Been going to advanced laser for 3 years. I drive 75 miles 1 way because they are the most competent in the area of hair removal. (especially trans). I am transitioning which is very difficult at best. The team at advanced laser has ALWAYS treated me with respect and have been extremely helpful with all my skin issues.

This place is SUPER LGBTQ-friendly. I was turned away by two other places (ideal image was one) because my facial hair was too light. 6 laser sessions and a few electrolysis sessions later and Im finally almost done with my removal! Tracy, Chloe and the whole staff are absolutely amazing and use my correct pronouns and name from day one.

I came here after being turned away from Ideal Image because they told me my hair was too light. I was really disappointed. Advanced laser, specifically Valarie, assured me that they could help - and that they did! I could not be more pleased with my results! I was a skeptic at first, but they were educated on the process and took the time to explain it to me. They work with you and make sure the experience is the most pleasant possible. The customer service is truly remarkable! Price is more than fair. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this place!!! 10/10 recommend!

The worse place to go to. Such a transphobic and discriminating place. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation and they made me feel very unwelcome since the second I walked in. And I got recommended to this place for LGBT friendly. TOTALLY wrong. And all I got out of the “consultation” was told that no one in the region was going to be able to provide me the procedure I was seeking. They offer the work on the site and when I come in they tell me they don’t.

Sandy did the most amazing job with my lips. They healed so quickly and nicely. Will definitely return.

The staff here is Amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel beyond comfortable. There isnt any form of judgement, they are always willing to work with scheduling, prices are always fair and charges are accurate, you get $10 off on your birthday, there is always some kind of drawing or event going on, staff has extensive experience, training and license, devices are new and up to date, they really care about giving you the results you pay for, and treat that as their #1 priority. A very professional and clean place. Im not sure what I would do without Dianne for electrolysis (40+ years of experience and a licensed and certified member of the electrolysis board these certifications are displayed clearly visible in offices), she is kinda my hero lol. Great place, cant say enough. If you stick with your appointments that are recommended and are patient; I assure that you wont regret coming here.
