I really like Maid Right. The best part is that they are so prompt in doing the cleaner scheduling and handle on who comes to clean for me. Also like that they have different cleaning clothes for different areas in the house. I have had different cleaners over the past year plus, but the company remained the same and I could see the level of consistency that they maintain. My schedule changes a few times a year so it really helped me. Pricing and flexibility on how much I want to get cleaned is also great. Highly recommended. Great Job Maid Right!!

I bid on and won a 2 hour cleaning. I scheduled 2 weeks out. No one showed up. Called and was told someone would call me right back. No call. Guess my bid for gift certificate is not to be honored. Donation to great cause but questionable integrity of this company. Do I want them in my home???? They eventually came through and did a great job

Maid Right did an amazing job at my house. Having a 14 month old and two little in the house dogs, I was amazed to come home and not see finger prints, paw prints or nose prints on a single window or mirror. I like that I can tell they have been there even if it is dark, just from the smell. The few times there has been a issue with the cleaning, Maid Right has resolved the issue within 24 hours, even if it meant someone from the office had to come out and take care of the problem. I highly recommend Maid Right.* I called the office to find out why I have not had a cleaning in over a month and was informed Maid RIght has closed down. None of their sites have any information about this.

I really appreciate the team that assist me in keeping my home clean, Carol and Sussana. They reach out to me before coming, they do an excellent job cleaning. They even humor my son and answer the tons of questions he has. He cries if he doesnt get to say goodbye when they leave. Again Im very grateful for their service.

I had Maid Right do a Deep Cleaning of my home after we had some major construction. I was very pleased! Ileanna and Fanny did a fabulous job. The house was cleaned top to bottom! When they were done I did not want to let the dog or the husband back in the house! The price is right and they are very detailed. I would recommend them.

I was very dissatisfied w/ the service I received from this company. They came out on Tuesday to clean my condo. Its new so Im assuming they thought they wouldnt have to do much. Upon finishing, the kitchen counter tops were still gritty as well as the mantle on the fireplace. I asked for the walls to be cleaned & they werent. It was still spots on the kitchen floor as well as in the bathrooms. I asked for the tops of the cabinets in the kitchen to be cleaned & they werent. I asked for the ceiling fans to be dusted and they werent. Also, I asked for my carpet to be cleaned/shampooed....they use a separate service. The guy comes in w/ a carpet cleaner you can rent from the grocery store, because he was too lazy to use the professional equipment until my friend called him out on it. I was suggest not using this company if you want things done right.

Came home to amazingly clean house, minus dog odours. :-) A very thorough cleaning that puts my housekeeping skills to shame. Couldnt have been happier with this service. An outstanding job. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible. If I could rate a 0 I would. I called and requested a whole house cleaning for a rental property and scheduled for 1pm on a Thursday. They said there would be 2 cleaners and gave me a list of the things they would do and it all sounded great for $250. Well they didnt show up til around 7pm and instead of 2 cleaners, it turned out to be a lady and her son which was around 8 years old. She was only there for about 2 hours and and managed to do nothing but move some stuff around. Ive called the office multiple times for a refund and have been blown off each time. Luckily I put it on my AMEX so I called them to let them take care of it.

They’re OK. $350 to clean my pretty empty house, feel like a lot was overlooked for the price I paid.
