The maids were on time and both professional and very kind. They did an excellent job even though my pets were very troublesome! The service uses multiple maids(three to four) to speed up the service and have minimal disruption to your routine. Team yellow did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

The blue team led by Rosa are always on time and proceed directly to their tasks.. The ladies are friendly and caring. My son is living with me for the time being and there are boxes and belongings everywhere. The ladies go about their job without disturbing his things.

Did a great job! My family had the Covid virus and we needed to deep clean the house removing germs, wiping down services and cleaning the main rooms of the house including the bathrooms and kitchen. The owner even came over himself to do a special disinfectant on the house that killed any lingering germs. I would highly recommend this company!

The Maids do a wonderful job each month. We have been very pleased with their work for three years now. They certainly get a 5 star review from me.

Overall the service was excellent. Two things I will address: wood floors were too wet; I have used Bona on wood floors and controlled how wet they were; I like blinds and shutters to be consistent in how they are closed. I do appreciate that they were cleaned; however, shutter louvers should be the same throughout the house; blinds should all be lowered and the slats opened consistently throughout the house.

Team Green from the Maids does a consistently thorough job cleaning our home on a weekly basis. Its a little pricy but you get what you pay for. They dont cut corners and the house is always sparkling after they leave.

The maids consistently goes above and beyond even though we have had them cleaning our house for over a year. We had some tracks on our carpet in our hallway. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, but when we walked into the house after The Maids had come the carpet was clean! I knew they would clean my house but I never thought they would clean the carpet too. I am consistently grateful for The Maids and the Orange team.

The green team has taken care of our home the most. These ladies are prompt, polite and extremely efficient. Theyre always cheerful and do great work. We have been using The Maids for almost a year now and are very pleased with their service. I was told about them from a dear friend who has been using them for 7+ years and that was the best recommendation I could have gotten. A couple of months ago I had very major hand surgery and have not been able to “prepare” for the team as much as usual. They haven’t minded a bit and have even carried things for me to alternate places, or helped me however they are able! They change linens for me (nearly impossible with one hand) each visit. The house always looks and feels so fantastic when they are done. I love that it is clean without all the “perfume” smells. Amazing how a clean home is also a peaceful one. The Red team, led by Meena, is our usual team and each of the ladies is simply wonderful!!! We have been equally pleased when a substitution has needed to be made. Thanks for making our lives so much easier. We highly recommend your services!

Weve been using the maids for around 3 years and have had excellent service. The Yellow team is usually the one who comes to our house and they do a wonderful job, often going above and beyond what we expect.Occasionally other teams have come (Purple and Green) and we have also have been more than satisfied. **EDITED: the local rep and owner called me to remedy this after seeing my review. I am pleased they were able to resolve my concerns***This is a low score review of the customer service more than the cleaning service. I was given a quote & agreed to have a one time service. First, and biggest issue is the card that was left with my final price is over $100 more than the top range of the quote I was given. I expected to be called if the cleaning job was going to take longer and therefore cost more. I have now called the number left on my feedback card (it will not accept the code written on the card or put me through to a person) and have called the number I received a call on to get the quote and set the appointment several times (I have yet to reach a person & it puts me on hold then hangs up) - this is after trying the numbers and different options in the automated menus for over 3 hours now. I also replied to the email of the rep that initially responded to my quote request and have had no response.I do not see how it could be this much over the quote. It could not have taken the 4 person team longer than the max quoted 2 hours.Also, I was told they would call me 30 mins before they arrived - they didn’t. Also, I was told after they arrived that they would call me when they were done - they didn’t. Due to the fact they requested a different time of day, I had an appointment out of town and agreed they could come in the morning but explained I would not me back until later, but to call me so that I could have someone come let me dogs back in the house and I would know when they were finished and leaving.The cleaning itself is satisfactory and what I was quoted they would do. However, I have used other services that were a fourth of the cost and a one person job that took them less than 2 hours to do the same quality cleaning. When I agreed to this team and price quote it was based off of the great reviews I’ve seen of them going the extra mile and thinking that a 4 person team on a one time deep clean would be more than what I get when I have one person come in to do so. Honestly, even though the cleaning is satisfactory I could have saved over $300 and had one person come in and received the same quality of cleaning.I would have liked to speak to a rep to address my concerns today and get an explanation of why it cost well over the quoted amount and why I wasn’t at least called to be explained why it cost so much more, but I’m now leaving this poor review as I cannot get a person on the phone.

I used THE MAIDS for the first time today. The orange team was my team. I was very pleased with the them. I would recommend them to anyone that need help with some house cleaning. The only thing I found was in the bathrooms, the tub door tracks were not cleaned. That was my fault. I was asked to do a walk through, but I did not do it at that time. If I had done that I would have seen this, and I am sure they would have done the tracks. Next time I will remember. I do plan to use them again.

We just moved to the Jamestown area. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, the GREEN team at the maids showed up and did the most FABULOUS job cleaning my house I have ever seen. There was not one spec of dust or dirt left behind. That is so impressive considering I have a toddler and two shedding dogs with white fur and dirt feet!So pleased with my experience. Lizy and the purple team came out to do an initial deep clean on our house. They were fabulous. The work they did was more thorough than expected, and Lizy even double checked several times to make sure the cleaning was meeting my expectations. The house hasnt smelled this clean since we moved in, and the kitchen (done by Sandra) and the bathrooms (by Jesi) were sparkling by the time they were each done. The house smelled fresh without having he overpowering smell of bleach/chemicals. Even though there was a billing question at the end of the visit, I have already had the opportunity to speak with Hank (the owner) and have a plan in place for discussing the issue. Once I got the main line to the Greensboro office, it has been much easier to talk directly to Hank and Maria. Im hoping to use the purple team again in the future.

Sandra was extremely helpful scheduling a move in cleaning for a 4 bedroom home in Winston Salem and following up before and after The Maids did their magic !The Purple Team led by Lizy- with Mariela, Yesi and Sandra arrived on time and were incredible ! They worked almost silently but were personable also. The home was immaculate after they were done with all of the appliances, bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting. The products they used left no film or residue, only a pleasant scent. I was impressed with Lizy using her tools and ingenuity to clean the cathedral ceiling fan and windows. She also went the extra mile to point out and tighten loose hinge screws on closet doors. Amazing ! The cost was very reasonable and I hope to request and hire the Purple Team again soon ! House cleaning: Yes. Carpet cleaning: NO. The deep house cleaning was done very well, but the carpet cleaning service is not great. I would use them for maid service again, but NOT for carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning service they offer is expensive and is not a deep cleaning. Simply wiping an area of the cleaned carpet with a damp white towel will show just how much dirt is left behind.
