Horrible experience. They are reporting incorrect information. Refuse to update it despite giving me a letter saying that it is their screw up. Refuse to provide policy documents that I have requested in writing multiple times. I have filed a complaint with the NC Department of Insurance.I have proof of everything I am listing. I was even at the Greensboro office last week and was promised to be called the next day, this did not happen either.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this agency and company.
