My house was on the market for a year ending about a year and a half ago. During that time I was getting few offers and the best I got was about 2/3rds of what i needed. Within 2 weeks of putting my house on the market with Jason Bramblit, I got the offer I needed. The day before closing a very significant issue came up that looked really bad for me but my realtor with Jason Bramblit, Ronald Laino, working behind the scenes with Jason, came up with a solution that was above and beyond anything that I could have imagined. Without their commitment to working with their customer, it is likely the deal would have collapsed. It did not and the closing was able to be completed and my house was sold.
