As a caterer, I have been working with Party Makers for the past several years. I cannot say enough positive things about them! Their service is impeccable and their products are beautiful. I have had ZERO problems with the rentals they do for me, and that is unusual among rental companies. They are also a small family owned business - and they are always amenable to requests. When I first started working with them, they bought a large commercial convection oven because they knew I would need it at events. They have made table linens last minute when a bride changed her mind about what she ordered and they didnt have them in stock. They always deliver exactly what I ask for, and their product is always perfectly clean, pressed, and never damaged. And they are super nice people!!! I cannot say enough positive things about them, except use them, and you will see what I mean.

Michelle was so helpful with all of the rentals for my daughter’s wedding. We rented chairs, linens, plates, wine glasses and champagne glasses. Michelle gladly changed our order a few times when I made changes. The wedding was out-of-town, so we had to pick up the rentals. My in-laws picked up everything and brought to our venue. Very flexible, easy to work with folks! Our daughter was going to have a COVID backyard wedding, however, COVID shut it down to a family only affair. Party Makers were so very flexible and worked with us to have the best backyard wedding possible.

My fiancé and I made an appointment to meet the event coordinator Michelle as she wasn’t available the day we called. When we arrived she was sitting at her desk in the show room and we introduced ourself and explained we needed China and catering supplies. While still sitting at her desk she hand motions to a wall and says this is all the China we offer. We explained how many settings we needed and she immediately said they only accommodate sets of 20 or maybe 25. Ok, we weren’t deterred by that but then as we were eyeing a pretty charger she immediately says oh we won’t have that available for you because we have another wedding that day. Then says sorry their aren’t many options for your colors. We never even had a chance to look at catering supply options. Mind you, she NEVER left her chair to assist us. The customer service was atrocious at best!

This Company is amazing!!! I had a rental emergency only a few hours before an event and this company truly came in and saved the day. Great customer service and passionate staff. Gretchen in particular took time to patiently address my needs and truly saved the day for my company. I can’t wait to work with them again!

The whole experience was easy and professionally done. When crunch time came, I had confidence that Party Makers would deliver! And they did. I rented a 20x40 tent with tables and chairs. At the last minute I decided to have Party Makers provide table cloths. It turns out it was cheaper than buying disposable ones. The table cloths were professionally dry cleaned and looked great! Party Makers were professional, courteous, on time, and went that extra mile to set up for our party. We felt the pricing was super reasonable and the chairs, tents, and linens were of excellent quality. Eric even came out in advance to look at our backyard to ensure the tents would fit perfectly before we committed to tent sizes. That was truly above and beyond. Partymakers was wonderful to work with for the rentals for our wedding. You can get everything you need there - we rented chairs, tables, easels, and a small generator for our wedding ceremony. It was easy to add stuff to our order and the prices are reasonable. The staff was understanding of our schedule for dropoff and pickup. Highly recommend!
