Anna and her co-worker were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. My home was utter an disaster and I was embarrassed to have to ask for help, but they didnt make me feel bad about it all. They worked with me and set up a plan of action for getting started and future services. The owner, Tanisha is extremely kind and understanding. TCE has been coming monthly to my home to help my family keep it under control. I have a chronic illness and a teenage son. These two things generally =/= a clean house. I needed MAJOR help and at the last minute, they worked very hard to make sure my home was clean and in the best condition it’s been, in a year or longer! The owner, Tanisha, was very quick to contact me, and together we came up with a plan that fit both of our schedules, as that is what you do when you need help at the last minute (2 DAYS NOTICE!) like I needed. Most importantly, so that she could give me the best experience and service her business has to offer. SHE DELIVERED, without fail or flaw and I can’t say thank you enough! My daughter was very embarrassed by the condition of our home when they arrived, and absolutely thrilled when they were finished! I have not had my house professionally cleaned in decades so I had no idea where to turn when the approaching death of a family member made it imperative that my house was cleaned for expected visitors. I went online and was drawn to True Clean Experience because of their excellent ratings and being veteran-owned. Tanisha, the owner, graciously worked with me during this distressing time. We met on Friday and in spite of the fact that most of her employees were either already booked or had the day off on Monday, she managed to schedule Amber for me. Because of the time crunch, I had explained that I was willing to settle for a superficial clean. There was nothing superficial about the clean that Amber gave my house. I had forgotten that it could actually look that good and felt like I needed to take pictures of my tub in particular with its shining faucet and knobs. An extra bonus was the kindness that both women showed me, Tanisha’s effort to make time for me and Amber’s determination to do far more than expected to make my burden easier deserve five stars as much the clean house does. I was so impressed with them that I will not hesitate to call True Clean Experience again.
