I called asking for the insurance declaration for my home which was needed for refinancing. I was told I would get it in about 30 minutes. I was completely forgotten and still have yet to receive it. Luckily, I was able to get it directly from the insurance company. :-(Afterwards, I discovered my insurance declaration was emailed to the wrong email address. This was made more alarming when I discovered the wrong email address was an active email and that some stranger knows my personal information including my insurance policy number. The error was not discovered until after I was contacted about my negative review. Afterwhich they forwarded their original email to my correct address wrong email address to my correct address not understanding why I had not received both emails. In their defense, Needham was the only insurance company able to get my house insured. Not sure what has happened. :-(

I had a emergency and needed a quick turn around. I emailed for a quote and had a policy written with in 24hrs. Kim worked extremely hard and was very responsive, she made sure I had what I needed.

I switched from State Farm to Travelers and I just want to say that it was so easy and quick and Im not paying as much Im happy so I give this company five stars

When my daughter went away from home and out of state to a University near Greensboro, The Tom Needham Agency helped me take care of her insurance needs for her car and give me great peace of mind knowing they literally had her covered.Then later after she left school I needed a lot of information to send our state DMV regarding her insurance. Worst experience ever!! I was called a liar and a deadbeat by the so called insurance representative and from the way he spoke to me it let me know that he felt it was okay to treat people any kind of way..... happy I decided NOT TO GO WITH HIS COMPANY!!
