No problems so far with my unit and belongings but been with them for four months and already a rate increase. unhappy about that as its a small unit and havent even been with them a year.

I will never use this company again. Customer service is terrible. They stand around and just let the phone ring off of the hook. If I could give 0 stars I would!

So far, this place has been wonderful. The office staff has always been extremely nice and the property clean. The prices arent bad either.

The manager was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It is 24 hour access with security gates. There are several bands that practice out here which provides great entertainment. Reecy even offered a bottle water because it was so hot outside. The property is very clean an well kept. I recommend this place to everyone.

Prices have increased. Used to be a lot more competitive but with higher prices, they are not really attractive anymore. Going to a higher quality storage unit is about the same price now. You can get much newer units and climate control for the same price somewhere else.

Great first storage unit experience ! Reecy was very nice and answered all my questions. I felt the property was very well kept and watched. My only complaint is it is tough to get through directly to a person on site via telephone as it directs you through a call center. Reecy however would always follow back up and ensure any questions were addressed. Would definitely use again.

I have only been a customer for a few months and already a rate hike! I have 3units in SC that I have had since 2006, and 07. They have stood by their contract price and not raised my units ever. why have a contract if it means nothing. the SC company also does not require extra insurance. After all isnt it why we pay for storage to have it in a safe place. Esp with the name Secure care self storage.... .

The manager here seems to take a lot of pride in what he does. He is very nice and accommodating. The units are exactly as described and list at a really good price. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great space with reasonable rates and great customer service. Reecy is always incredibly helpful and great to work with. Also they’re the most versatile storage units allowing bands to practice, workshop spaces, and regular storage. I love it.

I was a little disappointed with the process. Making me take insurance was the one part that stood out the most. Insurance is a personal decision and I shouldnt be forced to take it. Most, if not all storage insurance doesnt work. The facility wasnt very clean especially my unit. Had to clean it myself and the door is a struggle to open. So far, not a very good experence.

Price increases every year which is irritating. Went from $85 in 11/2016 to $93 to $105 (Ive recently vacated). The light hadnt worked in my unit since a month after move in which made the price increases even more irritating. Personnel at the Wendover facility were fantastic to deal with, but nothing ever happened with the light.

We love Reecey he is always to polite and the grounds are always to well taken care of.

This location is very business friendly! I have used this storage facility in the past when I was working here for temporary storage. I had a great experience then. I am now moving to the area and have returned to use their services again. I am glad to report that their service level and reasonable prices have not changed in the year I was gone. If you are in need of storage, this is the spot! Great customer service, reasonable prices, safe enviroment, there are even some band units here for free entertainment while you work! What more can you ask for!

The manager, Reecy, was FANTASTIC. He answered all of my questions and is extremely knowledgable about the facility. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time, making me feel right at home. Very happy to have found this location and the company is fortunate to have such an enthusiastic representative.

They have changed a lot, which changes my rating smh. They randomly change your rent amount when they want to with no heads up until your actual bill date, too many different numbers to call and its very difficult to get in touch with the actual office and they never return your calls and its always something wrong with their website when trying to pay your bill. They change their office hours randomly and you wont know if you do not go to the actual office site. I will never use them again personally.

If youre in a band or looking for somewhere to practice, this is a great place. All the practice units have power.

Antiquated business practices. The office do not accept credit cards or debit cards, you have to call and pay a $4.99 processing fee over the telephone to elsewhere. Do not count on paying your bill online after 30 days, because the payment button is removed. I was told that I would have to pay cash or pay with a money order, if I paid in person. You are not allowed to make multiple payments toward your bill, early or late. They will only accept all of the payment that is due or none of it.
