This is a single level apt complex very well kept and quiet The Manager Marie was a very nice lady who cared about her property and making sure the right people lived here

Ive only lived here for a few months, but am impressed with Marie and her staff and the fine job that they do in this development. Marie is very accessible and accommodating, the apartment is great (love that you dont have anyone living over you) and the grounds are well kept. The people are friendly and stores are close, some even within walking distance. Im very pleased with this choice.

Lakemont Apartments is a hidden gem in Greensboro. The community is clean, quiet and well kept. The management staff starting with Marie and her maintenance crew are top notch and always respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Located in the Northwest part of the city it is close to practically everything in Greensboro with a Wal-Mart directly across the street. It is situated on the Battleground Ave bus route for those who use public transportation. The rent is affordable, the units well built and the neighbors are wonderful. For nature lovers deer are often seen on the property especially in the fall/winter

I have been at this complex for a couple of months and I couldnt be happier. Its a quiet well kept community. The apt manager Marie genuinely cares about her residents and is willing to go out of her way to make sure youre happy and comfortable. I look forward to calling Lakemont my home for many years to come.

Very quiet area but still close to shops. The staff are the kindest, most helpful people. I moved away for school and I miss this complex.
