeted me and noticed I was on my lunch break and made it very easy to get my battery installed quickly. Within 15 min John rang me up, Chad had my battery in (while I was talking to him) and I was on my way back to work. Need more people like Chad & John at your other locations

There was a gentleman that worked there with such a happy funny soul, I went into the store with a not so happy attitude and he immediately made me smile and changed my whole attitude. I don’t remember his name unfortunately but I’m pretty sure if you walk in you’ll notice him right away.

No one spoke to us until we got to the register but the team member did answer our questions when were were checking out.

Great people, great parts, help with free diagnostic to keep me from breaking down and from spending money guessing at what is wrong. Women place to come. We want to know what is going on. Auto Zone employees explain it all.

I came here and one of the associates that name is ED C, helped me get out in a timely manner. He new the product very well and also knew how to install my battery in a timely manner, very smart man that Auto Zone has on the team.

I searched around and called about THREE other locations before I called this Auto Zone... I spoke to The Manager Jay and told him instantly I was looking for the lowest price.. Jay searched for the lowest battery he had in stock for my car, the price he gave of 69.99 was already $70 less than the place I was going to go. NOT ONLY did Jay give me a low price of $69.99 he also told me about the price match tool, he can price match with walmart if they had the battery in stock for a cheaper price... THANK GOD ....I found one for $49.88... with a 1 year warranty!!!!! JAY WAS ABLE TO PRICE MATCH THE PRICE AND THE WARRANTY!! THIS MADE MY DAY BECAUSE ITS MAY 31ST AND MY RENT IS DUE LOL... I WALKED OUT WITH A NEW BATTERY FOR $49.88 WITH A 1 YR WARRANTY!!! JAY IS THE BEST!! SHOP HERE AND YOU WILL GET THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BEST PRICES... THANK YOU JAY ROGERS !! ❤❤❤❤
