I have work with this company for quite awhile and although I have endured a long wait and inconsistency on their part of communication. I decided to stick with them for they are the closest shop that does printing services in the Wheaton area.Christine Fenne is inconsistent with her promises. She said she will call but never did. She said the business card will be done in a 2 week but stretch up to 1 month. They said give us the file and we will resize, design and take care of it for you but then they emailed me right after and ask me to change the design 1 week later. (they said they were on a conference.)Overall, I tried approaching them the nice way but I notice a peculiar attitude from the majority of the staff despite changing the approach. It feels as tho that they are always mad about something.Again I have worked with them and this is my assessment. I never really write a review but today was the last draw. My advice is to find a different place to print your materials if you want to avoid long waits, grumpy attitude and unprofessional staffs.I do not wish ill for anyone who works their but the way they run their business is very very unsatisfactory.

What a joke. This company dont really care about their customers. If I were you. I would rather go to walgreens to print any materials. This is just not worth it!

I just used Alpha Graphics for a magazine ad. Jacob, the Graphic Designer was very easy to work with. Jacob was very professional, and he did an outstanding job ! I highly recommend Alpha Graphics !

Very happy, grateful and thankful for the service of Alphagraphics Wheaton and their wonderful project manager Christine Fenne. I emailed my file to Christine who reviewed and acknowledged file was good for output. She then sent an invoice presenting all costs prior to printing. She was responsive and attentive to every aspect on the job. Living in California, I was keenly aware that I wasn’t there to review and was hoping the job would be as I envisioned; the job was printed and trimmed perfectly! As a former owner of a graphic design studio who has printed thousands of printed materials, I was so happy with Chrisine and Alphagraphics that I gave them another job a few days after our first and that job was also done efficiently and professionally as well. I will never hesitate to call them for any printing need- they were fantastic! Thanks so much Christine and Alphagraphics Wheaton!

I send a small project to this location about once per month. Orders are completed more quickly and at a lower price than the previous printer we were using.

Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all. they dont know what they are doing.

They are really responsive and fast at printing anything that I send their way. Really friendly and help bring orders to your car so you dont have to carry it yourself.

Amazing customer service and results. I was in a tight spot with a big deadline, and Christine — aided by the impressive grassroots biz dev of her teammate Carol — really delivered. Print and cut quality was excellent as well — it’s clear the folks behind the scenes are experts, too. This is a great team and local business with a clear passion for what they do — could not recommend more highly!

Had an idea and AlphaGraphics made it a reality. Love supporting local, family businesses; especially those that embrace and enhance the off-the-wall ideas of its customers.

Customer service was awful, product was inexpensive but very low quality. I sent in a design for some business cards on their website and got an automated email saying they would get back to me to go over the details of the order. After 4 days of hearing nothing I had to call them to follow up. The next day they printed them without going over the details of the design with me. The business cards themselves are extremely thin and flimsy. A waste of my time and money.

The customer service wasnt that good. I was made to feel like the stupid one for not knowing exactly what size I needed. I just had an SD card with pictures on it, but I had to clarify and re-clarify what I wanted. I didnt know what their services included, but just wanted to know more about how they could help me. But this particular co-worker wasnt being proactive. It was an awkward experience, the guy wasnt talkative and wasnt that engaging.Besides that, I gave them a 3 because their store was clean and inviting! :) I do understand that they are probably used to working with bigger clients who buy more, but they should treat every customer the same and try to help them to the best of their ability whether Im giving them $11 or $500.

Christine was super helpful in getting me quality business cards. I got a quote from Alpha Graphics and thought I would try to save money by going to Vistaprint, Office Depot, Kinkos, etc. Bad idea. I ordered 250 cards from Vistaprint and my cards were not only cut crooked and the wrong size, but they were also very pixelated. I wanted a very clean, easy to read card that did not have pixelated letters. I had a custom front and back design that were in vector images so that if you enlarged or changed the size, it would not distort or become pixelated. Big services like Vistaprint and other office supply companies took my custom design and turned it into a picture based file so when they printed it, it was pixelated and looked cheap.Not only can I get cards done with no shipping cost, I can actually talk face-to-face with the people who are designing, printing, cutting, and delivering my cards. I would highly recommend them as their staff is great and the quality is 10x better than big supply companies or Vistaprint.
