My experience with this agent was helpful and informative. He took time to answer all of our questions, provide information regarding things we didnt know to question and actually went so far as to make a call for us while we were there to help insure we had what was needed to make our transaction and transition a smooth one. There was light hearted professional conversation during our telephone hold time and the visit. I found Mr. Crutchfield to be a direct type gentleman whos initial goal was to make sure he rendered the service we requested. Good job.
