Great customer service.Top of the line equipment which makes the visit a much better experience. They can do X-Rays without having to jam anything in your mouth.I am also looking forward to getting crowns without having to get a mold made by biting down. They have a device that just scans your mouth. Also,I have a very sensitive mouth. They are very careful.I finally found a great dentist office with great staff that made me feel at ease and welcome.Thank You!

I came in for a cleaning and to have two fillings done. The front desk girls Amber & Ashley were very polite at check in. Sydne is the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my many years of going to various dentists. I was impressed how well she explained every step of her cleaning process to me! Dr. Katie & her assistant Kaitlyn did a great job with my fillings. It was very quick with no pain at all! I highly recommend Smile Solutions.

I enjoyed my visit today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. My exam was painless, the sweet lady who did my cleaning was very thorough and informative. Calm environment for my daughter who is very scared of the dentist. So nice and explained everything with no judgment she had a cleaning and had 3 very small cavities that were lazerd off in less than 10 minutes completely pain free. Its changed her view ofGoing to the dentist and we were very pleased.

Its hard for me going to the Dentist due to my scheduled and Kids, but they always accommodate me. I visited Smile Solutions today for the first time to get established as a new patient. Dr.Katie Roberson greeted me in the parking lot to make sure I was not exhibiting any Covid symptoms. She was very warm and friendly. Her staff was likewise warm, kind, and friendly. This is important to me because, like many others, I experience some anxiety when it comes to dental visits. I will be making Smile Solutions my new dentist since we now live in Greeneville. My overall experience was excellent and I am happy to recommend them!

I am terrified of the dentist. Ive had bad experiences with root canals at other dentists in the past, and was desperate to find someone who could help me. I found Smile Solutions almost by accident, and they have been a godsend! Everyone is very kind, very nice and understanding, they listened to my fears and anxieties, and told me my options. I just got back from the first root canal Ive ever had where I was easily sedated, treated with care and respect, the work was done efficiently and fast, and it was the first time I could walk away from a root canal and say that was the best root canal Ive ever had, which is not a phrase I ever thought Id say.

I recently had to have a rootcanal. Of course I was very anxious about the procedure. I must say that the entire staff was so professional and accommodating and Dr Lamons was just great! No pain during or after the procedure! I definitely would recommend this dental office!!

Dr. Lamons does an excellent job with dental care, I had a filling done and the injection that was given for pain relief was literally painless. He is the first dentist to make injections painless for me. Treatment is top notch and patients are treated like they are greatly appreciated. The staff are great, they always go out of their way to work around your schedule for appointments and helping you to understand what your insurance pays and the patients responsiblity. I would only recommend Dr. Lamons Smile Solutions as the only place to go for your Dental care.

He is not a dentist!DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!I paid $3500 in full and never recieved full treatment. He refused to send copies of all the money I have spent at his office. I wonder why? I know why! To avoid a law suit!

Very disappointed in my treatment here I am pregnant and had gone in for a bad tooth ache. Wanted to have the tooth pulled and after having the X-ray done was told I should have a root canal which was about $800 dollars more than to have it pulled. When I called back because I had decided to just have it pulled was told by Dr lamons that he didnt want to do the extraction because I was pregnant and he would prefer if I went to an oral surgeon. However he was perfectly fine with doing the root canal which makes no sense to me other than that he was going to make a lot more money for that procedure. When the oral surgeon called they wouldnt be able to get me an appointment until the next month when i was to be having my baby. I do not recommend this dentist it seemed to me that he was only interested in the dollars he could make off of someone who was in pain rather than helping them after telling them they deal with pregnant patients and had no problem with it.
