Honestly I’ve lived a lot of places in my life, and the orchard is where I’m calling home. Thats after selling our house and living in other upscale apartments. The orchard team is so fast to fix problems! I can’t recall a single time someone didn’t answer the phone when I call the office. Maintenance issue? They will typically fix it within hours-or at least address it.The homes are honestly beautiful and well maintained. They take care of the property through summer and are mowing/spaying cleaning something.. I swear daily. It’s beautiful here.They have been prompt to plow snow and sure, it’s sometimes not until 8-9am it’s clear, I cannot complain. To me they address it as quickly as possible depending on the snow situation.The staff is friendly and welcoming and never rude..really this gem of a place is worth every penny.

Sam and Brenna at the Orchard/Falcon Glen are amazing to work with! My girlfriend and I were looking at apartments last summer with the plan to move in Spring of 2020. Once we toured the Orchard with Sam, we knew this place was special. Sam kept us informed for over 6 months while we approached our move-in window. He did everything he could to get us into a unit we could afford and it couldn’t have worked out better! Sam wasn’t available upon our move-in date, but Brenna did an awesome job showing us our new home and making sure we had everything we needed.One thing to note that I have seen on other reviews: If you are moving here from a house, your new neighbors will make more noise than you’re used to. It really doesn’t bother us because we are used to apartment living. Noise from neighbors, whether intentional or not, is always going to be there when you are sharing walls.Overall, I’d give the Orchard 6 stars if I could because of their awesome staff!

We have lived here for over 3 years now and we continue to LOVE living here!! The office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew quick! We have never had any major problems in our apartment. We just had our blinds replaced by Jesse and Sam who were so efficient, friendly and neat!!! We love how bright and quiet it. Our neighbors are so friendly and considerate. Yes we can hear walking and at times noise from above but it has never bothered us. The grounds are well maintained and snow removal fairly timely. So happy our large breed dog (black lab) was able to make the move with us. We love our walks down Root River Parkway!! Remains the best find ever after looking at a ton of complexes so we could downsize from our home of 20 years!!

Before relocating out of Wisconsin I lived at The Orchard for over two years. The small complex is quiet and well maintained. The neighbors were friendly. There are a number of restaurants and bars located very near. Downtown Milwaukee is minutes away. There is also very easy access to the Root River parkway for walking, running, or biking. I cannot recall any serious problems with the unit I rented. Management was always extremely responsive to any request I made. If I were to return to the Milwaukee area, The Orchard would be the very first place I would contact about renting an apartment.

Awesome property and management. The maintenance team gets it done. Would rent here in a heartbeat. Sam and Meghan were the best.

Outdated and overpriced. Not to mention the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors TV and every single action movie they watch sounds like an explosion in my apartment. Not to mention the floor shakes from the noise. I have notifies the staff over 3 times and they have done nothing to resolve the issue and never returned my calls. Fire alarms go off without notice and there have been maintenance folks entering without notice. The staff seems preoccupied with the pricier sister complex Falcon Glen, who seems to get the preference on snow plowing. Everytime it snows, the staff seems surprised and the plows are slow to show up. One Saturday, I watched multiple cars get stuck in the complex as the Orchard dragged their feet on plowing . The plows were so late that they were plowing until it was dark. On a recent weekday during a snow, the complex wasnt finished being plowed until after 10 AM. Super convenient for those that still need to be at work on time. Needless to say, I wish I would have taken my nearly 1600 dollars a month elsewhere.

I have mixed feelings living here but not because of the apartments itself. The staff & maintenance are awesome. If I need something done, they get it done, for that I am grateful. I moved here sight unseen so I was surprised to see there is not much for storage. I had to rent an additional outside storage unit to house all the extra stuff that I was able to put in my old apartment that did not have a garage. I do however love how clean and modern it is although the layout is hard to manipulate. With a creative decorative eye, this can be done. I dont like that you have to leave your garbage cans in the garage as it can be stinky thanks to this humid heat. The smell gets into the car unfortunately. Hopefully in the winter this issue will die down. I also dont like how thin the walls are. Every so often I like to have people over, which is not all the time. However any laughter or loud conversation can be heard over the walls and the complaints start. I hate the feeling of having to tell my guests to speak really low to avoid receiving complaints. I understand this is quiet neighbourhood and one of the reasons I moved here but from time to time people need to live. I am paying rent just as much as everyone else. One of the major things I love about this complex is the use of the pool and fitness center at the sister complex at Falcon Glenn. With this hot summer it has come in handy to cool down and we have met some of our neighbours. This is my honest opinion of my experience thus far.

Have lived here for 3 plus years and would refer anyone. Cant say enough good things.
