My family recently moved to the area and we absolutely love this dentist office and staff. From day one they have been so helpful and knowledgeable about my husbands dental implants and steps. They have gone above and beyond to check in on us and make everyone feel comfortable. They also were great with my son and his routine dental care and tooth extraction. I just cant say enough how they act like one big team with everyone helping each other. I now have found a life long dental office for my family and myself. Thank you!!

My wife and I just moved to Tennessee a few months ago and we’re looking for a good dentist and team. To our pleasure we seemed to have found one. ABC seems to have exactly what we were looking for. The first thing I noticed was they are not running a skeleton crew. As I was filling out my paperwork and to my surprise they called my name right away. I thought to myself wow this is great not having to wait. They brought me in did a awesome job on my teeth and x-rays. They were running around multi tasking and helping each other out like a team. Dr. Knop was very knowledgeable and just an all around good personality as well as his team. All in all this place has a very homey feel and runs like clock word. Highly Recommend!

For the short period of time I was there for the exam, I felt less anxious than I had normally felt at a dentist office. Dr. Knop and the ladies at the front were warm and friendly. Dr. Stewart is an amazing dentist. He is very accommodating. He always makes sure your ok before continuing the procedure. He wants to make sure you are not in pain and you won’t leave until you are feeling better. He is an amazing guy and is very kind to all patients.

They did work for 2 crowns and a good cleaning. Excellent. Loved that the entire office was friendly and everyone in a good mood. Nice atmosphere — that helped me relax.

Wouldn’t trust my teeth/mouth with anyone else. There was once a time in my life that I couldn’t stand to have my teeth cleaned without numbing due to sensitivity. The hygienist are super gentle and I no longer need numbing for a cleaning

Maybe it’s weird that I feel like I have a relationship with my hygienist Kayla or maybe it’s weird that you don’t even know your hygienist’s name.In a world so full of technological advancements it’s still nice to know that a hands-on service has a personal connection. I feel like she remembers me and offers suggestions on how I can make my teeth last a lifetime.Dr. Ott has always been kind and provides a human touch to his service. I’m proud he sees the value of teaching this to his full staff.

Definitely recommend!! I needed an emergency visit for throbbing tooth pain. They got me in that same day which led to more work that needed to be done and were able to get me in to finish that up the same week. All the staff were super nice. My hygienist, keilyn was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Great bedside manner.

Always professional yet extremely personable. The staff is always friendly and makes sure your needs are met. Savanna, Maureen and Colleen are amazing at what they do. I see Dr Stewart, who always makes I understand what he’s doing and patient with me during the procedures to make sure I stay calm. I really can’t say enough about this practice.

I am not a regular patient but when I called and explained what was going on they got me in same day and in the morning too. I spent very little time in the waiting room and the doctor was in to see me very quickly. He listened to me, took X-rays, and figured out that what was going on was something completely different from what I thought. The staff were all very kind and I knew I was in good hands. If I lived in Greenville this would definitely be my regular dentist office.

Started going here a couple of weeks ago and this place is now my regular dentist office. Dr. Knopp worked on me and is very kind and gentle when working on your teeth. His dental assistants are also very kind. I highly recommend ABC family dentistry for all of your dental needs!

I have quickly become friends with these guys. Due to my past history with a dentist. I have always been so afraid of a dentist and I let them know right up front that I’m allergic to pain. Cried in front of Dr. Knopp. They said “Me too!” I’ve had a lot of work done and more to do. They listen to me. Unless something changes, which I doubt, they’re stick with me.

Everyone there is so friendly and do a great job on letting you know exactly whats going on. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

My 14 year old daughter had an appt today and was told her teeth were wearing down due to maybe grinding in her sleep and she would need a night guard but no one bothered to talk to my mom that brought her about it or prescribe this to my daughter so Please advise what is going on and what do we need to do. I understand covid but whomever brings a patient needs to be informed of what is going on with the patient. Please advise ASAP.. thank you

I was about to fly 3,000 miles back to my old dentist to get a tooth pulled because the anxiety is just so bad, and he was amazing. Then, I found ABC Family Dentistry. It is over an hour away from my home and its totally worth it. Dr. Kopp was exceptionally patient, professional and so kind. I am healing beautifully and have had no issues since. After some pretty bad experiences with other dentists, it feels like finding a needle in a haystack! I will definitely continue getting care at this clinic.

This morning, I woke up and cook me something to eat and shattered my front tooth. I called ABC and they took me in as fast as they could. I have been to dentist all over the place, but this one this one stood out to me they are polite nice and they didnt traumatize me in any shape of form. I would recommend them 100%.

The person who did my impression made it flat so that there wasnt anything on the sides to hold my guard. Then I was told by a screaming employee that I needed to bring a large amount of money to her even though the insurance had paid and I had proof that I didnt owe anything

I had not had dental insurance EVER until late 2020. I had a problematic situation. I did not know how much work I actually needed. I was accepted as a new patient, and was given an appointment. Now, after 10 office visits, I have 3 crowns and abt 10 fillings, and a partial on the way! I am grateful to this team, AND THEY ARE A TEAM, for making my smile and oral health much better!
