All support staff and Dr. Barnes at Happy Tails were extremely patient and very thorough with explanations of processes. They were very gentle and had a calming presence with my 13 year old dog Henry when they brought him in to examine. Ultimately I decided it was time and best to euthanize. In this difficult time, the staff was supportive and consoling and in every step for his comfort and ours. I know Henry was peaceful and it was very reassuring to know he was being treated with great care and dignity. Thank you for the compassion you show animals and their families in these hard situations.

We are in no means out of the woods yet, but our sweet girl, Molly was taken care of so well after she was bitten by a mystery snake. This girl is one of our babies and we could not imagine anything happening to her. I am so grateful to Happy Tails for keeping our girl and treating her so well. I just hope she continues to recover quickly. And as much as the staff of Happy Tails were great to work with, I really hope I never have to see them again. Thank you for helping my baby girl, I’m sure she will be her happy self very soon because of you all.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt like I had to after our last experience. We’ve been to Happy Tails for our other pets before and had good service from nice folks. This last time was a whole lot harder because we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog. From the moment I called to say we were there, the staff was calm and kind. I was a ball of stress and they helped me feel like my dog was in good hands. I couldn’t go in because of covid precautions (which I understand), but they were excellent about communicating. I am so sorry that I don’t remember the vet’s name but she was incredible. She delivered bad news directly and compassionately. I didn’t have to try and read between the lines or make guesses. She patiently answered all of my questions and was very kind when we came back to say our goodbyes. The whole staff was wonderful. The prices were very reasonable and they were really good about checking in before adding any extra cost. We will always be grateful to Happy Tails for being so wonderful during such a terrible time.

Our Jack Russell Scout stepped on a large fishing lure last Saturday & in trying to get it out of his paw he also hooked his mouth and neck. There was nothing that we could do to remove the large treble hooks so we took him to Happy Tails. They did a terrific job in removing all of the hooks without leaving a scratch on him. The following day he was back to normal ready to play ball again.

Why can’t you give information about a wild bird I took to you? You can’t say if he went to a wildlife rehabber or if he didn’t? Or if he died? The only explanation is you don’t give out that information? Inhumane. I care about that animal. Why do you care that others care?

Thank you Dr. Gebhardt for saving our boy! Our 2 year old Great Dane was acting a little under the weather for several days and then all the sudden he crashed. Turns out he was experiencing an Addisonian Crisis that could’ve been fatal without the quick care provided by Dr. Gebhardt and the amazing team at Happy Tails. They were able to get him through the night even though it was rocky and we were able to transfer him to Carolina Veterinarian Specialists in Winston Salem the following morning where they were able to confirm that our boy had Addison’s Disease and start the hormone replacement therapy. He improved so fast after receiving the hormones. We went from thinking our baby was going to die on a Sunday to being able to take him home on a Tuesday!! Even though he’ll have to be on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of his life, I’m so so grateful that this disease is treatable and we will get more time with our boy. Thank you again for giving us this gift!!!

Had to take my cat to get him examined, his back legs stopped working and after blood tests And xray our bill came out to a wooing 800 dollars for 2 hours in this place. They suggested to leave our pet over night for another 2200 how crazy is that. Then they wanted us to have our cat examined by an mri machine for 5k who is rich enough to pay that much. 800 dollars is a bit much I should have taken my pet to my regular veterinarian for 300 dollar visit which is also a bit much for me. At the end my cat is still sick and we are out of $800. Beware of their hidden fees. Don’t go here unless your wealthy, understaffed, pricey, no hell at all.

It’s been a while since this experience but I took my old dog into this vet; they misread a kidney infection as a bad splenic tumor on the x Ray. They got her comfortable and I went to put her down at my primary vet the next day based on their recommendations. Upon seeing her, my primary vet decided to look closer at her records and to get additional x rays. Her condition was 100% treatable with antibiotics.Happy tails called me the next day to make sure I put my dog down. I didn’t ask for any money back but just explained the misdiagnosis to them. They accused my primary vet of lack of care.My primary vet received a CERTIFIED LETTER threatening to sue him and accusing him of malpractice. This place is UNBELIEVABLE. They should be ashamed.Guess what happy tails?! My dog lived an additional 4 years comfortably. And when she finally did go, it was from kidney failure, not a splenic tumor ;).

Do not take your pet here. There is a shortage of being able to get dogs seen right now. I took my dog here in tears trying to figure out what is wrong with her. They kept her for hours! I had to call them to see if they had figured out what was going on. They just used big words to tell me they had no idea. I then had to take her to another emergency vet (I would highly recommend you visit after hours veterinary emergency clinic) just to get the right diagnosis.Don’t waste your time or money going to this place!

This emergency clinic is AWFUL!! I feel they are in business to collect as much money as possible on your credit card without doing much of anything to help your pet. In early July 2021 I took my cat to Happy Tails because my regular vet was closed on the weekend. My cat had refused food and water for over 2 days. During intake, I notified the staff that I was worried about dehydration and requested that my cat be given fluids as soon as possible. After 5 hours, I still had not received a call with a status update and called to check on my cat. I was told I had to wait for a return call from the vet. Two hours later (7 hours after I brought my cat in) I received a call from Dr. Gebhardt who told me about a long list of tests that she performed on my cat. She told me there was a chance he might have kidney failure and she recommended he stay for 4 days for observation. I asked her if he had received any fluids and she said no and that I would have to authorize that for another $175 on top of the $625 my credit card had already been charged for my cat to be seen. She couldnt explain why she needed my authorization for fluids but not for the 10+ tests that had already been performed. When I told her I could not afford a 4 day stay, she told me that I should think about putting him down!!! I told her I wanted to pick up my cat ASAP and authorized fluids to be given subcutaneously. She made me feel very intimidated and said I would have to sign a release against her recommendation for him to go home. I picked up my cat 2 hours later and saw no evidence of a raised area between his shoulder blades where the fluids were supposed to have been injected. I was also charged $825 for services supposedly provided. When I brought my cat home, he seemed very drugged. He laid in front of his water bowl and drank water very slowly for over 20 minutes because he was so dehydrated. I am convinced that if I had left him in Dr. Gebhardts care and not insisted on fluids that he would have died. He is now doing fine after a few days of rest at home. He clearly does not have kidney failure but just had a temporary illness of some sort. I do not typically post reviews but was truly shocked by the horrible treatment my cat received, the amount I was charged, and the way that Dr. Gebhardt took advantage of me in a vulnerable situation. No pet owner should have to go through this type of experience. Do not take your pet to Happy Tails because you will not be very happy with the way they do business and treat your pet.

The people who work at Happy Tails truly care about the animals they treat and their human family members! We had to take our kitten to them in the middle of the night after an accident. They got him in quickly and explained what was going on with him thoroughly. We got multiple phone calls throughout the night with updates. The documentation they sent us home with the next day was super thorough, and the vet tech explained it and answered all my questions. Once we brought our little guy home, they even called to check on him. From the doctor to the vet techs to Morgan the receptionist, every single employee was kind and compassionate. Theyre exactly the kind of people you want caring for your pet during an emergency.Yes, it is expensive, but life-saving medical care is going to cost a lot no matter where you go. It was worth every penny and more! They are very transparent about their pricing and make sure you know what the cost will be before they render any treatment.

Came here last week cause my little baby was sick. They were so nice, sweet and attentive, even with covid protocols in place they reassured me that he would be okay even though I couldn’t be in there with him. On a separate note; Most ALL emergency vets operate on a triage protocol just like any other normal emergency room that a human would visit. Thankfully they didn’t have a wait and I was able to get my dog in quickly since my normal vet wasn’t open. I have come here before with my previous dog and they were so wonderful to him as well. Unfortunately emergency pet situations tend to cost more than we like, but as a pet owner I was prepared for this-but they also offer care credit in the event you are unable to pay upfront. Anyways I had my other dog with me as well, so once they took Milo in they noticed she was there for moral support. Once he was ready to be picked up they had a cute little bandana on for the holidays and even brought out a matching one for her. Just such a cute thing to do. Anyways, they are great and so sweet, and Milo has been treated and back to normal! No one ever wants to go to the emergency vet but they are wonderful if you have to go with your fur baby.

My chihuaha Tigger started getting sick and losing weight drastically, he would eat off and on but was still drinking water, then he suddenly stopped all of the above. Taking him to the vet wasnt a option until the next day and I didnt want my fur baby to suffer so I called Happy Tails. From the start, the receptionist was very friendly and after explaining the situation, I decided to put him down, I filled out the form that was sent via text and sent my husband on the way with my fur baby because I was too distraught to go. After about a hr of waiting, my husband called me to tell me Tigger passed in his arms while waiting. Im a health care professional so I understand the triage process, other dogs were seen because they had a chance at survival and my fur baby was too far gone so I wasnt mad at the wait. I called them and reported he passed and they set up after care for my fur baby and I just received his remains today. He was boxed beautifully and came with a engraved paw print. I am forever grateful for the way that Happy Tails treated my fur baby. Thank you so much

First off, I am writing this review as someone understanding the meaning of triage but also under the impression that at an emergency hospital should treat each patient as an emergency. Unfortunately, my experience here left us feeling like less than a priority. And to be clear, after reading other reviews concerning the pricing of emergency care, money will never be an issue when it comes to my babies health.I became concerned this morning when my 9 year old pit started having a horrific sounding cough, mostly a dry hack but also coughing up white foam. But non stop, to the point he was breathing irregularly. I called Happy Tails and spoke with a vet tech who immediately determined he has kennel cough due to the fact that he had recently been to his regular vet for routine checkup and shots and could have been exposed to a virus. After being given some advice and options, I did some research and decided I would rather be safe than sorry being that my dog is a senior and already experiences respiratory issues. I called again to discuss being seen today. I was told to come immediately, park in employee parking and call upon arrival and to expect to be there for an average of 2 hours. I was asked for an estimated arrival time and said I was an hour away, coming from Reidsville. My baby coughed and spit up foam and undigested food the entire hour long ride there. We called to announce our arrival, at this point we havent been given any wait time but told that someone would be out to get him when ready and Im still assuming they are treating this as an emergency. After about 20 mins in the parking lot, the vet tech (same one that diagnosed him over the phone) calls my cell to tell me that there was a four hour wait. Mind you- im extremely concerned for my baby as he is still struggling to breathe, continuously coughing and constantly vomiting puddles of white foam, he and I are both anxious already. She tells me to try another vet. Okay, so I call the recommended vet and I am told it would be an even longer wait, making me increasingly concerned about when and where had time to help my baby. My boyfriend- who is with me the whole time and is trying to help- calls happy tails one more time to voice his concerns for our dog and is told that we were mistaken, that someone would see us in less than 30 mins and that a doctor would contact us within 4 hours after he is examined (?) So, we continue to wait until the vet tech calls again to say that we were previously misinformed and the wait time is, in fact, 4 hours before anyone would see us.Distraught, we frantically reach another vet who takes one look at him coughing and struggling to breathe and she literally sprung into action, taking him in for an exam without wasting another minute- starting with xrays to rule out serious issues in his lungs or trachea. Luckily, the x-rays came back clear and she administered a cough suppressant which had almost immediate results as he started breathing regularly and stopped coughing. He was diagnosed with bronchitis and inflammation, she let us take him home after offering to keep him overnight simply to monitor his cough. We decided to bring him home and monitor him there. She sent us home with antibiotics and steroids but most importantly we left with peace of mind in knowing our baby was cared for properly. In summary, I never saw a doctor or stepped foot inside Happy Tails but it is my entitled opinion that there is a huge lack of communication between employees for us to have been given misinformation and displays of unprofessionalism practiced at this location. Maybe if the vet tech had been concerned about his ability to breathe, whether he had non life-threatening kennel cough or not, we would have been treated more like a priority. The two stars are for the extremely polite receptionist.

*PLEASE READ* On 5/28/2021 I brought my cat here, because our regular vet was booked. I spoke with the receptionist before I did the paperwork and I explained what was going on. I told her that the cat was sneezing and had a watery eye it may be a respiratory infection that’s why I’m bringing her. She had to call me back I guess after she talked to the vet just to tell me that they had to up the charge to see her cause of the contagiousness of the situation, ok fine. They charged 160, I paid. They took my cat and I waited out back for 3 hrs when I was the first person there. So I finally called and it was said to me “ oh no one has called you yet?, the vet is on the phone and will call u soon”. Ok fine. She calls and tells me that my cat was aggressive and she was unable to do an exam because they were unable to get close to her, ok I understand, she also told me that my situation (from what she could tell) was not an emergency situation and should be taken care of by the primary vet! She also gave me all these hypothetical situations that they would have had to put the cat to sleep to find out if they were going on, but it’s basically no emergency, and no examination except what we already discussed before I handed my cat over. I asked since you didn’t do anything by what was told to me by the vet why was I not called before 3 hrs and why did no on call me and say well we couldn’t do anything with your cat can u pick her up. Or even better, sir this is not considered an emergency situation and it usually clears up on it’s on and maybe you should wait to take her to ur regular vet. They could have told me all this with the exception that my cat was aggressive because I know they didn’t know that til she was inside, before they swiped my card for 160 dollars. I asked them if they knew all this before and I was told no by at least 3 people and I know they knew it was nothing to be done because they knew the symptoms first and diagnosed her before she even went in and EVEN charged for it. So I just count it as a loss because they were not willing to take off any money or have consideration for my time, when If u can’t touch the cat why was she there for three hrs. This was my experience, and I just want it to be known to patrons that this how YOU do business and to the business yes you Happy tails emergency vet. That you guys need to take consideration of these negative reviews that are all similar and make some changes for the betterment of your business. We called our actual vet first thing this morning and they saw her immediately-- and, when told about our experience with Happy Tails, confirmed that they have been told MANY horror stories involving that business. They were kind enough to provide recommendations for legitimate emergency vet services should we need it in the future. For the love of your pet, should you need an emergency vet please take them anywhere else. If you are looking for an emergency vet to go to, please go here! I am SO glad that when I looked for a place to bring my cat Juniper, that I found Happy Tails. Juniper was spayed just last Thursday, and was having some difficulties with her spay incision. This past Sunday I brought her in to help get her figured out, and the kindness of the entire staff was indescribable. I have never been treated with so much compassion at a vet before. I’m a very nervous person, so I was calling almost every day afterwards providing them updates on Juniper and whether or not I needed to bring her in again, and they did not turn me away from those calls even if they weren’t necessary! It was really great validation to have and showed that they do genuinely care about your pet, even after they see them. I had to bring Juniper back last night, as her incision site was looking worse. A lot worse. It turns out that some of her tissue underneath the incision was decaying and she needed to be taken in for surgery. This was obviously a very stressful time. Juniper is a registered emotional support animal, and I was dealing with potentially losing both my fur baby, and something that is crucial for my mental health. The entire staff walked me through the whole process so well and even though I was still worried, I felt content that she was getting help there at Happy Tails. I just received word that Juniper just woke up from her surgery and is doing great! I truly think that Happy Tails saved my cat from a potentially life-threatening situation, and I am again so happy that I brought Juniper here.

Let me preface this by saying that my cat is extremely aggressive in veterinarian settings, so I avoid taking her to the vet unless absolutely necessary. I noticed late in the evening that her eye appeared swollen, and it progressed to the point where the eye was shut and she was clearly experiencing discomfort. Thinking she was having some kind of allergic reaction, I made the decision to take her in. I called two clinics beforehand to inquire about cost, but the receptionist at Happy Tails was so professional and conscientious, I immediately decided to take her there after our conversation. As expected, my cat was unable to be examined thoroughly due to her aggression. From there, they informed me of my options including all associated costs and helped me make the best decision for my cat in terms of treatment. Ive worked as a vet assistant in several clinics, in town and out of state, so Ive experienced first hand these kinds of situations with an aggressive animal. Its stressful for everyone involved, and hard to handle professionally when youre weighing things like cost, the customers reactions and expectations and the safety of your staff. Ultimately the pets health and well being should be at the forefront, and with advising me on how to proceed, Happy Tails made it clear to me that this was the case. Ive really never had such a positive and professional experience despite the circumstances. Thank you so much for treating my hellion and also easing my anxiety in the process! I will be recommending you whenever I can!

Its expensive triage, which serves a purpose, but they are at best average diagnosticians. The tests they ran in 12 hours were a lot more than a day and a half at CVS plus surgery and medicines. The doctor also said I needed to get a quality of life discussion at CVS, which couldnt have been further from the truth (both in my knowledge and actual to the experience). Two days later he was totally fine. Also, there was feces in the parking lot which I had to avoid, which with sick dogs coming in is problematic. I was the first customer of the day, so it wasnt that recent.

From the time I called Happy Tails on euthanization to the time I came back to collect his remains; Happy Tails went above the call to meet our needs with great compassion, for our almost 9 year old German Shepherd to my wife and I. They were one of the very few in the area who were willing to work with us in some manner to be present while they put our fur baby down to rest, while adhering to Covid-19 protocols. Happy Tails was very understanding of our need to have him examined on potential last time in case he may had been improving from his diagnosed myasthenia gravis which made it difficult for him to walk and swallow food. They allowed us ample time to spend with our dog before and after they laid him to rest with the courtesy as if they were our two legged loved ones. It was very stressful for us to not only deal with the unexpected loss of our 8 year old puppys quick decline into senior disability, but it all took place right before we experienced our firstborn son as well, and all in the middle of a pandemic. I was very glad to have been referred to Happy Tails from After Hours Animal Clinic to have them spend my last few minutes with him the best we could. We were even greeted by a personalized hand written sympathy card before we collected his remains. Thanks again for your courtesy, compassion, and professionalism during this very somber, surreal, and challenging time in our lives.

Dont waste your time here. They will let your die if you dont have money. The prices are more expensive than human hospitalization. My dog will suffer the rest of the evening until she can get to her primary doctor. Wasted time here resulted in not being able to go to other places that were open at the time that could have made her comfortable. For an affordable price. And most places will work with you. Not here. The sure advertise it. But no they dont. They will be glad to put your pet down tho. Please save your pocket and your pet. Go somewhere that is motivated in helping stop the suffering, more than whats in your wallet. Somewhere with compassion.

If you are reading this because you are frantically searching for Emergency Vets to help your baby like I was, please call this one!! I finally called Happy Tails after several very unhelpful phone calls from other vets, and they were immediately helpful from the moment they picked up the phone. They were so patient when answering all of my crazy dog mom questions even though they were slammed, and were full of information and options, and they were very honest. They were upfront and reasonable about prices as well( if you have to go to an Emergency Vet, don’t except to not spend money). I was so worried my sweet dog would be traumatized after her visit since she is still a puppy but it was very clear that they took great care of her and she came back to me as if nothing had ever happened! And they even called the next day to make sure she was doing well (which she was!). I hope we won’t be making any trips back there anytime soon, but it’s so comforting to know we have somewhere I can trust should we ever need to!

They also continued to comfort me and although they couldn’t give me anymore updates on the opossum they assured me that he would get the necessary care and if he made it through the night he would be transferred to a wildlife center for further rehabilitation and that if he didn’t make it through the night that he would be humanely euthanized. It was really hard for me to leave him because I had obviously become attached to him after seeing him struggling but I know he is in such good and loving care there. People are out here jobless and barely able to feed their families. And this place wants you to give them a whole paycheck. They’re insensitive and heartless. I was referred to them. And I wish I never even drove the 30 minutes it took me to get there. My dog was feeling terrible. I was worried and called all around and was told to bring him here. We got there as soon as they opened. And sat outside waiting for someone to see him. My Husband and I were told they could not see our dog without a $675 deposit. Nobody even looked at him before we were quoted that price. Then they said take out loans. And ask for at least 5 grand in case he needed surgery. That just sounded unrealistic. My Husband is the only one of us who works. And I loss my job due to covid. Loans weren’t an option for us. And who has that kind of money on a Tuesday at the end of the month!??. Needless to say we didn’t have that type of money. And my dog died on the way home. It hurts me to know that he needed help. And the only way he could get it was if we had a million dollars to give them. My dog was 3. He was a gift from a friend because I was dying of end stage heart Disease. He fought that battle with me. And was there when I got my heart transplant last year. He stuck with me through my health struggles. And it sucks I couldn’t get him the help he needed to get through his.

Called to ask them about euthanizing my elderly cat. They were wonderful. Not many places will let you accompany the pet inside right now due to COVID. I called the emergency clinic first in Winston and, while they were respectful and caring, they said no. They said I should try their sister clinic in Greensboro or Happy Tails. To my relief, Happy Tails said yes. My cat was suffering and it was later on a Saturday. They did use PPE, which is understandable, and they adjusted where it was done to minimize risk to the clinic. Honestly, I was so focused on saying goodbye to my best friend that I wasnt picky about the exact location in the clinic. I just wanted us to be together when she went. They allowed me the time I needed both before and after, and were very kind throughout. I believe the receptionist name was Angie, but I dont remember the tech or doctors name. I was stressed. Im very grateful for everything they did. Ive read some of the other reviews and, as for the price, I thought it was comparable to the other vets Ive used in the area. If I could give this review more than 5 stars, I would. My cat was suffering and they provided the best experience possible, under the circumstances. TLDR; great clinic, kind staff, very knowledgeable, would recommendMy cat was taken in a few days ago, they asked me lots of questions which made me feel better about the experience because it showed they really wanted a comprehensive understanding of his situation.Because this is during COVID-19, they came to my vehicle and got him. It was heart breaking to watch him go without me, but I prayed they would treat him well. This was at 5:50pm.I got my call 2.5 hours after dropping him off with an update on his condition, he needed to be hospitalized. The Doctor was extremely thorough in explaining what she had found, what his diagnosis was presumed to be, and what treatment he needed. He ended up needing to be hospitalized for at least 12 hours, I was promised an update after blood work if they found something conclusive for what was causing his issues. I never got one so I assumed he was doing better.Around 2am I was anxious, missing my boy, and feeling a tad scared for him so I called. Everyone was extremely nice and gave me an update on him (he was doing better!) .I was finally able to bring him home at 9am the following day. I learned he was great with the staff, they even elected to call him “boo”-berry, because he was such a good boy (his name is Blueberry), which I thought was adorable.EVERY TIME I called they were phenomenal, kind, and reasonably timed at being responsive. (You will have to wait on hold to speak to a vet-tech). I am so thankful they were kind and updated me on his condition improving, it made my worried momma heart feel a little better. The prices are reasonable, it’s not going to be cheap, it’s veterinary medicine. The training alone to do the job they do is EXTENSIVE. Not to mention it’s not something government maintained so they don’t get the brakes like hospitals and whatnot. Don’t expect to walk away for a penny or two. But I would do it 100 times over if it meant my boy would be okay. They also offered me a financial plan through a program, that was awesome that they have things like that. It’s now been 36 hours about since he left and came home. Blue is doing so much better and they called to check on him!!!! i absolutely love that. It was an awesome thing thing that they do.This clinic was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend them to you anytime.

Happy Tails quickly fixed the problem - ordered the correct urn and apologized for the mix up. This is however an EMERGENCY clinic so the prices are going to reflect an EMERGENCY room visit - they are by no means excessive. I was very concerned reading these reviews while sitting in the waiting room for the first time while my very sick dog was being tended to in the back for the first time at Happy Tails. It being 2am and coming in for the first time with a sick dog with blood coming out of both ends figuring the worst, your emotions are at their peak. The staff was very attentive, professional and understanding. We were sent home for the night not knowing if we would see our dog again but having a good feeling that she was going to receive the best possible care after speaking to the attending vet. Unlike many of the reviewers who think they know more than the vet, we authorized whatever procedures were necessary to save her figuring that we would get billed like some of the reviews said. When we picked her up in the morning, she was doing much better and many of the procedures that we authorized were not needed and not done. Yes, emergency vet care is not cheap, but it certainly was far from a rip off. They could have billed us for everything but they were honest and did only what was needed. This was verified with my vet. According to our vet, Happy Tails saved our dogs life. If we would have waited until morning to bring her to our vet, most likely we would have had a dead dog on our hands. They diagnosed and treated her illness perfectly and she is once again a happy healthy dog. I hope I never have to use Happy Tails again but its nice to know they are there if that day does come again. On behalf of Pixie and our family, thank you Happy Tails!

After a consultation with Mallory my puppy was brought to the back for an examination. The price was mentioned and I agreed to it before this took place. Mallory came out after and explained everything I would need to make Sophie better and told me they would not be charging me. They had every right to charge the agreed on price and didn’t. You could tell the staff really sincerely cared for our baby. The veterinarian, Dr. Oliver personally came out to tell us that his test results were negative. She was very complementary on us bring him in to err on the side of caution. The price was about a 1/3 of what the other vet would have charged and they did step by step care instead of doing every test under the sun like weve experienced before saving us money as well. The 2 really cool things is that Georgie received a certificate for being such a good and brave boy during hes visit AND they just called us 2 days later just to make sure he was still doing okay. I had my war dog out on our daily walk at the park. He fell down in pain for no apparent reason; so it was very frightening to hear him cry in pain; unable to stand and we ended up at Happy Tails. Everyone was wonderful in caring for our best boy and we are grateful for the care and attention they provided for our brave dog. He even liked getting his neck scarf which he wanted to wear again the next day. :) Thank you for all for being there when we needed you.

Thank you so much for the care you all gave my fur baby Jay! We love him and are thankful he was able to be taken care of in the manner he was. Thank you again! The hospitality was great.!

Love this place. Our dog, Buddy was running around and got caught on something in the woods, causing 7 laceration on his tummy. It was about 1/4-1/2 deep, so I called Happy Tails and they recommended we bring him on in just to be safe. $250 bucks for 10 staples, 2 types of medication (antibiotic and painkiller) a cone, a really cute bandanna for him and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes flat. Id highly recommend them for your after hours emergency needs!
