We hired Lawnmaster almost 15 years ago when we bought our home. They brought back the lawn to life in a very short time, from what was a dried up, bug infested, weedy disaster that got blasted during a hot summer.Their service, friendliness and professional have never wavered. They are always fast, responsive and courteous. Our technician, Greg has been with us forever and treats our lawn with the same concern and care as he does his own. We are always blown away. They never try to oversell you on product and stand behind their applications and job. They have educated us to pests and issues and the reason why they use different products at different time. This is one of the most trustworthy companies we have ever worked with and will use them until the day we would end up moving.

Had them treat my lawn in fall of 2016. I loved the results so pre-paid for the 6 step program for 2017. I have only received step 1 in 2017 and it is toward the end of June. Where are my other steps they promised for my pre-payment?Updated from 2 to 4 stars: I received a quick response from the company regarding the issues I am having. I guess the treatment season definitions differ quite a bit from mine. I now have a timetable to go by, so I hope the treatments are applied as promised. Thank you Lawnmasters for the quick reply.2018 May 24th: Down graded from 4 to 1 star: I have been calling to find out where my first lawn treatment has been! I get we had a lot of snow in April so it pushed things back BUT I was promised service at the end of last week or very early this week. Called again today (Thursday) and mentioned that It will now be another week! Weeds taking over, grass looks horrible and they keep pushing me back. I was told someone needs to be at the bottom of the list! Are you kidding me!?!? I am sick of this! DO NOT PREPAY! I think that is what gets you put to the bottom of the list! Find another lawn care team that actually does the work you paid for. Second year in a row dealing with this garbage! Oh yeah - it would have been June before our first treatment! That is way too late and Kevin on the phone argued with me that it wasnt! Well my weeds and lawn disagree!I certainly appreciate the response from the owner and the check refund. I guess a word of warning to customers in the Sobieski / Pulaski Area: you are last on the list every year! Spring feeding is very important for a healthy lawn and it always comes late from Lawnmaster in this area. Even when we do not have 30” of snow in April. The frustrating part is I called 2 times and was promised treatment no later than early this week. Then another week was added because as Kevin stated... I probably talked to the owner then and he doesnt have as good of a feel for the map like he does. Thank you again for the response, but maybe you should look at the map and rotate it yearly so one area isn’t always the last to be treated. Take Care.
