Nice folks, long first visit process, but all necessary to meet different members of the team, to assess your oral needs and devise a plan of action so you are offered appropriate care. I cannot stress everyone was super nice.The reason I did not give 5 stars...I dont think you can build a familiarity with the dental team at Aspen. The dentist was a substitute, as this offices dentist was on vacation at Disneyland. The intake at front desk was done by a lady from another Aspen clinic filing in (training, maybe), and the exit manager that discusses your financial obligations and needs- also from another office (?) Filing in.I had to change dentists because my insurance changed and my regular dentist doesnt take the new insurance. However, there, everyone knew each other and was on a first name, but respectful, basis. if staff changed, and it rarely did in my >15 yr there, you were fully informed and able to make a decision on who gave ur care from that point. If the dentist went on vacation, the office closed.My advise to better your care...consistency in staffing. It will make a difference in your patient care.

This place is amazing. They are super friendly and very professional. They make you feel Welcome from the moment you step through the door. They made sure to ask me at least 5 times while I was there, if I wanted anything to drink or snack while i was waiting. Id recommend anyone i know to come here for their dental needs. I walked in feeling anxious and walked out with a smile knowing Im in great hands.

I had an excellent visit. Everyone was very kind . Explained everything for further procedures to come. Laid out a good plan and made sure I understood everything. The Assistant Manager went over all the billing with me in great detail. I left very satisfied and had a clear idea of what’s to come and be done. Thank you all there. ED

Can’t praise Dr. Vie and my dental hygienist enough! They make sure I am taken care of and all questions answered each visit. They make me feel very comfortable and check in with me. Very professional and trustworthy people. So glad I found this Aspen Dental.I drive 45 minutes to the office in Greenville and have an Aspen Dental 5 minutes from where I live because of their professionalism and care.

Im new to this Area, and Ive found Aspen to be as good if not better than my last dentists office we had for many years at our last home. The staff, technicians and Dentists are awesome, warm and genuinely friendly folks.They even handled a broken upper plate for me as a walk-in, and had it repaired and ready for me in 2 hours. I will definitely and highly recommend the a Greeneville office to any freinds or family who need dental work!!!

The office was clean and the process of getting my treatment plan was transparent and simple. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

The people here are SO incredibly kind. Never have i gone somewhere and genuinely felt like the medical professionals actually cared....and aspen dental makes me feel cared for. Everything is really clean, they are still doing social distancing, so it feels safe, and they genuinely take your comfort to heart.10/10 would reccomend going here. This is a wonderful place.

First visit today looking to get new Dentures, was a wonderful visit, staff very nice, polite, kept checking in. Clean and everyone wore masks. Front staff is and was very helpful explained all my options to me. Made a follow-up appt to start the process. Will post more later.

I have a lot of dental anxiety so I especially appreciate how helpful, patient, and professional the staff are. I recently went in for an appointment that required several injections and both Debbie and Faith (who are awesome!) coached me through and made things SO much easier than I expected.I dont think people really recommend dentists but these folks have mine. Great experience with Aspen Dental. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Amber with sign in made me feel welcome. Heather that done my X-rays was amazing! She was very fast because she knows they’re very uncomfortable. Dr. Vie explained everything well and was very thorough and pleasant attitude and Ricky the office manager was very nice explaining everything to me and going over all my options. Definitely recommend!!

When I first went to Aspen Dental in Greeneville Tennessee, I was pleased with the service. I was there to get dentures. It took several visits to get everything ready. When I got my dentures I told them that they werent comfortable. They did some adjustments and I still didnt feel like it was a good fit. I was told to go home and try them for a few days. I made another appointment for adjustments a few days later. I told them that they were too big. All my friends and family said that they looked like horse teeth.I also asked them if the Aspen Dental in Clarksville Tennessee would honor the agreement about fixing my dentures. They said yes. Well, they didnt want to help me in Clarksville. I was told that I needed a complete new pair and that would be another cost.Needless to say, I didnt pay another dime.I will not pay for something that doesnt fit.I am not happy.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had 4 teeth pulled and they made sure I was completely numb before they removed the teeth. Just VERY caring. I haven’t gone to the dentist for a long time because of a bad experience at a dental office. I wish I had went to Aspen Dential a long time ago. Again Thank you to all who helped with the procedure.

I had an appt at the Greenville office while I was visiting my very illMother. A crown had fallen out. I had an appt for 9:45 am. I received a text reminding me if the appt at 9:10. I called at 9:20for the exact address . I arrived at 9:30 and was told the systems were down nationwide and that I could not be seen. I called later in the day to reschedule and got voice mail. I left a message requesting a return call. NoOne EVER called me back! I would not recommend Aspen Dental to a chipmunk!

I enjoyed my first consultation and they got me in the next day to do my cleaning and worked around my work schedule in scheduling my other appointments.

Due to covid, the lobby is closed you check in then when you get there and they will call you when there ready for you.. They keep it clean wipe down everything.. I’m personally terrified of the dentist. Going to Aspen dental has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. There’s a wonderful oral hygienist in there that can Numb you, without you feeling it. That takes a huge weight off of your shoulders knowing that you won’t feel any pain. I have many more trips to come to Aspen and I hope they were all as wonderful as the first time.

Went for an x-ray and an exam, I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff at the Greenville, Tennessee location. They didnt try to oversell me, they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, I highly recommend Aspen!

My experience with the actual office was great, the staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions I had. The only bad thing I have to say is about the call center. The representative told my mother that the dentist wouldn’t let me leave the office without my dentures the same day as my visit but when I arrived at the office they told me that the people at the call center would say anything to get people in the door. I was very disappointed because I have been wronged by dentists in the past and that made me think I was going to go through the same bad things I had went through with the other dentists. However, that bad experience with the call center has nothing to do with my actual office visit. I was very satisfied with the office visit and I don’t have anything bad to say about the visit itself.

Do not go here. Give negative stars if possible . Went for Implant consultation. Current surgeon didnt participate in my new ins. The receptionist was rude. No one knew what they were doing. Very disorganized. I was told i had an infection above my tooth without the proper 3d xray being performed. Which I know I do not have...because i had a 3d xray 3 months prior. They tried to precert and perform procedures that wouldnt be necessary. FRAUD. Id rather pay out of pocket at prior surgeon rather than trust this fly by night fraudulent operation with my implant fthan and pay lower prices just because they participate in my insurance, them mess up my 2 front teeth implants, and overcharge my insurance.

Went here because the location in Johnson City’s roster was too full to take my insurance.Upon arrival they gave me a figure higher than anticipated so I asked if that was the charge with insurance. It wasn’t so they asked me to go be seen while they verified my insurance. I told them I would rather wait to make sure they can take my insurance than risk paying out of pocket for my fillings. The receptionist told me if they verified it right then it would put the doctors behind schedule but I insisted since I cannot afford to pay out of pocket nor would I want to if I have dental insurance.They called me 20 minutes later when it was verified and then another 30 minutes had passed before I called them back to make sure they didn’t forget my appointment.It turns out, their X-ray machine was broken and that’s why they were behind schedule. At least it wasn’t me making sure I could afford my fillings but their faulty equipment instead that made them behind!I understand things happen but it was rather rude to tell me I would inconvenience the doctors by verifying my insurance when I had to wait an hour anyway before deciding to reschedule because their X-ray machine was down.

I had a tooth extraction yesterday and during the extraction plus in just general in dealing with aspen dental, it was a pleasure to deal with these professionals. All except the redhead at the front desk, she was rude and unprofessional. I still give them a 4 out of 5 because if you can make it past the nasty redheaded receptionist then you should have great experience. Godbless

Great experience. Friendly, professional staff and very respectful . Only downfall is the denture impressions from the scanner didnt work for me. It caused my dentures to not fit properly at all. Will be contacting them in morning to see about getting them done with the bite down impressions and swapping them out. Not anyones fault in office, fault was in impression scanner. It just doesnt work for a good impression.

They were so professional during this time of chaos. When you first went in to fill out your paperwork, they gave it to you and you had to go to your car and fill it out. Then take it back in then go back to your car and theyll call you when your appointments ready. They had their chairs put up to where you can sit in them. The guy at the front desk I seen him wipe the door outside down twice while husband was there. Everyone wore masks. I was so impressed by how clean they were. Good job guys good job. Thank you.

First visit at this location, but have visited other Aspen Dentals in another state. Called for a checkup and was informed at my appointment that the cleaning would not be done on the same day, the require you to come back for another visit. It makes absolutely zero sense and it’s super deceiving. Also, since I paid for a checkup, the dentist spent a total of 2 minutes looking at my teeth. I would not recommend. Definitely make sure you say you need a cleaning when scheduling otherwise you’ll have to make another trip.

Broke a tooth off my partal and they fixed it and returned to me in a few hours...I am very happy with aspen

First time going to this place about a tooth that lost it filling. For one I had wait almost 3 hours my appointment was at 8:30 I didn’t get call in till 9:30. Then they took multiple x-rays then for unnecessary 3D model of my mouth. When it was time to leave nobody had taken off my bib I had to do it. Then they told me if my tooth got pulled out that they would need to build a bridge and a implant then graph it!! Iv never had my original Densit say that my original dentist don’t pull teeth. They also kinda put down my Densit saying that they didn’t clean my teeth good. Then they prescribe me some antibiotics for my tooth with also a yeast infection medicine and I don’t even need it!! Then they told me that a tooth that has already had a root canal that it was brittle and to avoid hard breads and apples!! Iv had that tooth done meany years ago and do you know how menu hard things iv eating with that tooth!!! Not to mention they said I needed a crown for that tooth!!! I wasn’t very pleased with my first visit. I going back next week to get my tooth pulled.

$80 just to walk in the doors and then another $109 to recement a crown, not to mention spending 2 hours to wait. Please train your dentists how to give a novocaine shot, or else offer gas

I have almost extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists. To the point i cry the entire time, cant sleep the night before, and am so nauseous beforehand. I have never felt more comfortable or safe at a dentists office. they were so sweet and accommodating. I didnt wait longer than i would have at any other office. It really seems they have your best interest in mind and arent completely money oriented. I would honestly rate higher if i could. I even had my husband come here.

I went to Aspen for the first time yesterday and overall I had a good experience but not at first. The receptionist (Madalyn) needs some customer service training. She ignored every single patient that walked in the door. She did not even look up to acknowledge patients. I sat down for 15 minutes before she even said a word. For a NEW business in town this chick is awful. She is the first person you will see when you walk in and it would have been nice for her to smile and look up and just say Hi, Welcome to Aspen Dental. Besides her it was a good visit. They are still trying to get in the swing of things so waiting times are a little lengthy. The prices seemed fair and the place was beautiful inside. Get rid of MADALYN

This may have been just a rare situation but my first experience with Aspen dental I waited for 45 minutes in the car before being seen for a filling that had fallen out. Since it was my first time I knew I had to get x-rays which took around another 30 minutes or so. When I finally got into the room we did some kind of other 3D tooth machine to see all of my teeth in a 3D view. I then sat for about 20 minutes in the chair fortunately they had a small screen no volume with history channel or something showing. Finally somebody came in it was the hygienist that immediately made me feel like she was trying to push something. She told me my mouth had tons of bacteria andaand infection saying I needed all these other medications and treatments so that it doesnt decay my teeth even further. (I was picking my teeth from meet which is how the filling fell out)I said as long as my insurance covers it its no problem I knew this was an out-of-pocket payment. another person came into the room did not say that they were the dentist at all I dont even know if they were but they proceeded to tell me my tooth need to be pulled and another filling to be adjusted. after another 10 minutes a man came into the room and told me to follow him to another small office where he proceeded to go over all of my financial obligations as if I was buying a new car. with very good insurance my bill came to $700 basically. I said that doesnt make any sense how much does an extraction cost......$13. Okay how much does the filling cost.....$8. Okay so what cost so much of course the hygentist six hundred and some dollars that insurance paid a decent amount on surprisingly. Part of the cost included an at home kit with a $100 Oral-B toothbrush etc etc. so once again I felt like they were trying to push whatever with the oral hygienist as if it was some big sales pitch. The end of the day because it was too late I did not get the tooth pulled or filled I had to reschedule for a week later which they told me if I had pain they would give me pills course Id have to pay for them and also scheduled me for the filling total out-of-pocket cost with my deductible comes to about $75 for both procedures which did not seem bad of course once again I have fairly good insurance.Long waits, pushing expensive services, it just was not the feel of a typical dental office nothing personal about it it felt like I was in a factory just another part being worked on.

I live in Morristown but the Greenville location had sooner availabilites for my husband and I. Morristown Aspen is alright. Greenville Aspen is fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the wait time!

Staff was pleasant. Safety protocols in place made the appointment more easy to take as most people hate going to the dentist as it is let alone in these times. Doctor explained the whys and was very proficient at her job. Problem was solved and I went home a happy camper

The staff are very friendly and helpful.I have gotten exray’s but haven’t actually gotten any work done yet. I will be getting all my teeth removed and getting dentures hopefully in the next 2 weeks...UPDATE:1-21-2021I had 16 teeth removed. While I had a bunch of infection to heal first(8 weeks) I started wearing my dentures at week 9 and I have to say I wasPleased.It’s been 6 months now and I just had my permanent liner put in and I’m extremely happy.. thank you dr Vie and staffGreeneville Tn

The guys upfront were awesome, when I end to the back, it was very unprofessional, didn’t have the supplies in the room they had to go to another, was talking about other dentist falling out of chairs and they were talking about drugs. I definitely will not go back.

I had an appointment set up with them due to the absolute and excruciating pain I was experiencing. They did fit me in so I hate to say too much about the amount of time I spent there other than to say in the two + hours I was there nobody even took the time to check or ask about the amount of swelling I had. I did comment on the pain being extreme several times though & was confused as to their exact processes. I kept on thinking I was going to get some attention from someone that would at least touch my mouth. I was told several times that someone was coming but nobody did. One female dr looked at the X-rays and said the only tooth not xrayed was the primary complaint tooth. No big deal really but I had to include. The X-ray technician was really nice and careful though so I appreciate that. So they took those & she said it does show an infection on the X-ray and said that the office manager would be by soon to talk about options, still thinking.... “Ok, they just want to make sure I know the choices from here”. No he came and collected me took me to an office and said, “ so you need a crown?” I said no, have one with an awful infection under it. He looked the document over again wrote me a prescription for Tylenol 3. I’m almost 50 & have had a total of 7 surgeries & have metal in my arm, ankle, and leg so I know a bit about pain pills & the fact that the few addicts create so many issues for those of us that are not. I gave them access to my medical records as anyone who goes does if they expect any prescriptions, and my sheet is clean as clean can be. If they looked they know. I left the script with the girl up front. Then he tried to sell me a deep cleaning for $1900. $1200 after my insurance. I said no I don’t think so at this time. I just want to rid myself of this. Then he tells me he can make it cheaper if he takes off an electric toothbrush. And that it could prevent this from happening in the future. It’s about protecting what you have left....Still a no I said. Really just concerned about this at this time. Then I got the hurry you out deal.When the appointment was set up they were informed I had already done a tele-visit with a doctor on Saturday to go ahead and be put on an antibiotic and that I was 5 - 12 hour doses into that. But was still in horrible pain unable to sleep or eat And wanted to know if they could help me today. So the only reason I drove from Sulphur springs (next to Kingsport) to Greenville was because they said they could help me today.They got their money for those X-rays and I got a long long day made longer for wasting 4 hours. But with those xrays they did let me know all my other teeth looked good. I couldn’t tell this at the time without the xrays because the infection under my crown was making my whole mouth ache.Would have felt far better by staying home and will now just suffer without sleep for the next few days while my prescription, not from them, makes me better. I’m sure I wouldn’t be eating either way so can’t put blame there.

I went in with a great attitude about having my teeth fixed and seeing what all I needed done. Needless to say, I entered the office and was greeted with smiles from all the staff, and Dallas was awesomenwoth getting my Xrays done pretty quick amd seamlessly. I HIGHLY recommend dental work getting done here.

We went in to get replacement dentures for my wife. The corporate call center said she would have them done in days. Get to the office and it will be weeks. I talked my wife into staying and paid with cash. Next day first appt. they only want to do the xray(we were told xray, impressions, and wax bites) so they can close at noon and go home. We are also told it would be months to get them. My wife asked for a refund of our money. This begins the nightmare. We are brought back to get the impressions done again and told it would be close to 3 months until she had her dentures. We want a refund. Well our office manager left already so we will mail a check in a few weeks. I paid cash. There is nothing we can do so accept that or continue treatment. Call someone above the office manager then. I step out to let my wife deal with the refund process. All the workers are complaining and trying to stare us down because they want to go home early. While Im outside their Doctor calls the police and states we are refusing to leave, my wife is combative, and I have a gun! In comes the police department responding to a weapon in play hot call. Im cuffed up after being outside in my vehicle for 10mins. 4 officers were brought in before the call was cancelled. It turns out I have no gun and my wife is in the treatment room with the assistant office manager calling regional manager(sitting on a stool crying and being apologized to for the lying). They just wanted to go home!!!! The police were amazed and dumbfounded when they did not even want to have us trespassed!!!! The officers apologized and stated that the call was blown completely out of proportion. Avoid these people like the plague!!!! We could have been seriously hurt because they wanted to go home!!!!!

So far not a great experience with Aspen Dental. My husband went for his wisdom teeth, they prescribed an antibiotic and when we got it filled the pharmacist informed us this was a generic form of the medicine he is extremely allergic to. We put it down on his forms and he told the doctor before she wrote the prescription. When I called so they could prescribe something else, whoever I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, hateful, and seemed like she didnt care to try and help get it resolved. She made it seem like it was our fault they messed it up, and that it ruined her whole day because I called to get another prescription. Very ridiculous.

Very nice and kind, they care about their patients that was a plus as far as Im concerned. Ive been to dentists that dont care about the way they treat you but yesterday was A1 for me

Way overbooked. I have a dentist he doesnt do root canals. Called aspen Dental they said they did & booked my appointment for a town 1 hour away. Waited 3 hours in an office so crowded folks were sitting on the floor, only to find out they didnt do root canals for molars in the back of the mouth.
