I feel like every time we fly with united airlines it is a disaster. In this case, we didnt have a choice, but we would have picked a different airlines. I wish for better upfront communication about what is happening instead of pretending like nothing is happening. Just tell me honestly what is going on.
I paid for first class seats. I sat in in first class. The flight attendant was rude and did nothing to accommodate my requests. I asked for a beverage while we were told we had to sit and wait for 15-20 minutes and she simply looked at me and said, no
Im a big fan of flying Delta from PTI because the staff are very friendly, the loyalty programs are the best because Delta is everywhere. I also love the southern hospitality of this Atlanta-based company
Just like all the other airlines. I do give them a little extra because they didnt give me any problems with my service dog 🐕, as long as I had all the documents that I was supposed to have.
Pretty helpful folks one of the members in our party received an upgrade to first class on our flight to California. You cant beat that.
Worst cargo service within two months of doing shipping with this company...out of the three times theyve lost two paper work that i needed for clearing...no accountability...they keep telling you they dont know how its happened...i keep calling to find out if they have the paperwork yet, was told they dont have it for days now and theres nothing they can do until they hear from Atlanta...the item is for a wedding event tomorrow and im not gonna get it?this is the worst service ever!!!
