In 2010, I contacted Lisa to learn more about Northwestern Plaza. My goal: to open a running coaching and personal training studio. I was pumped to learn the complex is positioned right beside one of the newest stretches of the complex network of greenways in Guilford County. Perfect for my new business. I had passed Northwestern Plaza for years traveling around Greensboro, but had never actually been on the property. I was delighted to find a well-manicured complex and a hidden treasure--the courtyard. In the middle of the complex is a beautiful shaded courtyard with huge mature magnolia trees and a fountain as a center piece. My clients are so surprised when they come to the studio for the first time and see the beautiful courtyard. I started in a very small space only 400 sf and over the 4+ years I’ve been at Northwestern Plaza, I’ve been able to grow into a space that’s about 2800sf. I’ve had very few problems while I’ve been at tenant at Northwestern Plaza. Any minor issues that may have occurred have always been delt with promptly. I’ve enjoyed my 4+ years at Northwestern Plaza and hope to be here many more.

Worst customer service ever They will not even get back to their own customers or clients that are looking to rent a space from them.....
