The entire process was perfection thanks to Joshua Bugajski. He navigated us through my uncles funeral with kindness and concern. The funeral was much more than expected due to Joshua’s coordination with the church and cemetery. We had prepaid the funeral and we were so glad we did. The true peace of mind came from Joshua’s attention to detail. He was always available to field any questions no matter what the hour. I own an online casket company that sells to individuals across the United States. Sometimes we run into Funeral Homes/Mortuaries who do not respect this option of a family providing their own casket and actually create hardship and frustrations for them. I had the exact opposite experience with Al from Lambeth-Troxler. We had damages done to the casket that we shipped and he bent over backwards to help the family get a casket close to what we had shipped and even sent me pictures to help me submit the damage claim to Delta Cargo. This is a Funeral Home who remembers that this is a compassionate service and does not put greed before care. I will and would refer everyone I can to this fine company.
