Loved this gym and the staff. Been going since right after it opened. Get back from vacation and pulled in to find nothing. Doors locked, building empty, nothing, not even a number to call to see what has happened. At least a courtesy call or an email to let the members know what was going on would have been nice.

I really enjoy going to this gym. It has always been clean and the staff has been friendly. The trainers are awesome and they are really an asset to the Northeast Guilford area. I really hate that they are closing at the end of the month. This was my sanctuary and now my sanctuary is closing. :(

This place has really gone down hill since johnny, kade and anya left. No one cleans. The bathrooms are always disgusting, the floors are nasty, and there is never any soap in the bathroom. This gym used to be so welcoming and now the staff just looks at you when you leave. There is one new trainer who is great but everyone else does absolutely nothing but sit and talk.

Always so welcoming, from the front desk girl to the many trainers! When I signed up I got a free training section with a physical trainer!! It is always so clean. It is the best place in Greensboro to get a work out in on YOUR TIME. I would recommend this to anyone. They have free child care and are willing to work with anyone. I see people of all ages and sizes there. Such a welcoming environment.

I joined in July 2020 and they have done a tremendous job keeping everyone safe and clean. Very professional employees and trainers that help make the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend joining if you’re looking for a new gym home that’s safe during this time!

I was a member at this gym but I couldnt wait until my membership ended in April. They dont make every one wear masks. They have had personnel there with Covid. Some of the employees there are very unprofessional and dont wear their mask. The television is always on the news channel which is irritating because who goes to the gym to hear lies. I should have stopped making payments in Jan but it took until April to finally get out of my contract.

Fit4life Greensboro is a great gym with fantastic staff! Pre-COVID life, the staff always greeted you at the door and was there to assist in any way. Since the pandemic, the entire staff has stepped up tremendously to remind members to clean machines and all other equipment. I’ve also been very impressed with them closing the gym on various days to deep clean the entire facility. Through these times, the staff continues to be friendly at the door upon entering. My husband and I have taken advantage of their personal training program. We can’t say enough great things about Kade, our trainer. Kade is supportive, flexible with our work schedules and overall a great motivator. He has helped us kill some pretty big goals! Thank you, Fit4life! I will always recommend them.

They need to not superglue advertising to every car windshield it’s been stuck on my windshield for three days in whatever I try won’t get it off. Thanks for ruining my car. also I’ve been told they’re doing an amazing job at spreading COVID-19

NO MASK OR SOCIAL DISTANCING BY STAFF!!! This can be seen from the parking lot as the staff congregates by the front door. They will, sometimes, put a mask on if you check-in with a mask on, but they do not wear mask nor do they make any attempt to social distance while they work with clients or they themselves workout.

Excellent gym. The facility tailors to just about any fitness need. The staff is well knowledgeable in the machines and the different equipment in the facility. Definitely would recommend for anyone that is trying to reach their fitness goals. 24/7 is an added bonus!

The best gym I’ve ever been to! The staff is always so welcoming; they really know how to make you feel like family here. They offer a free training session when you sign up, open24/7, and even free child care. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Like many of the other reviewers, my SO had the WORST time attempting to cancel the membership. This was pre-Covid. He called, I called, it was one excuse after another.The equipment is ok, but every other day I was there, the paper towels near the cardio equipment weren’t there... which of course means people weren’t wiping down when they finished.There’s also only one men’s restroom and one female restroom, so enjoy listening to the knocks while you’re in there.Can’t wait to see the response to this post: “ We apologize that your experience was not what you hoped it would be.” So professional right?

Absolutely love the atmosphere and very local (I’m not just somebody).The staff are great, I was indecisive about having a personal trainer- I am very satisfied with every single one of the them. Much appreciated for working around my tight schedule, (with only a single call/text I can rescheduled my sessions anytime). There is not a day that a trainer is not seen on the floor either working out or with a client. Every session is a new challenge.Overall, the place feels very motivated, clean and nonjudgmental.

This place Is a rip off. When you try to cancel your membership you are threatened with not being allowed to (evening when your paying off the contract in advance) then you have to get into with the person at the front desk. which is unprofessional. There are plenty of gyms in Greensboro you can pay for way less for and the staff is friendly. Why spend your money at a place that attacks when you no longer need their services. I wonder how would this situation play out of i was a man. Or better yet white.

Love the personalized experience I have had here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always encouraging and helpful. The exercise classes are welcoming and fun and not at all intimidating. I especially recommend the small group training classes with Mike, hes great at making sure you show up and its well worth the money, you will see and feel the difference in just a few weeks.

This is such a great gym. Its like everyone is a family! Theyre there to assist, help you to be your best, and will be there every step of the way if you want them to. Youre not just a number like the bigger gyms!

The equipment is top notch! Love that I don’t have to worry about getting to the gym and anything I need to use being down for weeks because they aren’t interested in fixing broken equipment in a timely manner. The atmosphere is great! I have never felt judged walking in as a big woman. I would recommend the personal training 10/10 times. The personalized program gave me great results as early as three weeks in! Joining fit4life was the best decision I ever made for my physical well-being!

I’ve only been a member of this gym for about 3 months now. My fiancé and I started coming here after we had had our fair share of another planet. I have to say- the staff here is exceptional. Everyone of them want to see you succeed and be the best version of yourself you can be. I am so grateful to have each and everyone of them on my team. Especially Haley. You guys rock. And I thank you all so much for making this a great place to come every day!!!!On another note- the facility is always clean. The equipment is in great working order.Personal training 1 on 1 or in a small group setting. Excellent, competitive pricing.The classes are excellent. There is a great deal of variety. I personally frequent the HIIT classes and weight circuit classes. But this gym truly has something for everyone!

I have been a member here for about a year and a half and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff and trainers are all very helpful, friendly, and personable. I love the atmosphere here and highly recommend it.

I have been back and forth about canceling membership and stopping fees for several months. Starting with physical limitations that interfere with ability to use adequately. After getting doctors note and signing cancelation papers it was still very difficult to get fees to stop. I am still trying to clear up this mess with the personal training fees right now. Proceed with caution if you decide to join.

I agree with another post. I understand needing a notice if you are under contract; however, you should be able to cancel your membership at will if no payment for a month to month contract after your original 12 month membership has ended. This is especially important when it takes them nearly a month to even respond back to you after having reached out to multiple people. I liked this gym when I lived in the area and knew I couldnt cancel before my 12 months was up even though I had moved over an hour away. Its a complete shame that their customer service is not at all up to par with the gym itself.

Great neighborhood gym. Accommodates all levels of fitness, whether you are beginning, advanced or in between! The gym is attractive with the right amount of equipment so there is not a constant wait. For those who like classes, check out that option as well. My favorite feature of the gym is personal training- there are a variety of approaches such as small group or individual that will fit in most budgets. I can’t say enough great things about my trainer, Todd O’Leary. Check it out and invest in your health!!!

Have been looking for a local gym in the brown summit area, I was very hesitant about group personal training but after trying out a session with Mike, felt like it was a great fit for me and would benefit me pre/post pregnancy. love the atmosphere and comfort of the gym & feeling like Ive accomplished something after working out! Be careful! The owner admitted to double charging me for a monthly membership for several months, but still refuses to refund the money he overcharged. The gym itself is nice, the staff was friendly, however they told me conflicting information about my membership than what the owner was telling me.

Terrible Customer Service, So we got our Gym membership at fit 4 life last year in December with awesome goals in mind like most people. Everything was going the way it should. Fast forward a few months and now my wife is pregnant with our first. So of course we are excited and its great. But as you guess, you have to reassess your finances. So I reach out to fit 4 life to ask for help. We had 6 months left on our contract when I tried to cancel. Now I knew that it wasnt going to be free. I was expecting a decent size fee. But nope, not at Fit 4 life. In order to cancel, you have to buy out the entirety of your contract. So it was 6 months of dues all at once. I explained that my wife was pregnant, and that she isnt even able to use her membership because of how she feels and her limitations with pregnancy anyways. I told them we need all the help we can get saving our money during this period. There was no sympathy, not even an attempt to see if they could help us. Now fast forward again...our contract is finally ending. We bit the bullet and made it (because there was no choice..youre paying the same amount to cancel). So I walk into the gym and tell them we do not want our contract to renew. Heres where it gets funny. They state that because I didnt give them 60 days notice (OF MY CONTRACT ENDING), that I have to pay my membership fees for an extra month. This is a joke! They couldnt just let us part ways. So here I am writing this review. I wasnt going to, but they wont tell you this stuff. So take it from me and my family. Dont join this gym unless you know for an absolute fact that you want that membership. There equipment seems second hand and it always has. We joined within the first month or so when they opened and it was sub par then. And as I stated, you will get no sympathy from the staff.

Staff never returns your phone calls and the equipment is dirty. If it breaks it takes forever to get fixed. No locker room to change in also the TVs never have any good channels. If I could get out of the contract I would. I moved from planet fitness because fit 4 life was closer BIG MISTAKE. Im going back to the planet its a clean place it has locker rooms showers and free personal trainers. Fit 4 life does not.

By far the worst gym Ive ever did business with. After getting a new job and not having time nor being even close enough to even go here, I asked to cancel and they say you cant cancel your membership during a year term. That seems kind of odd seeing as the copy of the contract I got says nothing of that. Ive been going back and forth with this gym trying to cancel, but yet they try to continue being leeches trying to charge me knowing full well that I want to cancel. Now they sent it to collections so that now my credit will be hit by this. The absolute worst excuse for a gym that Ive attended. Will never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.

They told me that I had to make my first payment first then they would draft my bank account for monthly fees, I changed my mind about joining their gym didnt make the first payment and they still drafted my account and they have some collection company sending me notices about I owe them money. How if I never made the first payment up front like I was supposed to and they still pushed my contract through, very bad business.

I have been a member of Fit-4-Life for a little over a year. I have been trying to cancel my membership since June of 2018. Their customer service is horrible. They are only concerned about the monthly fee that you pay. I have emailed the facility, emailed the corporate office, texted the staff at the facility i use and they have yet to cancel my membership. i continue to receive text and late payment notices in the mail and I have continued to inform them I no longer live in the Greensboro Area so it is not conducive for me to use the facility. If you want a organization that cares about a monthly fee over great customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I suggest you stay away. You have been warned.

I have been with fit for life for a year now. During the summer a friend moved into my house and I added her to the account. She moved out a few months later and met all the requirements for a cancellation per their contract. She went in to cancel in Sept filled out all the paperwork, i was charged for her in October despite the cancelling and her never setting foot in the gym since. I called and was reassured it was canceled, then Nov 5th came and I was charged again, this time i went into the gym, the girl opened my file and the cancellation form was not in there. My friend drove from out of town and resubmitted everything. They said we would be charged for dec because my contract has to be a year, this was the 1st time we heard this. So she paid her membership that day so I would not be charged for December. Guess what, I have charged AGAIN IN DECEMBER . So they took her money and they charged me anyway. Today January 6th and they charged me again. I called the gym, the manager is never there. At this point this is ridiculous, i wanted to keep my membership and cancel just her portion but the way they do business it deceitful and unacceptable.

Canceled on the 3rd day and was told I would receive my $180 back in about 2 weeks through the mail. It has now been 5 weeks and just noticed they drafted another $44 today. The only appeal to the gym is that its not crowded. I think I know why.

Fit4Life is awesome this gym has everything you need to get stronger and healthier; free weights, machines, cardio equipment, also the classes are free for members and the personal and small group training is worth it.

Very rude staff I had to cancel my membership due to an new job promotion I canceled within 2 days which would cause you not to have pently they charged me 25 dollars the store manager mike was supposed to call me back never did he return my phone call so I just let it be about 3 months later I noticed they had still be charging my card 25 dollars each month I called to speak to some they said was mike was out and the acting manger would give me a call this was Thursday now here comes Tuesday and rebbca the front desk said hey I was just giving you a call I saw a note to give you a call don’t know what’s going on after I clearly call Thursday and told them every detail at this point I got off the phone with her she texts me back stateing something without knowing the facts first off that is very unprofessional texting a customer back so at this point I callled the store and lord and behold Mike picks up the so called manger that was supposed to called several months about the refund that was owed to me he was very rude did not give 2 cents that he never returned my called several months ago and that they have been charging my card every sence I ask for his boss number and he refused to give it to me and told me he would be in Thursday and I ask what time he said he didn’t know so I ask again he refused again at this point I hung the phone I had to called my bank at the end of the day to report them sence no one was willing to help never in my life have I encountered such rudeness and unprofessional from a group or company

I have been a member since June of this year the staff is friendly, what I like most of all is Zumba class theres morning classes and evening classes, trust me you get your monies worth. Stop by they are 24/7, and the trainers are handsome if I say so myself😄Oh so you know Latin DIVA is there on Wednesday evening classes,some twerking ijs fun Step Classes, you wont be disappointed.

Ive called everyday for a week and no one answers. Im trying to join and discuss prices. Guess Ill keep hitting golds, they have more stuff anyway 💪
