Lizer Lawn Care did the winterization of my sprinkler system last fall. This spring (after all the rain) I turned on the sprinkler system, only to find a large gash along the length of the pipe just outside the house - clearly had frozen and burst. I called Lizer and was told they were not responsible - to quote them Considering the age of the system, we live in WI, and there could be an underlying issue, it is not ever the company that winterizes, unless they claim to and actually do nothing. Spit pipes after 10+ years is not preventable.If they had winterized the system properly, the pipe would not have burst.

Employee told me to F... YOU when I told him he was blowing the leave over the fence into my yard that was already cleaned. After he said that I went to talk to the property owner which the employee started yelling at us while we were talking. He was very rude. I then followed him to my back yard where he said he would clean it up but he did not.
