My hairstylist was coughing and sweating a lot. Clearly symptoms of covid. That is completley unacceptable and I have half a mind to report this store to the cdc. I recommend replacing the management at this location. I will not be back.

Great stylist, always keep notes on your cut. Shampoo and stream towel are worth the extra $ if you got it. Good clean environment, never had issues here since they opened. Just pay attention to the hours from their site or app, Google is incorrect.

Quick cut for my 11 year old son. Signed in online and was “on deck” as soon as we arrived at the shop. A sweet cut with an even better shape up.

I remotely checked in. I arrived right when I was suppose to be taken. One person, the manager, swept floor and was not doing much while two others are cutting hair. I’m waiting, I’m top of the tv board, I’m next in line, . It appeared on board that the manager was requested by 50% of customers on the tv. One of her requests was second in line. After waiting 15 min, a stylist was checking customer out, manager shows up, tells her to take me while manager to her #2. What the manager didn’t know, I’m a quick cut. Clippers, a #4 and #3. My hair could have been cut in the time I waited. As soon as I was called, I knew what was going on. I’m not going to give a business my money who treats customers this way. I called and spoke to manager after I let only because I did not want to make a seen in front of customers. During call with manager, I was told she was taking a break. I should have been told. I do not believe her. Again, right when a stylist was available, then she was available. I was not treated as the next available ... I was passed over. To be clear, I’m from Pennsylvania. I’ve never been in this store. I’m in town to see my daughters. I just wanted a haircut.

The lady that cut my son’s hair last week was so nice and sweet. Both of the women working helped me and mySon tremendously when they noticed and informed me that my 12 year old might have Alopecia. They mindfully, thoughtfully and tactfully helped make my son’s hairline look better while not making a big deal out of it so he would not feel bad or freak out. She did it with such kindness and I wished that I had even more money to tip her than what I did. The service was great and the wait time was nothing.

I went in last night to have my haircut by Abe. Words cant even describe what an incredible, fantastic, phenomenal job he did. Abe was very thorough in his processes and made sure to pay attention to every single detail. If he is there when you go....request him!!! You wont be left disappointed.

Most places in greensboro mess up my hair, but the woman who cut my hair here recently actually got it pretty spot on, so I guess Ill be back.

I have been going to Sports Clips since 2009 and this location is the third Ive been to. Ive been going there now since they opened since it has become my favorite. They have stylist from the other two locations I used to go to and from a few other places and now I think they have an ideal Sports Clips. The staff is very friendly and courtious and their attention to detail is next to none. I have several crowns on my head and it makes cutting my hair difficult but they do it with ease. My beard is a different length than the hair on my head yet they do such a great job on making it blend. Ive been to multiple stylist there and theyre all very talented. I run my own business and often come in between meeting clients, so being able to come in and go without having to go home and shower or change my shirt from hair down my neck is key. The MVP or in my case a double MVP, is the perfect relaxing way to finish a great haircut. They do such a great job and I would highly recommend this sports clips location to anyone!

I have made my last visit to Sport Clips, I started going there because it was closer to my house, but I am willing to travel another mile or two to Great Clips to get a decent hair cut. When I first started going there I had no complaints everybody that cut my hair did a fantastic job but lately I have got the worst hair cuts of my life! One so called stylists after I pointed out to her that she didnt cut my hair right exclaimed what do you want me to do because I cant put it back on your head! When I went on Friday the girl gave me a lopsided hair cut, shes a really sweet girl and I really like her as a person but she needs to improve her skills. I am not a complainer but the more I look at my hair the sadder I get.

Love the place. Taylor is a gem. Wait can be a bit of an issue during peak hours, but thats the price we pay for a great customer service experience.

Get a good hair cut. Good prices. Good products.

Good haircut fast and efficient

I visited this location 2 times and gave specific instructions on how I wanted my hair to be cut. On both occasions with 2 different stylists, my haircut was unsatisfactory in the exact same area. I was giving sports clips a chance but I guess Ill take my money back to great clips

Ive been going there since the location opened, and wont go anywhere else. The entire staff is very friendly and create an easy going environment. Jenn usually cuts my hair and does an awesome job.

I dont know what the hell that crazy lady problem is but jenn is a BEAST!!!! I love going to this location!!! Only location I go to!! The entire staff is great! Never had a bad cut!! The staff is always very friendly. Usually we always leave satisfied. However today my fiancé and son went there around 4:30. My sons hair looks like it wasn’t even cut at all. My fiancé’s fade is entirely messed up. For being a repeat customer and spending 40 bucks I feel like this shouldn’t be an issue.

They make my youngest son feel as though he is having a spa day. They carried on even after the power went out on Lawndale. Very professional!

Everybody was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I entered the door. It was my first time going into a Sport Clips and from my experiance it was worth the try. Kryatal, my hairdresser, was awesome and gave me great haircut. I will definitely be going back from now on for all my haircuts.

Generally a good cut and service. The attention to detail is normally pretty good but its best to go when they are not busy.

This was a terrible experience. I brought my son here and the lady who cut his hair completely butchered it. Not only did she cut off the majority of the curls that he had been growing for over a year, it was uneven and not blended what so ever. When I confronted her about the job she did, she blew me off and stated if I didnt like the job she did I could always go to the stylist we usually see there. While my teenage son sat in the car devestated that his hair was ruined she took no responsibility and actually blamed me for the botched job. After contacting the owner, who was pleasant- he admitted that the stylist was Not comfortable cutting biracial hair. As a matter of fact the daughter of the owner, who is the manager admitted that she did not grow up around people of color and didnt know that many black people. Well my sons hair is soft just curly, if they dont want to service people of color, they should not have pictures of black men on the walls of their salon getting their hair cut. When I brought him back in to get my refund, they admitted how awful the cut was....not acceptable.
