I had an appointment scheduled for between 2-4 PM but the company called and stated they were running early and asked if it was OK to come by early (a little before 1PM), which I agreed to with no issues. The sooner the better I say, and I also appreciate them calling ahead to make sure it was OK to arrive early instead of just showing up. Both technicians were GREAT, efficient and kind. They worked quickly and quoted me an initial quote which was agreed to based on their initial assessment but it ended up being a lot less expensive. They even asked if I had booked online (which I had) and gave me a 10% discount! They were very friendly, even wanting to meet my cat which I thought was very sweet. Couldn’t have asked for better service. They were done even before my requested time slot and got everything out and organized quickly; including furniture, some electronics, an old television and a lot of cardboard boxes and trash bags full of JUNK. I’ve already recommended them to a co-worker. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, and will definitely be calling again if needed.

We will definitely be using Junk Doctors for any of our removal needs. They called because they were ahead of schedule, and were so quick and efficient they were gone 15 minutes before the scheduled 2 hour window. It’s worth noting the furniture piece was fairly heavy, but they moved it downstairs & out of our home in a matter of seconds. The price was amazing. I have never written a review for any company good or bad. The reason that I am writing this review is because I am beyond thankful for this company. I had a sticky situation and they were more than patient and understanding. I rescheduled about 10 times on them and they just took it with stride and got me on their schedule when it was convenient for my circumstances. The guys from Greensboro did a great job given difficult circumstances. It was wet and very muddy at the shed I needed cleaned out. They fought off mosquitos, snakes, and rats to fill the truck in under two hours. And they made accommodations for a second truck to come in from out of town. The guys were friendly and professional. I had Eric and Daniel help me today. Most people would assume that Im going to start talking about how strong they are, or how fast they cleared the job, or that the price was good. Sure, that is all true. I was very surprised by how capably they got rid of all of the stuff and how the job was well done. But more importantly...am almost speechless at how kind they were to me today. As a newly single mother going through a hard breakup, I have been struggling immensely emotionally.
