The most horrible place you could ever deal with. So unprofessional. Tell you one thing and do completely opposite. I wouldnt trust them with my pet. We entrusted them to cremate my father-in-law and it was the worst experience Ive ever dealt with in life. Give dates then change them, say there is an insurance policy, then its not. Have his body a whole week then when you go to view him, all of a sudden they dont have a death certificate and cant cremate him. They are supposed to be professional and act like they dont know nothing. Say theyre going to call you and NEVER do or call someone else who they havent even been dealing with or talking to. Told us to meet them at 12 and left us sitting outside for over an hour. The absolute worst. Wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE.

Everything was covered in soot. When you enter the lobby its full of smoke from burning bodies and its all over the furniture. The podium and the flower they brought to the house was covered in soot. The room to view the body in is like a closet and was also used for a storage space. The were unprofessional and didnt dress professional at all. When we went to the grave side the family had to stand up because they didnt bring the chairs. They also left the flowers sent to the graveside laying on the ground instead of standing them on the stand. The casket was laying on the ground instead of being elevated, the family cars didnt have working air conditioners or windows .

Our family experience with Regional Memorial Services was quite professional and satisfying. My initial contact was made about 2 hours prior to family member death. The agreement was carried to our expectations. I can recommend this business to others wholeheartedly.

The owner Mr. Carter is not in this business for the money he is in it to help people. I went to him to cremate my little sister n view her body. Other places charged $700 or more to rent a casket he told me hed put her in the prettiest casket he had for no charge. He is an angel. I cant thank him enough! My dad decided cremate only he couldnt handle seeing her body but if I had it my way I would have trusted him to take care of my little sister.

DO NOT waste your time! They spelled the most simple words wrong on a obituary.... even the name!!!!!! I’m using white out on my aunts obituary smh I’m disappointed

Very nice and affordable. Other places were charging outrageous prices for cremation. This place is unaffordable which is a huge relief when a loved one didnt have insurance and you have no money.

Went to a funeral service in Sophia, NC today and Regional Memorial Creamations were the ones that handled the service. They are very nice, respectful and compassionate people. I would recommend them to others!
