Great staff. Love there views on life.

I did business with this company for several years. During that time I can honestly say, this company does not do business in the best interest of the customers. My policy has significantly continued to increase over the course of time i have been with them and of course they could never give an explanation as to why. I do enjoy Statefarm insurance, but this agency leaves much to be desired. Will likely return to Statefarm, but I could not in good confidence refer this company to anyone.

Family has been client since 1993 I have met agent once in that time . Wife recently totaled family car waited 3 extra days for total package. Did get voice mail saying it was not in waited till the middle of the next week. Yet we signed up for new policy at this agency . Why?

This has been my insurance agency for almost 20 years. Most recently, Jennifer has gone way beyond what is expected to help me get all my insurance in place after some big changes in my life and even helped me with auto financing. She has helped me understand and improve my coverage, actually saving me money. I have absolute confidence and trust!

I worked with Sheila at Charlies office in August for a quote for our auto policy. We were about to renew with another insurance company we had had for 10 years. Sheila was wonderful to work with and provided a competitive quote for our family to give us the coverage we needed at a fair price. We were headed out of town on vacation at the time our policy would renew and needed to be certain insurance would be in place. She took care to be sure we were covered and called once we arrived back in USA to make sure we had everything we needed, including proof of insurance in case we needed a rental car before coming home to Greensboro. I was very happy with the great care she took to make sure our needs were met. I would happily recommend Charlie and his team to anyone needing insurance.

Our family has been using Charlie Ganim as our insurance agent for over 25 years. He has handled our home, auto, and personal property insurance all of this time. We also have life insurance through him for myself and my 2 daughters. He has even called me when I had too much insurance on one of my vehicles and suggested making a change that saved me money! My son recently had an accident and I called the office immediately to report it. When I did not get back with them that afternoon they actually followed up with me to make sure my son was OK and to get the information needed to file a claim for me. The service and coverage was better than I could have hoped for! I had a piece of jewelry go missing and was concerned that the deductible cost and increase in insurance might make the claim not even worth my time. I could not have been more wrong. 15 minutes is all it took and I had spoken to all the required parties, given all the information needed and was told my check for the value was in the mail. Save Money With State Farm:2016 started very differently from my prior 20 plus years. First I learned my prior Insurance Agency was sold and the new owners were going paperless. Replying to your message Charlie, if you looked in your computer you would see where y’all didn’t take the NISSAN MAX off for months and that’s why you owed me a credit!!!! I was gonna get life insurance but didn’t because Ryan never called me back. Sheila never return calls not unless someone needs a new quote. Like I said this State Farm is unprofessional!!!The staff is unprofessional and don’t handle requests. I asked them to remove a car I sold last year and come to find out, they never took it off so I was still paying for it. They don’t return your call and give you an update like promised. Go with a different company before this happens to you.

The highest level of customer service anyone could hope to get. Every employee reflects the owners attitude about service.

Staff are supremely unhelpful and told me things without noting them in my file or communicating with each other. Not polite on phone as soon as there is any issue. Lots of time trying to get them to even begin to work on a problem - they would rather say its your fault or the banks fault and have you investigate every avenue before they look into their end of things which is where my problem ended up being. Would never recommend them and have switched companies myself.

So Ive been a customer for nearly 20 years. Today I was rear ended by another car which was minor. I thought it to be prudent to let them know. None of the staff at Ganim or State Farm wanted to be bothered with it. They said I should make the claim with Travelers who insured the lady who rear ended me. I did that and the people at Traveler were more than helpful. Okay, I guess thats how its done these days. When I first made contact with Ganim the voice on the other end smugly informed that my auto insurance had been cancelled on Friday for non payment. I am now baffled since my electronic banking showed the payment due on the 28th. Was completed on the 26th. Not one phone call, not one letter, not one text that my auto insurance may be in jeapordy as of the 27th. Both me and my wife were driving around uninsured today with no clue. Before State Farm was aware of the status of my accident they were ready to claim non insurance. Ive had my homeowners, autos and boats with them for multiple years with no delinquent payment history. I think there might be something wrong here. I had to make a phone payment today(which Im sure I dont owe) just so we could drive to work tomorrow with peace of mind. I requested a call back from Charlie today and have yet to receive a response. I plan to copy this to all my social media outlets tomorrow morning if I get no response. This is something Ive never done before. I guess a personal call or loyalty is a thing of the past.

Definitely recommend to everyone. Knows the insurance business very well. A pleasure to work with.

Absolute worst insurance office. Constant staff turnover. They make up lies to increase rates and extremely unorganized. No one is on the same page everyone says different things when you call.
