My vehicle would not start after installation (while still at Monitech) and had to be towed. Monitech claimed no fault. Im going to have to call my attorney. My car is at the dealership.

One star is actually wayyyyy too generous, but they won’t let you leave zero. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Because you made one mistake in your lifetime they treat you like the scum of the earth. It is NEVER about the customer. Stay far away from this coming they are a bunch of crooks.

The technician (i think his name was philip) was very helpful and friendly. I absolutely hate having an ignition interlock and everything else that goes with it. Philip made me hate it a whole lot less.

This could take a while so bare with meOk. When you have an issue you call in and nearly half the time they are rude and treat you like the town drunk. Then there are the customer service agents that have no idea what they’re talking about. On the other side they do have some good people. I’ve written a review before and quickly received an email saying that someone would be in contact with me. Six months later and I’m still waiting. Twice I’ve called to get someone to come to me to help me with faulty equipment. I was told both times that someone would get in touch with me to set up a time. Most recently 5 days ago. I’m still waiting for a call. I am nine months in with 0 positives. I can’t imagine the people that have brushed their teeth or used some mouthwash. They’re charging you $45 for that so you’ll get help quickly. Now if you’re looking for a company with good customer service, I mean you are paying them I’m not sure if monotech is the best or the worst but if I were you I would do better research than I did.

The technician there is awesome! He is very nice and considerate. Alton is the only one I will deal with! Very professional!

Good old monitech, robbing folks of their money! Tell me how I can get drunk and sober in a 10 minute period? Pass-fail-pass..within 10 minutes! Nope theyll still take my $35 or else I wont have a vehicle. Thanks monitech. Enjoy hell.

A lot of their devices are faulty and the people at their customer service location are rude. Has to get my device replaced 3 times within a 2 month period.

Ive not had any personal experience with them, but Ive dealt with a vehicle after it had that system on it and now issues getting it inspected bc its a good vehicle for a beginning driver. They are not very helpful trying to solve the issues either.I have seen the issues of how faulty the system is and inaccurate. That is shady and definitely not showing anyone the correct way things should be done. It seems to me they want to cash in on bad equipment as much as possible. Taking advantage of people isnt the example that should be the standard in this circumstance either.Im usually the DD bc I rarely ever drink. Im also in a profession that Ive had to deal with the results of someone getting behind the wheel after they had been drinking. Im not talking about couple of beers at a BBQ, but ppl that knew they had no business behind the wheel, but still done so. The ppl that get hurt goes way past than just the driver.Use equipment that works correctly for what its there for, which is the way it should be.

Pretty fast service but they wont give costumers discounts to the ones that are already been with them for awhile.

That device failed me so many times and I dont even drink I failed wife forgetting to rinse her mouth out for electronic cigarette and my daughter for food but DMV HEARING LADY Miss dinger read 2.14 both times suspended my license for a year they drive the vehicle we share she didnt believe it wasnt me she said I was a liar
