Joelle is an amazing esthetician! She creates a therapeutic experience with her expertise shoulder and facial massage. She used excellent skin care products and recommended products for my skin type. My skin has never looked better. If you need to relax and want to look your best book Joelle immediately.

Literally cannot say enough good things about my experience here! Everyone was nice, priced well and quality was excellent. Best Ive ever had at a salon tbh. Valentin was my stylist and he did an amazing job. Got me as close to what I wanted but turned out better than I expected. Got silver/ash blonde highlights on my dark Mexican ethnic hair. Anyways, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 stars for Mr Valentin

Business hours on Google say that they are open on Monday yet they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to scheduled an appointment. I called 3 times. Eventually went by there in person on my lunch break and the door was open with 2 employees inside, who said they are closed on Monday’s. Not sure why anyone would be there if the business is closed? And why wouldn’t you answer the phone? Not very impressed.

Orrell makes you feel pampered as soon as you walk in the door, the decor is gorgeous. Ally does an amazing job and always makes me feel relaxed with no pressure to chat if I dont want to! My hair is so much healthier since going here.

Wasnt so sure initially if this was a place to go for mens haircuts, but Im glad I came. Ive never been happier with the results of a haircut, and the way I was treated here was spectacular. Ill gladly make the drive from Reidsville, unless something crazy happens or I move, this is the only place now that Ill go.

Brittney is INCREDIBLE!!! Really. She is the essence of a gifted hair stylist-- making it an artistic expression, which it should be. Brittney is also an super listener, asking the right questions and then looking to see what would be the best style for the individual. Then offering options.My hair is blonde, so you can see if the cuts and layers arent exactly as they should be. When I have gone to other quality hair salons, I would have to set my hair every day to make it look professional, as well as for fun. Yet sometimes I like to give my hair a rest and skip a day. When Brittney cuts my hair, I found that on vacation I could even go two days--and it looked GREAT! This gives wonderful flexibility for a tight schedule. Ive had many hair stylists, both men and women, and Brittney has proven to be the best hair stylist (and colorist) Ive ever had. My only hope is that she doesnt get totally booked after I publish this, and I wont be able to have my hair cut and highlighted from her... :) Its fair to share. Enjoy the results.

The only place to go to truly walk out feeling great. I called at the last minute and they worked me and gave me the exact right cut that is perfect for me.

I took my sister in law who has special needs to have cut and color with Olivia. Olivia was wonderful, patient and made this a great experience. Olivia took great interest and time in listening to her and making sure she was happy with her hair. She also took time to show her how to style it!

I highly recommend booking your appointment with Olivia. She is extremely talented and she pays close attention to every detail of her work. She did a balayage on my hair and it looks beautiful! I will definitely be coming back to see her!

I have been very happy since I started working with Heather at Orrell Design! Heather listens to what I want and makes great suggestions. Orrell offers a nice relaxed atmosphere, I never have to wait and always feel welcomed and relaxed. The stylists and staff seem to get along well and really enjoy being together.

All the stylists give great cuts. Cheryl rocked an asymmetrical cut a couple years ago! Richard pulled off my last asymmetrical super sassy cut! He is phenomenal with color and styles that make you feel like a beauty queen. Calebs shampoos are the bomb!!! Love the decor and complimentary coffee/sodas.Kudos to Carrie for all you have done to make Orrells such a classic salon in Greensboro.

Brittany did a great job with the color and cut on my hair. I had been unhappy with the way the color my previous hairdresser used faded so quickly after it was applied. I absolutely love the color Brittany used and it had held up very well! I love it and will be back for future styling! She really knows her stuff :)

Emmy saved my hair! After a bad experience at another salon the previous day, I was left me with streaky and too light of highlights. Orell squeezed me into her schedule and gave me a major transformation. I left feeling so much more like myself again and good about my hair! She was so attentive and took her time on me, I could tell she genuinely wanted to give me exactly what I asked for and make me feel confident. When we were done even other stylists came over to me and compliment my hair which made me feel so happy. The price was also great for a root smudge, low lights, and toner. She even said herself she wouldn’t charge someone more than she would want to pay.I cannot thank Emmy enough for her magic on my hair!!

Marina is the best stylist! My entire family goes to her now. Ive been a consistent client for about 3 years. The owner always welcomes me with a smile and is warm and friendly.And, they do facials as well. Kay, is great with skincare and products. I use the line she carries and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. Its chemical free which is much better long term.And know they offer wine! Im part of the club.

I wanted to tell you about my experience at Orrell. I was recommend by a family member. The staff was amazing. Always. Helpfull. My favorite part was the check in, when your hair stylizes come to take you back they call you by NAME. I was shocked. But felt like home. There building was amazing you could tell there was a lot of work put in it.. It has the slick country look with todays time with teal and white colors it made it look ten times bigger than it was. Which is helpful because there can be a lot of people scheduled for that day and you dont feel like your in a tight space with no where to go..i would recommend them to anyone.I would like to throw out a thanks to Brittany. .. She is amazingly great at her work..

My wife and i drive for more than an hour to come to greensboro to have richard cut our hair and to have kay do our facials. they are both gifted and provide a thoroughly professional experience. the salon itself is very light filled and attractive and the general staff creates a very pleasant atmosphere.
