Diana, my nail tech is superb always on time. When I have no idea what color I want, shes good in picking out a color. Her design are awesome. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to her

My 2 Best friends and I (The Golden Girls), did a walk in today. We were all seen right away and the service was excellent. My nail technician name was Bee and she did a fantastic job. I will definitely go see her again.

I walked in and was seen immediately by Ann. I asked if she could fix some damaged nails 💅🏾, she looked and said sure! She did a great job repairing and replacing. I will definitely be returning back to this salon.

I came here on a whim recently because I needed to get an old set removed prior to an event. I was put with Diana and loved the brief experience! She was prompt, kind, had great conversation, and professional. When it was time for a new set, I decided to come back - convenience, less than 5 min from my home - and see Diana. Excellent choice! Showed her what I wanted and she delivered! I’ll def be back.

I can’t speak on their nail services; however, I got my lashes done from here about a hour ago and they’re horrible in my opinion. The lady glued some parts onto my eyelid and not the eyelash line, she left glue on my eyelids, and it looks like poor work. They charge $45 for long eyelash extensions which to me is overpriced when other places in the area charge $30-$35 for the same service, same length and better quality.

They removed my SNS with a fake nail, it was painful and I was cut with the clippers..

Diana was great, she access my nails and gave me a good recommendation on how to keep and protect my nails. She was Great!

Tina was wonderful...will be returning for more pedis and manis...loving my nails...💅

Today I brought my daughter to get her refill and she fell in love with Bee… I guess we have a new nail salon!!! Will definitely be back!

They are a little bit more in price compared to the surrounding salons oh, but they are very attentive and well make sure that you leave there satisfied, they really do great work

Honestly have no complaints!We arrived to the shop without an appointment and were taken immediately. The techs that took us were able to deliver exactly what we wanted, color and shape without any error and quick at that! Worth every dime and I highly recommend this shop.

First visit and it will not be my last visit if I remain in this area.

I love this place. They take their time when doing your feet. Ive been going to them for the last 2 years and have never had a complaint. Also, their polish lasts a long time with no chipping.

I felt like my full set was rushed she didn’t clean my nails or cut down my cuticles. There is wasn’t a max capacity or anything like that. I feel like for the price I should of gotten more.

Billy does amazing nails! He is very patient and detailed. Tina does amazing eyebrows. They are my go-tos whenever I need me some TLC. :)

The nail salon is nice and clean. However I get a sense that the nail technicians don’t enjoy doing their job and they act as though they are doing you a favor. If I’m playing you money your attitude should not be off putting where a customer is uncomfortable. They also want to charge you for every little thing (they are already on the higher end regarding cost.). If you are going to be higher end and charge for everything you do, then your technicians should be the best at what they do. I use to come here years ago however the environment has changed drastically and not necessarily for the better. With all of that said, I won’t be going back.

I have been coming by here for years out of convenience and you would think that the owners and workers would smile or treat you nicely as a regular customer but their custom service stinks. Hardly make eye contact. The ONLY exception is Diana. But I still don’t think it’s worth giving them my business. Please could be cleaner.

When he was finished with my hand he never offered any lotion or any cuticle oil. I had to ask for it, and he sloppingly put it on my fingers as if to say i was a bother.

I have been coming here for about 5 years now. I’ve sat with all the nail techs for various services ranging from manicures, pedicures, brow shaping, eye lash extensions, full sets etc. Pretty much everything on their service menu. I could not give this place a 5 because when they are busy, it definitely shows in their work. It can get sloppy and you do feel rushed. They have quality service but it is best to go on off peak times/days. The place its self is a typical nail salon. Nothing outstanding. No, they don’t serve wine during pedicures, but I’ve brought my own to just have a relaxing foot soak and they didn’t mind at all. I truly believe that what makes this place worthwhile is Diana. I honestly feel like she truly likes what she does and goes out of her way to make sure that her clients are happy with their results. I also think Billy is patient and methodical in his work. I don’t mind getting service from either of them when I go.

48hrs after I paid to get them done and my nails already Lifting and one has slid off so smooth as if it wasn’t done the correct way

I’ve been going to Chau’s nails for just over a year now. I can honestly say I’ve never been more happy. Diana always has my nails, toes and brows on point. I always get compliments on my nails and I love it.

$50 for a regular gel full set? They tried to finesse. The price list said $35 and the lady going to tell me $50 . Literally no design regular square nails.. $50??! like BYEEE most places charge $35. The lady was definitely trying to make extra cash off of me.

When you walk in there no one speaks to you. Staff members are on the phone or in the back. Hardly acknowledging you. When they do acknowledge you its not friendly. Ive had a pedicure and manicure there. At separate times both times was the same result. Terrible. My cuticles are chopped of and looks like I need another manicure. Pedicure was super basic and boring even though I didnt get the basic pedicure. Close to my house but not worth it.

Ive gone to this salon for years. It is efficient and professional. I have never been disappointed. All of the employees are really good and very nice. However, if you are looking for a robe, cucumbers on your eyes and seaweed wrap, youve gone to the wrong place. If you want a great job on your nails, eyeborows and waxing for a great price, you will be glad you stopped in.

The owner did a horrible job... I had an overlay put fresh on my natural nails and less than a week later every last one lifted at the top and sides. I went back to show what happened and I was told it was my fault and only way to prevent is to put a tip on my nails. Theyre all about making money ONLY

I really didn’t like this shop. They are not clean. I got a pedicure and tools used were not sanitized. Overall, service was wack. I watched a tech continue double dip wax clients. Just Nasty...will not be back.

This place is meh. Acrylic sets from here last about a week before lifting. My overlay plus gel lasted a week. The nail matrix was filed down too low and not rebuilt. Also, my tech missed the fact that my nail was split on my nail bed and just glued the space between and re-filled my nails (a new tech revealed this when I went to get the nail fixed 7 days later). I only go here cos its convenient. An acrylic overlay with gel should last 3-4 weeks with no lifting. My nails looked pretty while they lasted tho!

Tried this salon in a hurry. First visit, lady who did SNS wasnt trained in it so had to return sooner than usual for a new set. Second visit a guy did my nails with some training in SNS but gel polish used peeled on several separate occasions. Went back after the first chip for fixing; guy had an attitude in fixing his issue and wanted me to get a full new set though it hadnt even been a full week. They dont have to worry about getting my business ever again.

I went to get SNS nails and was rushed and the girl was charged $50 for just plain SNS. She did a terrible job. My nail tech friend in NC asked me who did my nails. She was so tired of looking at them that she fixed my nails for free. This is the worst shop in MD. And, yes, they were very nasty and rude. I guess they think they can talk to people any kind of way.

They are the worst, rude, and did not give great service. I had to tell the nail tech what needed to be done. Then had to ask someone else to do something that she said she could not do. I need too follow my gut next time and go where I always go.

They are mean..I asked for a Recite after my bad service..The recipe had none of their information and Im trying as of now to change this...Ive gotten cut deep on my cuticle needed antibiotics and cream for my 3rd finger..They kept burning me with the nail file..Moral of the story they need to be healed accountable for there actions.#im reporting them and every other nail place that dont give proper recites and information to the better business burl..Our nail that cast me 40 should not be crusty and infected...

I usually dont write reviews,but im pissed.The guy in there i think his name is billy.he did a HORRIBLE JOB on my nails, it look like i didnt even get a fill in...NEVER again will they get my business again .

I went there today and i asked the lady to trim my nails under before putting the acrylic nail but she got angry and left me with the nails on. Now I’m stuck with acrylics nails that are not done on one handThey also charge you extra to shape acrylic nails

Paid for my wife to get her nails done, first time here because her nail spot was closed. 1 week later, her nails like messy, white gel and the tip of the nail is pink, and the polish 8s coming off. She said thats her first and last time going there.
