I am reaching out to due being charged a cancellation fee for an appointment that was never confirmed.On Friday,I tried to book an appointment with Chase the Barber for 10am on 3/20 in Greensboro, NC. My appointment was never confirmed, so when Saturday came around as well as the appointment time, my appointment still had not been confirmed, so I cancelled the appointment. Now I am being charged a cancellation fee. How is this possible if I never heard from the barber at all?

Rico was my barber. He did an AWFUL job. It was uneven and gapped me in 3 places. I should have known something was wrong when he didnt give me a mirror. He was focused on his food and playing music. When there is someone in the chair THAT should be the main focus. Fortunately my hair will grow back, the unfortunate side of it is I thought I found a decent barbershop and barber. I will NEVER step foot in there again.

Hair cut is not worth 20.00 I dont have much hair to cut to just be cleaned up around edges! I lived elsewhere and in a bigger city Im not charged that much for my slight hair cut

KB & John had five stars on everything KB was actually there. told him what I needed done good conversation understood exactly what I wanted price was right courteous good haircut they can expect to see me again

Guys in the shop are very welcoming. I brought my son and for once he didnt cry because John made him feel comfortable. Good prices and the shop is clean. If you are in the area I truly recommend this shop.

The Barber name John was fantastic. Great energy from the time I walked in. I am glad that I made the decision to visit Bess Cuts. It was one of the best decisions I have made in the Greensboro area. As soon as I saw the finished product, I knew that this would be my new home. Thanks John for guiding me to find a new barber. I’ll continue to be one of your favorite clients.

The shop its self is clean. I lived in Greensboro for a while and heard good reviews. When it came down needing a cut on a Monday morning I thought I was in good hands. I thought wrong. Rico pushed back my hairline!! It so bad Im debating about going bald. I ask for him to round my edges and he lost control. I have had students at the beauty and barber colleges cut my hair better than him. Now I have to cover my head for the next 2-3 weeks until it grows back. I guess he was too busy cussing at his co workers over a DVD player, answering his phone, and walking around digging in others people stuff because he was prepared, than focusing on giving a good haircut and knowing when to stop. I also know he knew he messed up because he didnt ask if I liked it, didnt hand me a mirror, or anything. This one star isnt for the shop as a whole but more for the Rico. Ill give the shop and the others workers I saw three stars because they didnt engaged with Rico and seem to care about people in their chairs. I wish I could have had one of other workers but it is what it is. Hair grows back and I can cover this mess up. I still wont be back.

BEST BARBERSHOP IN GREENSBORO HANDS DOWN !!You are guaranteed a good haircut No Matter Who you go to. No profanity. If a song plays with it they always stop what theyre doing to change it to something more suitable for the shop so everyone in there is comfortable with it and the environment. Real cool vibe to be in.

Rico usually cuts my hair, and he does a phenomenal job. He very respectful, but he gets side tracked very often. I understand it just a haircut, but your client should be your main priority at the moment. Also he should make the black hairline spray optional, not everyone likes it.

Good nice environment. Barber was nice . The place is neat and clean and its not rowdy. A guy name KB did my hair the short dreads with highlighted tips. He also do hair color. 5 stars.

Was on a buisness convention in Greensboro, went to this location to get a fresh cut. When I sat down I told the barber in the last chair from the door to NOT touch the top nor my beard. Next thing I know he had the scissors clipping my top. The he started to cut my beard down. He and the barber next to him were going back and forth about some book that was missing and he didnt have his mind on my haircut. Then he charged me $25.00 and he cut my hair the way he wanted it cut. FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME VISIT!!

Bullying going on in a profession environment. Not funny, not cool. Seen this too many times to a well rounded barber. Get a grip and fire “Rico.”

Came to get a fade, line up and to get my hair cut lower. Before it was lowered I mentioned my hair in my crown was shorter than the rest of the hair on my head and I want all my hair to be that length. My crown is also thinning. I allowed my barber to eat his lunch in the middle of cutting my hair as well because he claimed he was starving. When he finished eating he forgot what I said and he cut all of my hair down including my crown when I told him I wanted everything the length of the hair on my crown. Now I have a bald spot and I’m $25 short and possible going to shave my head bald. Never again.

A barber school cuts better then this place, went in for a shape and couldn’t even do that right and highly price never going back there again don’t recommend it.

I want my hair cut. Tapered . The guy balded me on the sides and the back. I didn’t even get his name. But I will never return and I pray y’all get rid of him!

If I could rate them negative stars I would they butchered my kids hair... one of my kids hair was cut uneven and the other was completely shaved when I asked to be able to comb it over... they where very nice staff and where very polite and good with my kids but their hair cutting skills where HORRENDOUS....

Ive been going to Bess Cuts for years and I have no problem with any of the barbers there. Doesnt matter who cuts my head I have nothing but positive things to say about their service, skills and business.

Don’t ever go there they spray on the hair line. And pushed my hair line back I asked for wavelength and he damn near bald me don’t go to the big black guy !!!!!

Barber John was professional and made sure he did a tight job. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good environment and reliable cut.
