Polite and fair price. They were very fast. I did have to ask them to not drag a large chest freezer across my landscape, so if I wasn’t home not sure how they would have left my yard. Overall satisfied and grateful for their job. Would hire them again, but would assure supervision

They ripped the screwed from the door frame if the screen door and were not apologetic. I fixed it myself as they did not offer. They did compliment me at being handy.

They had a lot of jobs booked the day I used them, but they called to tell me they will be a little late, which was appreciated. I had more items to haul than my original estimate and it was no problem for them. They were fast and made sure to fit everything in one haul. Amazing service!

I hired them to help with junk removal. They charged $600 for 30 minutes work. Their website said they help clean out anything and haul away. Once they arrived they said it would be $600 without even looking at what we had. They removed large items only. They were in a big hurry just to leave. The amount of work they did and the service provided wasn’t even worth $100, let alone $600. When I asked them some smaller items, they said that they didn’t bring trash bags and couldn’t help. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and needed help during my move. Basically I feel cheated out of $600. Oh and one of the movers had the strong odor of marijuana. I will not use them in the furure.

Very quick to respond on weekends, appointment was almost immediate, and removal was perfect and executed without having to be present. Random find on Google, and worth it. Reasonable charge. Estimated cost in terms of filling up the truck bed of a Toyota Tacoma, which is great.

We were a little concerned about calling a big company for garage clean out based on what I heard about other companies. When I did a quick search on garage clean out a recent segment came up on WXII about these guys. I searched and saw they had 5-star reviews and felt a whole lot better about contacting them. I called the next morning and they immediately came out that day for an estimate and scheduled me in for the same week. They did a FANTASTIC job!!! Also, I spoke to several different people at the office about different questions I had, they were all pleasant, professional, prompt and answered all my questions. Even the owner called me to answer one of my questions. She assured me that they try to recycle anything they can to avoid overloading the dump. She was so personal and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Even the guys who did the clean out were prompt, professional and respectful. If garage clean out is weighing on your mind, don’t hesitate to contact this local company. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Just a small mattress disposal. The two movers were prompt, efficient and regular guys (no comment on who is or is not a hunk ). On time and not too early, which is appreciated at 8:00am appointments. Only issue was the card reader wasn’t working - fortunately we had more petty cash than usual. No one uses that paper stuff anymore! 😮 let your staff have equipment that works! But otherwise 👍

When I made the appointment I was told they would give me an estimate when they arrived. They were right on time and were very helpful. The dumpster truck was almost full and they were limited in what they could take from my garage. I was charged $210 which was quite steep. They told me that they could come back from the rest. I may need to shop around first.

I was super happy with them. I bought a “bagster” bag. Waste Management (the bagster company) came out twice and just left each time. Later I’d get an email telling me there was a problem but never explaining what the problem. After much agitation and inquiry they’d explain that I had violated their terms of service in some unexpected and entirely subjective way. I spent $160 in that cycle of BS and none of my junk was removed. Junk king picked it up first try. It cost a bit more, but I actually got the service and that’s all I ever wanted. Thank you junk king.

The employees worked really hard and eventually got the job done for the agreed upon price, but we had a negative experience. They did not agree with the amount they were being paid for the job, despite prior in-person estimate and negotiation with their administration via email. A manager called me and acted very angry and aggressive over the phone, suspicious that I was being disingenuous. I think internal communication at the company (between the call center, employees and the management) would have avoided this situation, but this manager still should have conducted himself more professionally. I was genuinely surprised that a problem arose and dealing with it in the middle of my work day was distressing.

I have used Junk King twice in the last 2-3 years. Their pricing on the earlier jobs was much lower than when I used them December 2020. The two men that showed up did call before they arrived. One was friendly. They made quick work of what I had in the garage and then were gone. I’m not sure I would use them again though—price was simply too high

The guys who came to take the furniture away were very nice and quick. They called to let me know they were on their way. The only thing I didn’t like was the online estimate. I over-estimated how much I had and they charged me the estimate as opposed to seeing what I had for them to take. I would just do it by phone to get a more accurate and fairer price if I use them again, which I would if I need to.
