I called about getting some landscaping done and heard back from Ryan almost immediately. He came out the next day to take a look at my property, promptly sent me a quote and was quick to answer my question. As soon as I sent the signed quote back though... I heard nothing. Followed up via email to make sure he received the quote a few days later. Nothing. Left two voicemails a week or so apart. No response. Im actually baffled about what happened and how A Plus Lawn just dropped off the face of the earth. 5 stars for the initial communication. 0 stars for the service/follow up. He was polite and seemed to know what he was talking about but I wouldnt recommend him unless you dont mind the possibility of wasting your time.

I sent an email asking for an estimate for full Lawncare. He replied right away asking for my address and a time to meet because he was available most of the week. I provided the information and he never showed and I never heard from him again. If he can’t reply to an inquiry, how reliable will he be to take care of your lawn? Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
