Theres nothing inherently fun about securing Home Insurance but Jessica was a delight to work with and made the whole process super simple and got me a very competitive quote. I had an issue getting a vehicle added online and called the local agent that reached out and he had it added in just a few minutes. Nice that GEICO has local agents now that can help out with issues vs the call center route.
I’ve been a customer of Geico previously, so experiencing good customer service has always been a perk of the company. However, after speaking with Jonathan Staley, I don’t think I will ever choose another insurance provider. He was very polite, courteous, and patient with all my questions and concerns. After walking me through several different options, he helped understand which policy was the best for me. I’m so glad that I was able to speak with him and work together to get the perfect policy set up.
My experience was a good one, my car is being repaired and Im looking forward to having it back soon.
Price is nice, but getting a hold of an actual agent is a joke. They are available at drop of a hat if you wanna give them money but if you have a claim or questions....nowhere to be found....

Unfortunately I called this location and a female agent answered I need a form sent to the dmv, she sounded very annoyed, after explaining the situation she proceeded to end the call without even having the fax number I needed the form to be sent to!! After I reminded her she sent the form to the dmv and it shows my preparation date to be 12/11/2021 and it’s definitely 07/2021 smh.. After calling back I got hung up on once the call reached the office .. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE..thank me later

Ive had car insurance at several different companies over the years and GEICO has the better rates, discount for multiple cars, military discount and over 55 discount and good driver discounts, I get them all, been with them for several years.
Not specifically this branch, just GEICO in general. That whole 15% Giveback that GEICO gave to policyholders this year due to the pandemic...well you can expect to see a rise of 15% in your policy the next time it renews. I get that its business, but you have to admit that was a slick trick to recoup your losses and disguise it as generous customer service. When I emailed to ask why, they gave me the old rates change all the time story. Ive moved on to Progressive and am now saving close to $90 every six months from the bogus increased premium...$62 from my previous premium. To each their own, but Im taking Flo over Gecko.
They just made my day miserable. They gave me a fs1 form and it was filled out WRONG, and I had to make 2 trips to the DMV and stand in long line. I dont think Ill be resigning with Geico

I know times are hard for everyone but we are in the middle of a pandemic NOT everyone is fortunate enough to go back to work. Most companies offering hardship assistance NOT GEICO they cancelled my car insurance. As a previous loyal customer I feel neglected with no where to turn.

The worst insurance company you can ever get. There saying save you 15% it should say have a claim with us and will rise it 50% and we change your policy too. I’ve called them for 3 months now trying to go back to auto pay and they keep telling me they need more money before they can and you need to call them back. I’ve had them for over 3 years now and had a crash last year and they have raised my insurance over double and all they can say is we paid out. I get it but rising twice in a year really. They like take for the hard working People.

I called this morning with a question. The young lady placed me on hold for about 5 minutes. I called on another phone and she did the same thing but this time she was eating! She finally came back to the first call 10 minutes later. Then she transferred me to an agent not in this office and I was on hold for another 10 minutes(mind you I was still on the second call all this time. She never came back and I hung up the phone!) When I finally spoke with someone from the first call. She seemed to be clueless! If Statefarm wasnt so expensive I would change companies. No professionalism at this office.

Date 07/16/19 today I faced a challenge I called them and selected existing customer and it directly went to voice message.When I called them back and selected a new policy it went to receptionist and she tried to hook me up with the agent. This call also got disconnected after some time so not sure what is going on. I am not changing my review right now but if this keep going I may have to change it.Date 07/01/19 Maiden name is William and to be hornist, I feel he guide you properly and try to help you best of his ability.I have tried couple of insurance agents and local offices, this is the best one so far I come across.I will surely keep this review up to date and if anything changes, I will update my review and put honest comments.

We shall see.Agent was professional friendly.Would recommend this office they called me back on Sunday. Update Geico does not raise rates if you do not have an accident or ticket. My current car insurance carrier rates doubled this year. I contacted GEICO and within literally minutes they had reviewed my information and gave me a cost of less than half the other firm with the same coverage! They were very responsive in replying to me and pleasant to work with. They are not just virtual people they are real people who will help you.

I insured my home and paid the entire premium for the year in June 2018. I had a claim to file in March 2019. I called Matt and was told No problem, send me a list of property lost/damaged. I sent him a list totalling $15,000 worth of property. For several days I heard nothing back from Matt nor his team. I finally tracked him down on his cell phone and received a text saying Oh, your policy was cancelled in July 2019 . I inquired why I had not received any notice and was told I cant be responsible for all the policies my agency writes. I have two girls on my team that follow up on these. I told him that I never received it. I then called my bank/mortgage holder (listed on the policy and declarations page I have). The bank checked their insurance department and also confirmed NO NOTICE RECEIVED. I called Matt back, who now is avoiding my calls and finally got a text Its out of my hands. Ive forwarded the information to the carrier. I now inquired - If my policy had been cancelled, why was my premium never refunded ? NO ANSWER. I few days later I received a check in the mail (dated 3/22/2019) for Return Premium. Im shocked at the treatment and intend to follow up with the NC Insurance department and if necessary my attorney and the courts.

I filled a claim when I was in an accident where 2 guys got my rental and I was shot at. Geico conducted an incomplete investigation, closed the report, and doubled my rate. I had to acquire police reports on my own. Since the incident, Ive incurred gross fees, fines and surcharges and oh yeah... MY POLICY HAS DOUBLED!! I asked could additional fees be suspended until I was able to submit legal documents for review... they said NO! The last discrepancy I had with Gieco was in 2013 whe they inaccurately reported to DMV that I didnt have insurance for a whole year... DMV suspended my license and I had to pay well over $700 because oooops we fd up! Luckily I was able to prove I had insurance after I contacted my bank drafting history which showed I had been insured during the time in question. Thanks Geico!!

WATCH AND READ, The agents say one thing, the policy is twisted to what they want it to say, when it comes time for GEICO to help they hide behind their legalese nonsense. I thought this was a good company only to find the first time in my life (65 years worth) for filing a claim they deny me because I followed what their agent told me to do. I would not use GEICO for anything.

I was looking to make a switch for my auto and homeowners insurance and I decided to check out Geicos rates and went into the office on W. Wendover. The lady at the front desk was such a pleasure and made me feel very welcome. The agent that wrote my policies was very helpful and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my coverages. I was in and out of the office in no time. I will definitely refer my friends to the Greensboro Geico office.
My husband went in Saturday and was told to come back in today which is Monday. I actually went with him today and the receptionist whom didnt know her ass from a hole in the ground looking like a deer in headlights was not informative AT ALL all the while a rude ass agent yells from the back of the room in response to my question. Ill definitely be cancelling all my policies with these fools. Ive been a life long customer and its really disappointing to be treated with such disrespect.
