I was trucking out on the east side of Green Bay today 10/8/21 and I had my oil filter break loose off my truck dumping all the oil out and leaving me stranded on the on ramp somewhat blocking traffic. I called the west mason store where my account is and Heather offered to bring me 10 gallons of oil for my semi, she also helped block traffic to insure our safety as we switched trucks around. Huge thank you to Mary and Heather for helping me out. Definitely saved the day.
Very slow service today. They had what I wanted but it took forever for them to get it and pay for it.
Even though they didn’t have what I was looking For they told me where I can find it give me a couple of quotes on prices from places around town and then recommended somewhere that I could get the part installed.
The cashier did a great job but he’s only one guy. There’s literally 4 other employees walking around and a line of over 7 people waiting to checkout with only one cashier and he’s also the only one answering the phones. Need to get some more employees willing to help customers

Called the west Mason St store on Saturday afternoon looking for a ford ignition module wrench. The guy that answered the phone told me they do not sell anything like that. I even explained to him what it was. So then I typed in Google to see if I could find it on line and it said they sell them at autozone. I went to the store and there it was in the tool isle. I went up to the counter and the guy waiting on me was the one u spoke to on the phone and he had a gray shirt on Im told he was the manager. I asked him why he told mt they didnt sell them 3 times and he wouldnt even acknowledge the question. Just ignored it and shrugged his shoulders. This place had really done down hill. You go in there and wait forever because they have 3 people putting things away and 1 guy at the counter and hes taking forever talking to customers. This was it for me I will just be going to advanced and OReilly for now on.
Seems like people here used to know more about automobiles. Still better option than the internet if you need to get rolling today. Worth a stop.
I called today to inquire about the driver position. when i asked to leave a message for the store manager. the employee that answered gave me a lot of resistance and was trying very hard to not take a message.he kept telling me it would be easier if I called back. this annoyed me greatly and gave the impression that he was being lazyafter much pushing on my end he took my number but i had to repeat it 4 times then after he was trying to end the call without my name which i also had to give multiple times.Ive been in and out of customer service since 1995 and I never treated a customer this way. this was beyond an epic fail
Went in for oil and oil filter for my Harley. I thought I would change it myself this time. All went great got exactly what I needed

Website showed they had what I needed. Got to the store and the guy wouldnt come out from behind the counter. Just pointed in the general direction where to find it and they didnt have what I needed. Poor inventory and poor service

I come to the west side of town because I know the employees here will never steer me wrong. (pun intended) Erick was extremely helpful! I needed a rear blinker bulb. After purchasing it, he came outside and installed it for me. I asked that he show me what to do that way I could do it next time. He took his time and showed me every step of the process! Thank you Erick, youre the best!
It would be nice if they had someone there that knew SOMETHING ANYTHING about cars.

The manager of AutoZone brought his tools outside in 7 degrees above zero weather and tookout my old battery and replaced it with a brand new one. He was very knowledgeable and did the job quickly thank you so much for hiring such good people
I like the service and how my situation was handled. The wait time to be served at the counter was longer than 10 minutes which is discouraging. Prices on some things are competitive.
Extremely poor customer service. We were ignored for a couple mins by whoever the guy was standing by the computer until the other employee finished with the customer she was helping.
If you just need a grab and go item, you’re far better off going to a big box store as the employees seem to prioritize helping customers with big issues. Waited almost 30 minutes to check out.
Yesterday I was driving through Green Bay and my car battery started to die. I called AutoZone to see if they could check my battery, or give me a charge and they said no problem. So I get there explain that I had called and they go out to check my battery. The guy tells me The only issue was my battery was junk and I needed a new one. So I pay almost $200 for a new battery and my car is telling me the same thing while I am in the Parking lot. I ask him to run his diagnostic check Because I was nervous to leave and he said OK. I can tell he is really struggling and that something was wrong but he tells me that the battery was fine and that there are no issues with my car, and he packs up and heads back into the store. We get past Crivitz, WI heading north and all my lights shut off and my car coasts to the side of the road by a corn field at night. I get he probably couldn’t have fixed anything but I feel like he wasn’t being honest with me.. Very disappointed. Now I feel I paid for a new battery I probably didn’t even need because that wasn’t the issue.

Went to the W Mason store to pick up a part the De Pere store didnt have. Needed a different part instead. Erick H spoke to my dad on my phone, knew what the part looked like (for a 78 El Camino) but couldnt find it right away. I said wed look other places but left my name & number...Erick found it before I started my vehicle! He ordered it & I can pick it up on Saturday! Thank you, Erick! Made my day!

I go here for all things automotive related! Very friendly and helpful staff. They dont try to oversell to the non-automotive type customer. They advise what you need and what you dont need. They will even assist you with showing you how to change your wipers or add a fluid. Great satisfaction!

The staff was friendly but was not very knowledgeable. Could only find half the stuff I requested. I wanted to order a part that I saw online but did not have the part number but new the name of the part. They were not able to find it. But I prefer using the store for general maintenance materials for my vehicles. The items are easy to find.

Normally have a great experience at any of the various locations. Today however, when I stopped to pick up an ordered part, I had my first bad interaction. Even with the receipt and having the computer say my part was in the store it so far has not been located. I stood around for 45 minutes while staff searched for it. Finally got tired of waiting and now must periodically call and ask if its been found. Thats difficult to go through when I depend on my vehicle for employment.

Worst parts store ever. Always have to wait an extremely long time just to check out. I purchased a battery a few years ago, when it was having problems they insisted on testing it first. I was told to leave it with them and come back in an hour. A hour and a half later I stopped back in the store, after waiting in line at least 10min to be helped they could not find my battery. When they finally did, it was never put on the charger and test bench. I inquired about the warranty and was told that it was not in there computer system, or was it stamped with a date, so it was automatically not covered. I purchased a new battery elsewhere. A month later I stopped in the store to get some oil and automotive detailing supplies. I had roughly 15 items. The older gentleman checking me out took litteraly 30sec to a min just to scan each item. Then on top of that went through and counted each one against the items on the screen. When he notices a few items were not scanned, he cleared the entire order and start over meticulously checking each item and price like he had all the time in the world along with the 5 people behind me. It is always a zoo in this place and under staffed, incompetent help. Later in the week I needed a differential bushing. I was told they would have it the next day. I paid for it in advance, when I stopped in the store the next day to pick it up, of course they couldnt find it. When they did finally find it they wanted me to pay for it again. Apparently it wasnt transferred from another store correctly. I did have my receipt with me, but again was not happy with the time it took to find my order and level of competency of the staff. Having managed an auto parts store many years ago, I know it can be extremely busy and stressful, but come on....this place is consistently horrible!

Sunday evening Matthew went above and beyond to help me replace a dead alternator. I didnt even ask him. He just jumped in and when he saw I was struggling. It was cold and dark out but he stayed with me until the new one was in. I offered him a few bucks for his help, he refused and simply stated I love my job and am happy to help, thats why Im here.
Great service from the lady i worked with believe she was a manager she seemed to really love her job amd gave me a military discount even when i didnt ask for it! Very helpful for future reference will be going back!

Just went in to get a battery for my car after hearing they will help me install it if I buy from them. The guy who waited on me has ZERO customer service skills. No eye contact, no smile...asked him if he could help me find the battery I need replace it and he said he didn’t feel like going out in the cold. When I asked him if anyone there could help he said I can go ask them myself. Also gave me a higher batter price at the store then when I called earlier to find out how much it would b. Geeeezz...now I remember why I don’t care for auto zone. 😒

If you end up needed to go here, expect to wait. Im not sure if its because they are just always that busy, not enough bilingual staff, understaffed, or just a a combination of all of the above.For the most part, the staff is pretty knowledgeable, but not always the quickest.

Slow service and when it finally was my turn and I told the clerk my heater wasnt working. He did not go out to my truck to see what it was or wasnt doing as they usually do. Instead looked in his parts book and tried to sell me a new heater. I asked if they installed heaters and he said no.. I said I was going to check around for other opinions. I then stopped at a full service shop and told the attendant the same about my heater. He pulled it into the service garage to take a look. After about 5 minutes he backed my truck out and told me the heater simply some how came unplugged. Sure glad I left Autozone and will not be stopping there ever as again!

Horrible. Bottom line worst autozone. I normally go to autozone all the time and it’s always I come in, non stop waiting, and rarely is someone at the front. Waited in line for 10 minutes today just to cash out. The front desk people told me someone was coming, no one did, and then the other 2 front cashiers helped 2 other people who came in after me before I decided to say screw this and walked out. Like come on even the east side Green Bay is better and then suck. Step your game up

Decent place, had to wait quite a while for the other customers being served. I had a small question to ask, would have been nice to have been at least acknowledged while standing and waiting for 30 minutes.
Staff is rude most of the time. Went in for a break line had a guy tell me over and over he couldnt help unless i knew measurements for it. When u look up said brake line only one option pops. Found this out at helpful advanced auto. And boy u should hear some of the things they say here that probably woundlt be said at a professional establishment
