Very helpful staff. Helped with our Kids passports. Everything went smoothly. The post office is actually located inside the mall, on the third floor in the north-west corner.

I will never go back to this post office. The service is slow & one staff member in particular is very rude & arrogant, not to mention barely knows what they are doing. They couldn’t care less about providing a service & do it at their own speed!

The Worse!!!! Clerk # 8 was so rude and unprofessional. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there, I actually cried while at the copier due to her level of unprofessionalism. I was so embarrassed of how she spoke to me, her attitude was nasty. After living that branch, I went back online and made my second appointment at a different location. clerk # 8 made my experience a nightmare for my first visit and I will NEVER EVER go back there.

Have renewed my passport at this location three times (man I am getting old). The last time the lady was helpful and informative. She knew the ins and outs of standard or expedited options. Does photos and application submissions here. Also has forms you need.^You must make an appointment to do passport stuff. Can be done on USPS website and even has Saturday slots.On the third floor of Four Seasons Mall, JCPenney side.

The lady was very helpful and it took me like 5 minutes to do my sons passport just have your application and documents ready. Very satisfied 🤗

I will not be renewing my box at this location. For some reason there are a lot of issues with delivery of packages to this location due to some processing error with the zip code at this location where the package just basically goes back and forth between a post office and the main distribution location. I have had this happen to me with pretty much every package that was delivered.

Ive been using this office regularly for 2 years now and I felt compelled to leave a review because of how helpful Tanya has been! Everyone there has been very nice but Tanya (cashier 06 according to my receipts) has really gone above and beyond!

I never understood why make appointments when they dont fulfill them on time. I wanted for 30 minutes before I was even asked if I had an appointment. The family head of me scheduled one appointment and was able to get the whole family in on that one schedule. The timing and scheduling at this location is horrible.

If you going for passport please make an appointment as they not welcome for Walk in. There is no info mentioned online. Went later after appointment and this place is busy, Staff was very helpful.

This place is always a long wait its ridiculous they only use 1 staff when its a lot of people working
