Foreign Accents has been taking care of my vintage 1992 Volvo 240 for over twenty years. I was recently in to have my front rotors & brakes replaced. They also replaced the transmission gasket, filter & pan to repair the fluid from leaking. Scott & Randy still run their business the same way they have for over 40 years. They value their customers and give the best service possible. The whole team works to ensure that each customer receives the best possible care
Received a PrePurchase Inspection on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They checked it out top to bottom inside and out and gave me everything they found in a printed out document. They test drove the vehicle as well. Exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend if you need a PrePurchase Inspection!!
I absolutely love this place. I took a car in for a pre purchase inspection and it went extremely well. Everyone was warm and welcoming, thorough, and I overall had a great experience!
Not particularly impressed with three quality of work they produce, nor the speed at which they produce it.... friend of mine took her car there to be repaired when it was recovered by police after being stolen. $2700 and NEARLY A MONTH LATER i took her to pick her car up and there were parts detached laying in the drivers seat and wires hanging from the ceiling, not to mention the mechanic gave her the brush off pretty much everytime she called, giving her several different excuses as too why it was taking so long....overall an unprofessional and unsatisfying experience
I was charged $493 for 2 spark plugs wires to be swapped and told I would need a part that I didnt. Ill never deal with Foreign Accents again unless its in court. I gave them 1 star in order to make this post
I have known Scott for about 30 years and Randy for over 18 and a long time customer. My 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 has had running issues that have been elusive. Between Tom and Chuck, they correctly diagnosed a faulty ground on the PCM/computer. Peter sourced a rebuilt and once installed the Jeep runs as well as when it was new. If you have a Jeep GC with issues, they will be able to diagnose and fix the issue.Always a great job, always superior customer service and always good friends. Always.
We came here through a family referral and didnt regret it, we were treated like family ourselves by Randy the owner and all of the staff. Everyone had a smile, checked on us while we waited. They turned a horrible day into a better one by being so kind, and made sure we knew about everything they were doing to look at our car and find out what and how much it would cost. We cant praise and appreciate enough the service and respect we got not just as customers but as people here, and would -highly- recommend using this shop for your car needs. Thank you very much, we appreciate you!
Great service! Thank you Chuck & Jennifer.**We are very COVID19 cautious & nobody wears masks. Used night drop off & paid over the phone.
Best shop in the Triad area. These guys have worked on my VWs going on 20 years.
Foreign Accents is the best. Last week I dropped off my car thinking I had a malfunctioning circuit in my Subaru. After diagnosing the problem, turns out it was a user error on my part. Instead of adding insult to injury, FA gave me the car back FREE OF CHARGE! When was the last time your repair shop or dealer spent time on your car and didn’t charge you through the nose?! Thanks Foreign Accents! I’ll be back...hopefully only when I have a real problem.
These guys are nothing short of amazing. Theyve fixed my Subaru trans and my Toyota with ease and at better pricing than dealership cost. Everyone is polite and informative. Most importantly to me being a female, Ive not had to worry about them bsin me on repairs nor trying to take my money. That happens often but not here. Thanks guys.
I didnt take any photos and I want to commend them very highly on calling back with finding some parts we needed for an old vw Vanagon. That was great customer service however when I rushed over to buy the parts, I saw numerous employees and not one of them was wearing a mask. That part was super disappointing.
Very nice and professional. Great services with a smile from all the staff and the owner is awesome
The fellows in there are very helpful and make vehicle shopping a breeze. Go there and you will be happy.
I bring my Subaru here for regular and major maintenance. Chuck is a master and just a very kind person that I can trust to give me honest and reliable service. The staff are efficient and willing to help how they can. I appreciate the fact that they will drop you off at work and come pick you up if you have to leave your car with them. Its my understanding that they have master technicians in most foreign car brands. Would recommend.
I wholeheartedly recommend Foreign Accents to anyone in the Triad area with an import vehicle. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable without ever being patronizing. The customer service truly is stellar. Theyre happy to take your call, provide updates, and they even provide a courtesy shuttle! In terms of their work (because thats where the rubber meets the road), their mechanics are experts in a variety of different import vehicles. Their parts and labor rates are completely reasonable. Repairs are done well with a fine eye for detail. Moreover, they have a sense of integrity unparalleled in the industry. This seems to be one of the few shops that understands that if you treat people well, tell them the truth, and do a good job, you build a loyal customer base and ultimately make more money than if you try to rip people off!On our most recent repair, they ended up completing more work than had been authorized. However, when they called to let me know, they kept to their original quoted price. Many other shops would have tried to slickly pass along a more expensive invoice. This shop stands by their work and stands by their word. If you have an import car in the Triad, this is your shop.
I called from out of town and asked for an appointment to get an inspection of a used car I was considering buying. The staff at Foreign Accents fit me in and conducted an inspection on a 2009 Accord for me. They were quite cordial and professional. Thanks so much!
Came in today to have an oil change done. Jennifer greeted me on the way in, took my info and keys and directed me to the waiting room with free hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Service was good and quickly done. They didnt try to sell me any additional services just good service.
I brought them a box of carburetor parts and a rebuild kit late Monday afternoon. They had it ready the following day. Everyone there was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve never seen a cleaner shop. Thank you all!!
Foreign Accents does a phenomenal job in servicing my older model Jaguar. They are great about providing me the estimated cost once known and always work diligently to make sure I am satisfied in the repair. Last week, I even had a circumstance where the air conditioning was not performing well and was able to bring it in on the way out of town and they repaired and recharged it within 2 hours without any delay to our trip. Peter and Jennifer are always pleasant in the front office and Tim has great Jag experience and is always meticulous in providing the best resolutions to repair and maintenance issues. Cant say enough about the customer experience when visiting this business.
Value.. Value..Great service.. Knowledgeable Technicians
7/25/17 I was driving to Winston-Salem from Greensboro for a back surgery appointment and a very kind man caught my eye & informed me I was missing my back right tire. I followed his to Discount Tire where he happened to be going and missing my MD appointment, I drove home with 4 new Michelin tires and info that the spiraling of the tire had cut some wires and my check engine light on. I drove straight to Foreign Accents where I have received excellent service in the past. Jennifer, Service Advisor, greeted me her usual smile and professional attitude. She advised me that Chuck, their Subaru Certified Mechanic, was unavailable but reassured me Foreign Accents would take care of my baby, a 2002 Subaru Forester by the end of the day on 7/26. Much to my surprise she arranged for Owner Randy to drive me home. He smiled and listened as I talked his poor ears off. At mid-day, Jennifer called to let me know the emission wiring and some other mechanic language stuff had been taken care of. In that I was nurturing a broken foot and a broken back, she understood that Id rather pick up my girl on 7/28 with no problem. Driver Kent (who remembered me as I was his 1st customer on his 1st day of work) arrived lickety-split to drive me back only to find out the front right wheel of his Subaru had malfunctioned and killed his car. Awaiting a tow truck, it was only minutes later that Jim, a Sales Associate arrived to drive me and the driver back to the shop. John, a mechanic was able to fix my car using old parts from a car in the back kept for the sole purpose and saving me a small fortune. As Owner Scott showed me the car and all the extra work they had completed at no additional charge, I couldnt help but smile thinking of the terrific attitudes and team-work of the Foreign Accents team. I paid Jennifer a very equitable price with a Bosch credit card she had helped me obtain my last visit which was costly beyond my means to pay. Driving home, I marveled at what a great place Foreign Accents is for their customers complete with Wi-Fi, a clean restroom and a clean and comfortable waiting area with free drinks and goodies for anyone waiting. The team was so efficient, there was no waiting this visit. I highly recommend Foreign Accents who likes affordable car care by a highly expert team who made me feel like one of their family. They adhere to the premise that without customers they would have no business, so go out of their way to consistently give excellent service. And guess what, I learned they sell cars too and work with prospective buyers to give them the best possible price and affordable pricing options! Go Foreign Accents team. You absolutely rock!!! I assure you all of their customers agree as they are always busy but still take the time to make you feel as if you were their only customer. If youve never been there, I highly recommend you give them a try. I guarantee youll be as happy as I was. Sincerely, Vicki Vance :)
Knowledgeable and friendly owner and staff. They love cars, restoring them and have cool unique vehicles.
Great friendly place. Highly recommended
Wonderful people and service...went the extra mile!
I would like to commend Scott and his staff at Foreign Accents. I was in Greensboro for the day on business. I had an issue with my vehicle when I arrived. I was at a loss as to making my appointment and getting back home. I called Foreign Accents and spoke with Jennifer, she was a delight to deal with. She first told me that they would be able to give me a diagnosis the same day and should be able to make the repairs the next day. I made three other calls before getting to Foreign Accents and non of the other repair shops would even look at my car for a day or two. I had my car towed in that day, they provided me with a loaner car to make my business appointment and gave me a diagnosis and price that same day. My car was repaired promptly the next day and within 24 hours I was back on the road. The service was great with a price to match. Thanks again to Scott and Jennifer at Foreign Accents!
Great group of guys. Great service from Peter when A/C went out in our car. They kept their word when warranty ran out. Honest people.
We used to live in Greensboro so I had some knowledge of Foreign Accents but never had occasion to use them for car repair. We were back in town recently for a visit and our check engine light came on in our 2005 Subaru. We called a dealership and they said it would be several days before they could even do a diagnoses. We called Peter at Foreign Accents and he told us to bring the car in so we headed right over. They had a Subaru certified mechanic check it out and in maybe half an hour he had it diagnosed. No one in the state had the part we needed. The mechanic reassured us that we could drive the car back to our home in SC. They gave us the part name number and sent us on our way...no charge. I have never had better service from a car repair facility. Those guys are top shelf.
Great prices, great staff, wonderful experience.
Randy and the staff at Foreign Accents are great! I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Im both a customer for auto service (and they do a great job on our Smart, VW or BMW) and a vendor selling them advertising. Im treated so courteously in both capacities. Their selection of used cars is great as well!
We were doing business with a certain auto repair garage in Greensboro, highly regarded and excellent. And then, after a 10-year relationship, it went south, as we were overcharged. We decided to give Foreign Accents a try and found that they not only know what they are doing, they pay close attention to customer service. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it right the first time. They also have a car dealer on the premises and the next time I need to purchase a car, I will look to them first.
These guys are great from the front to the back. I was referred by a friend and can’t thank him enough. I was sold a “lemon” and after 3 months I discovered that the engine in my Passat had major leaks. They assessed the situation and gave me my options. They also offered to help me sell my car and walk me in the right direction of buying another. What great people. Seriously most places would try to get me to spend my money with them but instead my happiness and wellbeing was important to them. Thank you everyone there for helping me out. I would trust them with my grandma 😉
I decided to bring my Subaru to FA after using the dealership service center for 4 years. I definitely had a great first time customer experience at FA and plan to continue using FA. I brought my car in for routine inspection, oil change, and tire rotation; was in and out within 40 minutes!FA’s customer service and execution of work were of the highest quality. Peter, who was my service coordinator, was extremely professional; he was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the services needed. Chuck, who was the mechanic that worked on my car, is unanimously referred to as their expert mechanic for all Subaru models.
I have been going to Foreign accents for service for years. Always dependable and professional. They only recommend what is necessary to keep my car in great shape. Love their service And it’s quick affordable and worth it. Ask for Jennifer she is awesome
Quality service! I brought in my 2010 Range Rover Sport for an oil change. They definitely treated me like family. They even provided transportation to and from work while they serviced my car. I received a call that my car was ready and that they noticed a couple of things to take care of. I really appreciate the fact that they took the time to review these things as they could become a big issue later, along with doing quotes on the services i would eventually need. It is safe to say that i am a new customer and will continue to come to them for great service! Thanks to Jennifer, Tim, the gentleman that gave me a ride to and from work (name slips my mind at the moment but great guy!) and the rest of staff for the top notch service and atmosphere!
Always fair and honest repair work. They fix all of my familys vehicles both foreign and domestic. The mechanics explain in my terms what is wrong and the best way to fix it. I have bought 2 vehicles from their used vehicle division, Autofocus, and have had good experiences there also. They always have a good variety to choose from and mostly some very unique vehicles.
After several mechanics turned me down, Foreign Accents happily worked on my Smart Fortwo, did a great job, and were friendly and helpful. Will be back!
Took in my 1980 Fiat Spider and they redid the transmission and other miscellaneous repairs. The mechanic was very personable and took a lot of pride in his work. He took the time to go over everything he had done and was very positive about my new purchase. The repairs were actually less than they originally thought they would be and the car drives great!
They did my inspection quickly and passed my van without a bunch of nonsense.
Good customer service..timely work..
Its a great team and they make you feel like family when you go there. They know me, they know my car, and I trust them 100% with the well-being of my beloved Subaru. Im so glad a friend in the auto business referred me to them!
Randy and the team at Foreign Accents are spot on! Always friendly and absolutely helpful!Theyre one of the only shops locally that can deal with unique European cars, as well as classics / antiques.
Without fail, one of the best groups of people you could ask to work with. Having repair service that you can trust in not easy to come by. Foreign Accents has always provided me superior service, price and they stand by the work they perform.Working on older foreign cars can be tricky, and these guys have it down. They are flexible and seem to be interested in having you as a life long customer, not just concerned about the one reason you came in.You do not find that kind of customer service often anymore, it is nice to know I can drop off my car, have the work accomplished to it that it needs and not have to worry about the parts, service, or price being an issue.
I used these guys for a pre-purchase inspection before I bought a car from another dealer. All the staff I spoke with were very courteous and eager to answer my questions. Steve Wood pointed out things Id never have thought of and made it clear he knows his BMWs. They gave me the best information to negotiate a good price. Thanks guys!!!!!
Thourough in their Evaluations, fair, honest. Pleasure doing business with them.
Since over 10 years this is the only shop where we bring our vehicles to (Toyota, Mazda, and Ford), from oil change to fixing broken parts. Always straightforward and good service, up front explanation including what really needs to get fixed and what maybe can wait a little while. They kept our 97 Camry running until it was held together by paint and time to let go in April. Never felt a repair was unneeded or inflated. Bought a used car from them earlier this year and it runs great. No need to look elsewhere.
This was my first visit and definitely not my last. I will continue to have my car serviced, and repaired if need at Foreign Accents. I took my Subaru WRX for a service and where else can you take your car and have the employee servicing your vehicle bring you down in the bay assure you of your concerns and let you pick their brain while servicing your vehicle?!?. I haven’t found a place until today. The entire staff was professional and really helpful and I cannot thank Chuck the Subaru technician for allowing me to ask him numerous questions, and more importantly taking such good care of my Subaru ! I’ll be seeing you guys in 3000 miles.
James and Chris were terrific at guiding us through our purchase our our Audi A6. The car was exceptionally well prepared for delivery and we anticipate many great years with it. The Foreign Accents advantage is that everything is self-contained--theyve been servicing my Mercedes for years and always do an excellent job and I know that the same will be true of our A6. James and Chris work hard at finding the right fit for each buyers situation. The dealership/servicing combination provides the feeling that you are in a partnership with the organization. Would HIGHLY recommend!
Staff is phenomenal and the work is good
Great shop that repairs any vehicle type or manufacturer. Always cost effective repairs and maintenance. Skilled diagnostic techs. Not just parts changers.
Fast, friendly service. They made it easy to drop off my car and drive me to work in less than 30 minutes.
I started coming to Foreign Accents in April 2016. I read the online reviews and it convinced me to give them a try. The main reason I am still having my Nissan Maxima serviced here is because I trust them. Jennifer has always taken care of me and my car, even let me use a loaner one day while mine was being repaired. I am very pleased with the service and price.
I have been using Foreign Accents in one form or another since the late 70s and have rarely ever had a reason to question anything they have done or suggested. They have always been very thorough and willing to make sure that I understood what was needed for my cars. I feel comfortable suggesting their services to my friends and have sent numbers of people to them over the years.
Excellent service experience. We drive an hour to use Foreign Accents even though there are car service businesses closer to our home. Chuck Thompson is our go to technician for Subaru service. All personnel at Foreign Accents are pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this business for superior car service.
The service is excellent and timely, and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend Foreign Accents for car repair.
I have been taking my Subaru to Chuck at foreign accents for years! I would not trust my Subaru to anyone else! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I never feel pressured to buy something that is not needed. The staff is very honest- I had a dealer (only went because of a recall) tell me I needed new breaks but when I took it to Chuck I was told they are still in good condition and had several more months on them.Bottom line- if you have a Subaru or any foreign car bring it here for service!
I have had great luck getting my VW Passat fixed at Foreign Accents over the past year. They have proven themselves to be honest, skilled and caring. They make an extra effort to get you where you need to go and to get the work done in a timely manner. Always fairly priced. Highly recommend this place.
I always enjoy walking into this place because you never know what cars they have in the back. Some of the most incredible restorations I have ever seen come out of this place. I had a VW bug brought back to life by these guys, and even bought a Prius from them. You could eat off the floor in this shop, it’s that neat. A little pricey maybe, but you get what you pay for.
This is a very professional auto repair facility. The work they have done on my BMW is top notch, and their entire staff is very well trained. I would highly recommend Foreign Accents to anyone needing repair work.Charles GriffinSummerfield, N.C.
Very rude and dishonest group of people. I was quoted $50 for a quick fix, 15 minutes later they came up with a bill for $150 saying they broke their tool. What does that have to do with me, if their mechanic was incompetent... Anyways after 30 minutes of arguing back and forth, they threatened me and charged me full $150. I leave home completely dissatisfied and two days later i realized that they did not put one of the parts on my shock. I take it back again to the shop, asking to fix their mistake, but the owner and shop manager told me, and assured me that the mechanic did everything he could and that when i left everything is intact. I am not a magician and cant take that part of with a blink of the eye, it requires a Mercedes specialty tool. Later on i went to the Mercedes Benz Dealership and Shop and got id fixed, and was charger way less than the Foreign Accents has charged me and never fixed the part. My advice is stay away from this shop, as Ive heard horror stories from most of my friends that are in Car Business. I will never work with them again nor would i recommend them to anyone! Stay away and be careful guys!
Great experienced mechanics. Owners are almost aways onsite and very friendly. Prices are a little higher than your big chain repair shops, but like they say, you get what you pay for.
Great people! Great service! 👍👍Thank you for taking care of us!
Very unprofessional, the salesman was rude with me and he has poor customer service. I wouldn’t advice anyone to go there. They must train their employees To respect the customers. when I was negotiating with the salesman about 2010, white corrola, an unprofessional guy in the office invited himself to the conversation and ceased the negotiating due to a lack of verbal and communication skills. Foreign accent should make sure that (transfer of training occurs) and their salesmen are interacting with their customers in a good manner.....
Being a repair shop myself (outside of the state) I know what it’s like to earn trust...and these guys have EARNED it! One of my company vans (MBenz Sprinter) went down w a bad Alternator, but was able to make it to Foreign Accents. With just a 30 mins heads up, they took him in immediately, replaced it in an hour on a busy day understanding our time crunch, and for a VERY reasonable price. 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys here...and on top of that I got a postcard in the mail thanking me for the business...really? I wish I can leave 10-stars to such honest and responsible team of guys.Hard to find good ppl but if you need help I would highly recommend them not even having the chance to meet them personally. A++
I have been coming to Foreign Accents for several years! Always very happy with the service on my vehicle & the service the front desk provides! I highly recommend them!
This was my first time using this place, and I couldnt be more happy that I found them!! So unbelievably kind and professional. Will definitely be returning to this place for all of my car- care needs.
The staff is very helpful. The service is as quick as possible. They have water and coffee in the waiting room in case that you have to wait. Thanks.
Ive been with Foreign Accents for over 7 years. Day one I was immediately given 1st class service. I had a 1998 xj8 Jaguar they kept a live for me and my 2 grandsons. They are so wonderful I introduced Foreign Accents to my older children. We are customers for life. If your car needs a-fixing Foreign Accents is the place, go and become part of the fam You are great Foreign Accents. Thanks!!!!
I recently dropped my vehicle off for a oil leak diagnosis. After results came back they were looking to charge me $2700 for a jet valve. And later to find out it was only my oil drain screw leaking oil. What a waste of $120 diagnosis fee for false information. Ill give 1 start for a partial effort to steal my money.
I am a recent buyer of a 2013 Prius and it was my first purchase of a new car. I love my car and it was a great choice. Foreign Accents took the time and care to fully make sure exactly what I wanted and that I was pleased with my decision. I have had my Prius for almost 3 months and she still rides like I just picked her up. I just had my first oil change today and the entire staff has the warmest hearts and concern for your visit whether they are directly helping you or not. They are full of smiles and ask questions about you and your car. I genuinely appreciate everything they have done to make my experience enjoyable and worthwhile. There is no other place I would trust my car with and I wish I could rate them 10 gold stars because they worth it and deserve to be recognized for the great service they give you from the time you pull on the lot until you leave.
Great customer service and a shop with integrity. I trust their analysis and work. I will continue to be a customer!
Wonderful shop! The mechanic Chuck really knows his stuff and was highly recommended!
Scott and his crew are simply the best
Was looking for a place to get my oil changed as i cant take my car to a jiffy lube and my usual mechanic was booked for a week, so i called this shop up and not only were they able to work me in on short notice but they were also 50 dollars cheaper than my usual mecanic, def coming back here.
Kind, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable staff.
Foreign Accents was able to keep my 200,000 + mile Forester on the road. While the subaru Dealership told me I would have to go ahead and replace the engine, the Certified mechanic at Foreign Accents was able to diagnose the issue to a damaged intake cam. Saved me more than $1,000.00 From now on any serious work I need on my Forester will be handled by Foreign accents and there mechanics.
I recently ran into troubles trying to get reasonable quality and service from Foreign Accents. They are very difficult to deal with and will definitely take advantage of a consumer whenever they get a chance. They will do whatever they can to take the joy out of owning your car. After my recent repair i feel like I should sell my car since i was so badly taken advantage of.
THE PEOPLE THERE WERE GREAT AND I HAD A WONDERFUL MECHANIC NAMED RANDY
Ive bought 2 vehicles. Great prices. Dependable vehicles.
Foreign accents saved my car and my wallet! My 2012 subaru forester was stalling, so I took it to Capital Subaru to be fixed. The mechanics told me I needed a new block for my engine, which would cost $4,200- 4,500 for just the part. Capital Subaru could not tell me what caused the damage and were offering me $3,000 (about $10,000 less than market value) for a trade-in. This smelled fishy, so I took it to Foreign Accents for a second opinion because I was told they specialize in subarus.Boy, am I glad I did. The foreign accent mechanics were thorough and smart! Since Capital Subaru did not change out my spark plugs like they were paid to do on my 100,000 mile service, the old spark plugs caused damage on the engine, which eventually caused a valve to be stuck open. This caused an inflow of excess air into my engine, causing the stalling. The fix and labor was $300. And, I get to keep my subaru for hopefully another 15- 20 years... as long as I dont take it back to Capital Subaru.Thank you, Foreign Accents! You have a lifelong customer in me!
I had a prepurchase inspection from Randy at Foriegn Accents for a BMW 325 i and from what I was told the vehicle was fine except a light was out, the tint was illegal, I needed an arm bushing, and a brake fluid flush. I purchased the vehicle because the mechanic told me it was a good vehicle. I honestly feel like they may work hand in hand with triad auto solutions to an extent.
I have always been a person to service my car at the dealership, until I found Foreign Accents. Their service is above and beyond that of the local dealership. Ive now moved all 3 cars into their care.
I was in the process of buying a vehicle so someone recommended this place to me to go get an opinion about the car that I was buying since of course they didnt have a dog in the fight in a way of speaking. when I first walked in the place, I was greeted with this lovely lady that made me feel like I was at home just walking in the door, she recognized what I was there for. this lady was very professional, had a sense of humor, and didnt make me feel like it was just another day at the job for her, she also made her waiting area at my disposal bye offering me coffee, water, and anything else they had there while I was going to be waiting. Not even 10 minutes later, Tim Degreedt this great technician comes out introduces himself very personable, professional, has a great personality, and goes right into telling me what it is that I needed to know, he didnt use a whole lot of technical terms that I wouldnt understand, but made it so that you could understand what you were buying. I will say, if at any time, and Im talking about from now and or in the future, that youre going to be buying a range rover, Tim is your guy at foreign accents 5316 West Market St., this guy is very knowledgeable about all the Range Rovers, the inns and outs, what it supposed to sound like, how its supposed to run, everything, Tim is your guy, if you buy a Range Rover from this point and even 10 years from now, if he doesnt retire, LOL go to foreign accents 5316 W. Market St. in Greensboro North Carolina. good job Tim, Range Rover technician, 5316 West Market St., Greensboro, NC, and the lady thats the receptionist is the best thats what 30 years of experience will get you.#YOUGUYSROCK
Ive been taking my car to Foreign Accents for years. The experience is always great. Friendly people and expert mechanics. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.
Cant say enough good things about these guys. I was on my way back from Asheville to Raleigh and broke down in Greensboro. Everywhere I called except for Foreign Accents said they couldnt get the part I needed until the next morning. They had someone run up the road and buy the part to install it that night. Had me back on the road in no time. Kinda wish I lived in Greensboro so I could continue to do business with them.
Foreign Accents great customer service Jennifer at the front counter is always friendly and helpful,I have a BMW X5 that they have been servicing from day one, they always do a great job.
I took my wifes vehicle in to get the check engine light diagnosed and have the safety inspection done. The codes indicated a couple of possible problems with one maybe causing the other. They were able to diagnose both and made the choice to make the lower cost repair first to save me money if it fixed both codes. It did and it saved me a ton! Being that it was my wifes car they also noticed a wheel bearing was going out and becoming a safety issue. An expensive repair but a necessary one for my wifes benefit. A couple of other future repairs were identified that were not necessary at the time but were discussed and prioritized. Trust Foreign Accents with your vehicle and you wont be sorry.
Outstanding management and staff. I love the honesty and commitment to provide the best service.
Great people great work car drives like its brand new
ALWAYS a great pleasure doing business with FA. Thanks Steve Wood for the fast and effective service
Went it and had great service by halie... Didnt rent but i definitely will be back when ready! Awesome store and a awesome experience thanks again!
Weve been customers of Foreign Accents on/off since 1990 when we met Scott and Randy B. for the first time. Other than a seven year period when we lived out-of-state, theyve serviced VWs, SAABs, a Mercedes and a Toyota for us. Weve always been pleased with their professionalism and thoroughness. If youre looking for cheap service, look elsewhere. F/A is not the low-price leader nor are they up in the stratosphere like the dealer crowd. The old saw you get what pay for has never been more true than at F/A. They shoot straight with you and dont try to push you into premature/unnecessary services. Their techs have decades of experience as do their parts manager/service writers. Also, they run a pre-owned foreign car dealership from within the same facility called Auto Focus. Excellent source for solid used cars at a fair market price. We have purchased three vehicles from them between July & October 2018: (2) VW Jetta Sportwagen TDIs and a Toyota 4-Runner Limited. Please see our review of Auto Focus.Foreign Accents is our go-to repair shop in the Triad for our foreign car repair needs. Give them a try!
Great bunch of very knowledgeable people here who are honest.
, great work, great mechanics and all at fair prices. They even send a thank you card after the work is done.
Reasonably priced quality no nonsense service
Brought my 80 fiat spider there and the mechanic made up things to fix that were fineBe careful and get a 2nd opinionalso had a alfa spider guy made up work tobe done on it.
Found hard to find parts.
Great experience! The owner Scott always takes care of me. As well as Sunny and Chris.
They told me it would be free to diagnose the check engine light on my Mercedes Benz C300 (just like at an OReillys) and would provide a quote to repair it. I just wanted a quote. They called me back with a ridiculous quote and when I went to pick up the car, they charged me $99 to daignose (I declined to get the car fixed there)!!!Stay as far away as possible. They lure you in with false promises and then rack up repair charges to something insane.
Great service on our Subaru Outback.
