For it to be my first time there, the experience was a really good one. Mimi did a great job on my hands and the technician who did my pedicure did a very good job. They were all very courteous and the customer service was great. I even spoke with a customer who has beem going there for 12 years...now that has to say something. I will definitely be going back.

Just yesterday 7-13-21, I caught the older gentleman going to put back a tip that he used on my nail to remove stubborn acrylic back into the nail box until I said you can’t use that and put that back in the box; I instructed him to give it to me; when I told the owner he said “ah” and signaled as if he was brushing it off; I have been going there for years and this is the last time for me; it was the owner’s dismissal of my concern that did it for me! They are good to you until you expose their faults and shortcomings! There are probably health violations up and down the place if he brushed that off! Going to another nail salon!! Peace out!! Not my health and my $$!

The nail tech asked me a lot of questions about my toe nails after she removed the old polish from my toes as if she had a problem with finishing my pedicure. She always tosses my shoes on the floor instead of kindly placing them on the floor which I think is rude, like shes trying to ruin your shoes. The nail techs pressure customers to pay while they are sitting under the heating lamp to dry their nails instead of patiently waiting until the customers get up to leave. On Friday September 17th my second visit, I was pleased with my pedicure but the nail tech almost caused me to fall while getting up from my seat after my pedicure and he rushed me to pay as I was sitting in the dry area to dry my feet. I wont come back to this salon again worse experience 😔🤦‍♀️

This is my last time going here I get gel polish and it chips a few days after EVERYTIME, I asked for my nails to be soaked off because I needed it I was told to save me money I need to just get a fill in, the chopped up my natural nails and my polish is chipped horribly. I got my nails done on 6/29 its 7/6 a week later and my nails look horrible

I called in for the same day apt and they attended me on the same day and estimated time.I usually stick to the same nail salon I go to but this was near so I had went here.Very fast paced and caring and supportive customer service you get over here.I recommend pedicure here much care and gentle.

I had an initial full set with Tony, terrible. I decided to give them another chance for a fill, TERRIBLE!!! Lumpy, thick nails. Never again

Friendly and fast BUT you can tell they were rushing. Unevenly polished and naked spots on nails. I got a gel manicure and my sister got a full set. We both left lumpy and disappointed.

The worst wax eyebrows service ever. She didn’t use tweezers or scissors. She double wax a spot and now it’s sore. And she pushed my already lazy eye down more so it’s very noticeable. I grew my eyebrows out for 2 months so I can get them shaped right. I just went to the closest salon to my hotel without checking reviews . Never again.

Always ALWAYS go with Kevin! He is the most amazing! My nails stay on for 3+ weeks and only break because they get too long between my fills and even then Ive only had two break and that was because I working freight. He takes his time and makes sure everything is amazing!

Good, consistent spot for getting manipedis and basic waxing. Work is fast and detailed, and artists are serious about work. Only caution is kind of common sense: try not to go during busy times or you might suffer a spot of neglect on your hands or feet which they will correct if you inform them of it. All in all, its a hang among friends and colleagues alike. Would recommend if you are exhausted, in a rush, or both. If you just want to take your time and drink wine, another spot would be for you. 😀

Basic fill in for $20. She did a good job on the nails, however you get no cleanup, lotion or hand massage after.

My experience here was pretty good. I was skeptical because of the other reviews I had read but one thing that I had seen was everyone with good ratings said make sure you get Kevin, and that is exactly what I did. I walked in, and asked for Kevin. He was a joy to be around and took his time making sure my NYE nails looked perfect (I got a fill in with gel polish). You could tell Kevin actually cares about the results of the nails because of how precise he was being. The only reason I took a star off was because of the 2 hour wait time. But I saw why, Kevin is kept busy due to his high demand! All in all... Ask for Kevin.

Terrible customer service!! Tony messed up my manicure polish so terribly and I wanted to change the color altogether. When I go back the next day and showed them the mess the guy was like I will charge you if you change color, which I was fine with.Then I waited for Kevin( since he did a good job making my manicure look so natural before) only for him to rush me through the process saying that he has another customer waiting for him. I mean I’m spending my money too so I should be treated equally and take my time if he agrees to do it. he did an okay job this time but was yelling at me and not listening to what I wanted. He never listens to customers needs he always acts like “I know it all” kind of deal and would yell if he doesn’t think he can do what you want ...sooo annoying!! I was NOT completely satisfied by the time he was done! Much better than tony but didn’t do the right shape (kept on arguing that’s the right one) terrible at satisfying the customer! I wanted the coffin shape he kept on telling me it can’t be done with short nail even if I show him a picture of the shape with short nail then he would yell at me for touching the phone and to keep it away...So much for pleasing the customer!! I DO NOT recommend this salon! They all have attitude except one lady! Especially what looked like the owner sat in front and talked to me disrespectfully and with a lot of attitude because I’m unsatisfied returned customer. Would NEVER return to this place again!!

Long read but worth it: if I could give this a NEGATIVE 4 stars I would . This is THEE WORST nail shop I’ve ever been to. Granted some of the ladies in there are very pleasant & were helpful when it came to my issues. A man I believe his name is Kevin “ he sits in the first deacons seat second row” as soon as you come in did my nails. I spent $150 in this nail shop for my mom & myself only for my feet to be half done ( sightless rough ) then not only that, but the very same night my GEL polish started chipping “THE SAME NIGHT” A Saturday night... I called the next day & explained my issue & Im guessing I spoke with the manager she was very pleasant & asked me if I wanted to come that day or some time the following week I told her I would come the next day, but I just couldn’t take it anymore & wound up coming In that Sunday only for her to tell me that they were short on nail techs & wouldn’t be able to help me (I was so mad) but she was very nice & so I let it slide. I come back the next day & the guy who originally did my nails was there ( with an attitude ) because the GEL POLISH he was using was very thin & I could literally see my nails through the polish “ he thought I was about to leave the shop like that” I asked him why was he so upset & being aggressive like moving my hand around like I was his child Ect “ like it’s literally more to this situation but I’m tryna sum this up” l I told him he was very unprofessional & as a nail tech he SHOULD NEVER LET ANYONE LEAVE THAT NAIL SHOP LIKE THAT & unsatisfied. Another lady wound up finishing HIS JOB Here it is almost 3 weeks later & my GEL POLISH is CHIPPING AGAIN!!! like I’ve never experienced anything like this usually I’ll break a nail by doing something stupid before some gel chips off. This is why I go to my favorite hood nail shop in dc where I never have this problem. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!

My friends and I went for gel manicures which turned out great ! Kevin did my nails and he did a great job. Only down side was the gel manicures being $10 more than the sign posted.

The worst manicure I’ve ever gotten, tbh. First and last visit here. The manicurist neglected to do things that I thought were pretty standard (ie, ask the preferred shape of my nail, etc) and refused what I asked (ie, cut my nails shorter, etc). Less than 4 days later, the no-chip was chipping. The polish job was raggedy as well.

Horrible place. I read reviews that said go with Kevin. No No and No. he is the worst human being I have ever met since my existence. I paid $93 for a pedicure and manicure. I don’t have a problem with that amount but common now, shouldn’t I get what I paid for ? He was in sooooooooo much rush and my feet were barely clean. He had the guts to tell me I have very dark skin so can’t get any cleaner. Hello ????? Who says that? In a bid to rush off to another customer he pulled my bag from the chair and in the process it opened and helas all my personal belongings flew all over the place. My God! I felt useless. My privacy on the floor. I actually plan to sue coz he didn’t even bother to apologize. Worst place, horrible experience . This place deserves to be shut down.

I just got my nails done onTuesday, January 2,2018. I wish I can take a picture to show how horrible my nails look. It’s as if I let my little sister do them. First of all my nail technician cut my finger deep with her nail file...after my nails, As soon as I left I came back because my nail technician didn’t do my polish right. So I asked her to please put white nail polish underneath so the neon colors can show (since we did 4 coats of neon color). She halfassed my nails and did another coat on top of green and didn’t even polish it so it can hide all of the yellow. Then on top of that, while she first was doing my nails, I asked for them to be thick since they’re long and she didn’t and one day after I got them done a nail broke. She told me to come in Thursday so she can polish them better but now all of a sudden she called in sick. Never coming back here the customer service sucks more than the skills.

I have been going here for years. Vicki is a great nail technician! The staff is very friendly.

I asked for regular nail polish with clear gel, which they said they did. She went on did the complete opposite. Than charged me 25 for a 15 dollar fill in. So Im giving 3 stars, listen to your customers.

Terrible! They cant even file nails properly, let alone, form them. I had two bad experiences with them in one day, and I will never return. The only reason that I gave them one star, is because I wanted to post my review, otherwise, zero!

Its cheap and they hardly care to remove nailpolish before giving a manicure. later the nailpolish they applied was soo thick with multiple layers and dint dry even after 30 mins. my nails looked so dirty. im never going back to this place.

I am giving them a 1 because of their customer service. A tech did my nail and in 2 days it chipped. I went in to get the one nail fixed and was told there was no one available. I came back.to have the same issue. I could wait but it would be 30 mins. Uhm. I have plenty of things to do. It is a sheer inconvenience for me to have to come back after only two days, then to wait that long is a real issue. There should be some priority for those who paid and had to come back for their poor work.

Tech was very rough with my feet and ripped out my whole culticle on my right big toe . Ended up getting an infection because his tools were not fully clean.
