I saw Tatiana for the first time, and she was great! The first person I saw there was also, but I can’t recall her name or if she is even there still. Either way, be mindful of who you do book with; check reviews! I went with Tatiana per other reviews, and am happy with the service. I’ve been here a few times, and didn’t have great experiences. (Burned skin, missed areas) However, I didn’t choose the technician those times. Good luck!

They have a wonderful fluid system so you can get in and out quickly. You know exactly what the costs are and what services are available. The attendants are fantastic, rooms are clean, and the website is easy to use. Waxing isnt painless but at the EWC makes it about as pain-free as possible.

Absolutely had a perfect experience here. I was scared at first...it was my first waxing. But the tech was super friendly and extremely skilled and put me at ease instantly. Very pleasant experience and 100% will be back.

If I could post pictures I would!!! My Brazilian was done by CHYNA and she is amazing, she was so nice and informative, and GENTLE. I forgot I was getting a wax because she was so conversational. I checked everything out when I got home and she got every single hair. Book your appointment with her!! The lady at the front desk was very nice too, she told me about the packages they offered, and gave me some samples to take home.

Love this place! Front desk gets swamped and check out can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but theyre super helpful and friendly. The actual techs are AMAZING and really make what could be a daunting experience into a total self care day. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly and really put their clients at ease.

This was my first experience waxing anything aside from my eyebrows and I was very nervous. The staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in and Jordan was absolutely fabulous. She did everything she could to make me the most comfortable I could be in what could’ve been a very awkward and uncomfortable setting. Thank you!!

I walked in here to make an appointment for my daughter and myself since we will be leaving for vacation.. needless to say I will not come here.. I heard the manager speaking to another worker talking trash about the employees.. being in this industry I will not come to an establishment like this. I’ve heard so many good thing about European but stay clear of Elizabeth.

I usually don’t post reviews or complain about anything, but I honestly did not have a very good experience. It was my first Brazilian wax ever and the technician didn’t do much to help me relax or even offer encouragement. The waxing itself was fine, I’m not super sore or anything but the experience was awful. I read a lot of reviews before going and was confident that I would have a great experience but I was very disappointed. Idk if the technician was new or whatever but she was very dry and didn’t offer any help. I had to ask questions about what was going on, aftercare, etc. and I feel like if I didn’t ask I wouldn’t have received that information. I tried to keep a positive attitude but it was honestly a bad time . It was extremely painful and I was very nervous and the technician did not help ease any of my nerves. If I do go again I’ll request a different technician or go somewhere else.

Extremely Too pushy with their money saving program. Ive been to this location about 4 or 5 times and only ONCE was it worth the tips I give. Other than that, everytime I leave, there is stuble as if I recently shaved and hair is beginning to grow back.

Normally I have a very good experience with European Wax but my appointment that I went to Monday was not a good experience. I didnt see my normal person. I was to receive a Brazilian wax. It was painful. When I got home I looked at myself and still have patches. Im very disappointed. I have another appointment but its with the person I always see. I know she is gentle.

Today was my first time ever getting waxed and Renee was definitely THE BOMB !! She talked me through the whole process to keep my mind off the waxing so it wouldn’t hurt as bad. I normally dont leave reviews, but this is the first time Ive had a issue with European Wax Center. I live almost a hour away and had scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The appointment was setup and confirmed. About 45 mins of me driving to comento my appointment I received a call stating that my appointment had to be rescheduled because the person that I was setup with was not in. I had to drive all the way back home. Appointment was setup for the next day as I thought was 10 a.m. When I arrived I was told my appointment was at 9:45 and because I no showed she cant get me in til 11. Now again I just drove a hour to get here and now have to wait almost another hour to be seen. The front desk assistant was not helpful at all to try and work something out for me, I didnt receive a call to let me know that the appointment would have had to be moved or anything. Dont know if I will be coming back.

My first wax experience ever I seen Brianna, I loved how she made me feel comfortable the technique that she used was GREAT! I have only heard bad comments about waxes in the past but I had to experience it for myself! I love the way my skin feels she was really patient with me because I was tensed and nervous at first. I will be going back to see her in 4 weeks I would say that the pain is about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.. everyone is very professional .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

When I needed to fuI moved here from a metropolitan area and needed to find a good wax specialist .I was recommended by many people to go to Amber at European Wax center. When I called she was so booked up I had to try another person first . That girl was fine but the next time I finally got to try Amber . She was worth the wait!! She is the best wax specialist I have ever been to. She is so professional . She immediately puts clients at ease which is important especially when getting a Brazilian wax. She also does my full legs and shapes my brows. I have referred other people to her who have never been waxed before and now they are her loyal clients as well. Her pleasant, professional demeanor is comforting and she is quick but thorough. She really cares about her clients and her work. I would give Amber a million stars if I could. If it’s your first time trying waxing or you just want to go to the very best go to Amber at European Wax Center . She is the absolutely amazing!

I had Dominique and she was amazing, no attitude, very nice, personable, we had a great convo and my wax looks amazing. I may just take the drive to be serviced by her from here on out!

This is the go-to spot for all of your wax services. Having that being said, I pay anywhere from 88-98$ on a full body wax. That does not include your legs. Though, your legs shouldn’t be that hairy anyways..because, your jeans fabrics constantly rips out your hair follicles. ✌🏾❤️

I went today and was nervous for my full bikini wax. My first experience with waxing was not here and was a hot wax method, very painful, and left me tremendously irritated for two days. This experience was a welcomed pleasant visit. Morgan was my specialist. She was amazing. Very thoughtful, welcoming, bright and bubbly. She made me feel extremely comfortable and the entire visit last 15 minutes. She, along with the front desk receptionist, were very informative, friendly, and did not push product onto me. The service I received once I arrived was very unprofessional; there was a mix-up with my appointment and I was told to come at a certain time; however my appointment was never changed and the front desk acted as if it was my fault and then proceeded to ask me to come back another date. I feel as the customer if there was a mix-up it should have been handled amongst staff and was no reason to be rude and treat me the way they did. Katelyn provided my services and she was nice after I explained to her what happened but upon entering the room with her it seemed as if she was suggesting I go somewhere else. As I explained to her especially during these times and with anytime a place of business should be very careful how they treat others; I could have easily felt profiled from how I was feeling but Im giving them the benefit of the doubt. I still did my part and even though the experience was trash I tipped well because I was happy with the results. To the lady upfront who was working tonight...do better!

The best decision I’ve ever made in my life was coming to the European Wax Center at Friendly Shopping center! Caroline is amazing, it was my first time and I told her I was nervous and she definitely understood. But as soon as I got back into the room she had already made sure I was comfortable and explained the entire process and what I can expect from the service! I got the full Brazilian and I bought the wax pass so I could come back for future waxing! Now I keep asking myself, “Why did I wait so long to do this??”!! Caroline is beyond amazing and I swear it didn’t even hurt! She was so fast and she is also super professional about everything! I even had some spots that needed a touch up, since it was my first wax ever and she made sure that I left completely satisfied and hairless!! Thank you so much Caroline! And everyone else at the EWC! I can’t wait to come back now! Oh and don’t forget to get the Smooth Me Ingrown Hair Serum, just in case! It works wonders! They gave samples of their exfoliating scrub, body wash, and lotion and I really enjoyed those products as well, I will be getting some of those full sizes before my next appointment! Waters are GREAT! Customer service answering phones are terrible! That’s just it... they don’t answer the phone. When you call, they immediately place you on hold without even answering. This is not an isolated incident. This has occurred for the past 6-9 months. I have to end up calling the High Point or Winston Salem location you’re get my questions answered. Extremely frustrating and rude. Bottom line is they are lazy and simply don’t want to work. For grins and giggles, today I called up there over 10 times. First time I waited on hold for 1 minute 30 seconds. Second time I waited on hold for 1 minute. Third time I waited on hold for 30 seconds. Then I just repeatedly called back to back and hung up and called back every time I was put on hold. There’s no way you can’t catch a break to answer a phone call during a 12 minute span of time. Ridiculous!

I’ve been coming to this location on and off for a couple years now, but as I’ve become more consistent, I have noticed a significant difference. I love Tatiana! She’s amazing at what she does and is very precise in her work. Not only that, but she’s so personable - which is super important when someone is working on more “intimate” areas of your body. She’s so great that I make the trip from Charlotte to see her for my wax every 4 weeks. The receptionists are always so welcoming and friendly. Great at upselling, but never pushy (which I’m sure everyone can appreciate). Overall, a great environment and experience every time. Definitely makes the hour and a half drive worth it!

However, now that theyve re-opened no one will answer the phone or return a call to help me book with my regular person. Very poor customer service.

This was my first time going and getting a sensitive area waxed. Kaitlyn was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable. I immediately booked my next appointment with her. Everyone at the front desk is so nice. Since it was my first time, they walked me through everything and took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable. Although they recommend products, they dont push you to buy something you dont want, but you can tell they really stand by their work and their products. Im so glad I went!

Staff are very professional, clean and inviting environment, great results! I got the underarm and Brazilian wax and it hurt so bad but the results were AMAZING! I left with the Smooth Me serum and I had no bumps, just smooth skin! I love this place. My advice though, set up your appointments way in advance.

Just had my appointment (6/24) with Juanita and she was great as always! Literally drove from Raleigh last night and stayed at my apartment just to make it to my appointment with her! She is professional, courteous, and always does a great job. We always catch up on “life” during the appointments. Whenever I leave this place, my skin feels rejuvenated, smooth, and soft!

Had my first Brazilian with Lanita and my experience was not pleasant. She didn’t make me feel comfortable at all and acted rude. Decided to go with Katelyn for my second visit and she was amazing!! I will only be making my appointments with her from now on, she’s great!

Got a wax maybe 2 months ago? Overall the new growth took a while to come back so it was well worth it ( Brazilian) BUT I give it three stars because the lady kind of rushed it ? Didn’t really try to make anything more comforting or less awkward..? She didn’t try to make much conversation about anything & there were still a few hairs ( not complaining because it was only my first time) I’ll be coming back, just asking for a different person with a better vibe :)

Zamaiya is absolutely AMAZING. I book only with her, she’s engaging and very thorough! I never leave unsatisfied, so good! She had something come up and had to cancel, so now I booked with Tatiana, I’m hoping for good results. EWC never disappoints, hopefully that will still be my opinion after Tatiana, I’ll update.

Im usually not one to leave a review, however the service that I received yesterday at the European wax center exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door through the entire visit, I experienced nothing less than superior professionalism from EVERYONE I encountered during my visit. I recieved the Brazilian wax and my technician was Lanita. She was very knowledgeable, gentle, kind, engaging and quick. She did an AMAZING job. I will not lie if its your first time or you havent been in a while, it is painful when that wax gets pulled off but Lanita knows how to soothe the area, take your mind off the pain and keep moving and before you know it she is done in like 10-12 minutes....I do recommend this place to anyone who is considering coming and I do recommend Lanita. By the way I will be returning and I will be purchasing the wax pass on my next appointment in 4 weeks because I do believe it will be worth it.

Each one of my eyebrows were given a totally different look from the other. Most ppl try to make them similar. Seem like its more of a school then experienced skilled workers.

She makes each experience stress free and cares about you as a person. OMG! I dont know where to start. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made sure that I was aware of what the center offered.Now lets talk about my waxer! Amanda was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we got in the room (I was SO nervous), she talked through everything that would happen during the session. Amanda was very professional. For my first time receiving any waxing service, I will definitely be back!

First experience today. The employee’s customer service skills are A1!! Loved how clean it was, and by this being my first time everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible. Lanita is awesome. I have been going to Katelyn EVERY OTHER SATURDAY for over a year... and I wouldn’t choose anyone else! Whenever I have to reschedule they are always so understanding. Katelyn is really gentle and makes my brows look so great every time I go! We talk about life the whole time - half therapist half wax specialist!

First of all I’m not going to be totally negative about this place it’s nice and for the most part people are welcoming and it’s clean. I’m still a newby when it comes to waxing. Most of us know getting a wax is not comfortable at all. So I would think workers would be more accommodating to people who are new to getting waxes. Not to mention no one was in there getting a wax and I had schedule an appointment. So I go in to get it done and the girl that was doing my wax made it super urgent for me to go at her “pace” because she didn’t have “time” & because the schedule was backed up. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE BUT ME! When I walked in all of the girls were in the back talking even the receptionist! So how was the schedule backed?! So I’m trying to figure out why the woman will not accommodate to my needs! I literally just walked out. I think what made me even more upset was the fact I actually had a busy schedule that day. So I was highly upset. This European wax center is clean but they need to do a better job at teaching their workers a thing or two about customer service!

I’m only giving EWC a1 start because we can’t cancel our own reservations via app or online .. then the number on google to the shop NEVER answers . I’ve been calling for 4 days & no answer . And the app only allows guest to create an appointment but not cancel .
