We live 1200 miles from Greensboro and made arrangements over the phone for moms service. We were dealing with Jeremy initially. He was very helpful and returned phone calls quickly. Rob was with us the day of the service and was great. I truly appreciate the care and concern these gentlemen took with me, my family and most importantly mom. They helped us ensure a beautiful service for mom.

Rob and his team took great care of our loved one. He was very caring and understanding. I was able to contact him even when he was not in the office and he was able to get our requested burial time confirmed. Thank you so much for an outstanding job.

My mother recently passed away in Feb 2021. She did not want any formal services and wanted a direct cremation but did not have anything set up prior to her death. I found Triad Cremation & Funeral Service online which wasnt very far from us. We received the kindest care from Kyle Crisco, an employee there. He was very informative and helpful through the process. He kept us informed of everything and even helped us pick out two beautiful urns for my mother and a few urn necklaces for the family. I went to Triad Cremation with my niece and nephew to talk about having their Dad Keith Brown cremated.They were so nice and freindly,even though we were probably a little loud.All the people there especially Kent who had a great down to earth personality went out of their way to explain everything and make us feel comfortable.And their prices are budget friendly.We got a beautiful patriotic urn too!That was my third time using them they are the place to go in a time of need.Thanks yall!

I can not thank Kyle enough for everything he has done for our family. My mother suffered a heart attack and sadly passed away due to complications about 1.5 weeks ago. Kyle was with us every step of the way and made sure my mother was taken care of. Especially since the doctor was being difficult with signing the death certificate but Kyle kept bugging him and he finally signed it and the next day we got to bring my mother home. I am forever grateful to him. I would recommend this place to any one. I’m glad this was my mother’s final stop before coming home. Thank you so much Kyle for everything.

I just want to say Coley at triad crematory has been such a blessing to my family. There were no hiccups in the process. From the time they came to pick up my deceased father in law to the time the returned his cremains to us, this team remained caring and empathetic. Any loss is tough to grieve through. They made sure we had our time to say goodbye to the body before they took him away. When it was time to pick up the cremains, it was tough for my mother in law to do so and they told her to come when she was ready. In a business like this, empathy is important and this company has it. Superb service and staff.
