Everyone was so nice and informative. I felt very comfortable with the experience as a new patient.

Every single time I make an appointment, they reschedule it the week before because the doctor or the hygienist will not be in. I then reschedule for months later because they have no availabilities. This has happened consistently for the past two years. I do not recommend this clinic if you want to be seen in a timely manor.

This was 1 of the best dental experiences Ive ever had.Little to no pain at all. Im always afraid of the needle for numbing but I barely felt it. Dr Lee & her staff were amazing!

McKenzie did a great job. She was professional, informed me what she was doing, and kept me comfortable during my visit. The Dr took his time and addressed any concerns I had and provided easy to understand details of the condition of my teeth.

The dental hygienist was excellent and very kind. The dentist that treated me during my visit treated me wonderfully. I wasnt scheduled for any extractions but he was willing to adjust his schedule and fit me in last minute, so he could extract the teeth that were causing me pain. Also the dental hygienist that helped the dentist with the procedure was fantastic and let me hold her hand during the procedure. Excellent staff and customer service. Midwest Dental is my favorite dental facility I have ever been treated at.

Every appointment I scheduled months in advance gets rescheduled the day before the appointment because “the hygienist won’t be in.” I then reschedule for three months later because they have no available appointments in the near future and the whole cycle repeats. In two years I’ve had one completed appointment and 4 rescheduled. 0/10 don’t recommend.

It had been longer than Id like to admit since I had been to a dentist. Mackenzie was extremely personable and professional, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist was friendly, professional and straight to the point. I definitely recommend going here for your dental needs.

The beginning of this week I had 3 fillings replaced that I had since the mid 70s. I could not have had a better experience. 2 of the 3 numbing shots were absolutely painless and the 3rd was not very bad at all. The work was done quickly, and even when the numbing finally went away a few hours after the procedure I had no problems or complications.

Loved the service of Midwest! This location was extremely understanding, helpful, and willing to work with me. The explained my issues in a kind way, and made me feel like they really cared. The work that was done was top notch, and I left feeling much better about my oral health. The were very reasonably priced for service, and guided me through the process. I had a few small issues with follow up calls and billing, but they were very worth grtting through for the excellent service.

Very friendly helpful staff. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. They dont make you feel pressured to do any work that doesnt need immediate attention. Changed from last Dentist for that reason.

It had been awhile since I saw a dentist, and Dr Briese made the visit much less stressful that I expected. The bad tooth is gone, and I survived. I would gladly see Dr Briese again in the future. Thank you.

I will start off by saying that I’ve been deathly afraid of going to the dentist since I have been little. Cleanings and fillings have always had me shaking in the chair. I recently switched our dentist to the Midwest North location with Dr. Briese, and can honestly say I have never been so comfortable at the dentist. My family has had multiple visits recently, and we had nothing but awesome service by all the staff. Everyone is super friendly and quick to comfort and fears. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Briese. Great job to all!

Awesome place. Kayla (hygienist) was awesome and gentle, and Dr. Le was awesome too. Entire staff friendly and helpful. First time I could almost fall asleep during a cleaning and I had over 2 years of buildup. If you normally hate going to the dentist, this is the place to go to.

Dr. Le and his staff are absolutely awesome ! They are caring and committed to making your dental experience a painless and easy one! Dr. Le has done a fantastic job on my teeth and I highly recommend him ! Every procedure I have had done there turned out wonderful and thanks to them my smile looks so much better than before !!

Disappointed that business waited 9-12 months then sent threatening letters about this debt.I always payed and made sure I had no outstanding balances after services.I was happy with this company, dental service excellent. This is not, and should not have occured.The threatening letters seem generated after internal business audit. So this is disappointing.Guess I will look for a new provider, going to miss the service I received.Not going to miss the threats.

Been going there for a few years, and have had wonderful experiences! They have even helped me with cold sores and canker sores. Great, friendly staff!

The receptionist does not know what she is doing. I had a recent run in with my account due to her lack of knowledge on how the billing process works. She is rude and lacks common sense. The hygienists were great with my family and very friendly as well as the dentist. The lower rating is due to the receptionist. I would recommend this clinic because of the other workers.

Excellent experience, especially considering the work done. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible, and felt as though I was in good hands the entire procedure (root planing...ugh). I intend to stick with these guys going forward. very, very helpful with explaining billing as well.

Everyone in the office from the front to the back is professional and caring. The office is comfortable and clean and they have modern equipment. I am happy to have my family at this office!

Went in today with major pain. Staff was great, dentist was fantastic. They explained everything and took great care to make it as easy as possible for me. I had a root canal and 2 extractions. 5 hrs later and no pain and very very little discomfort. Definitely will be long term patient.

Did a good job cleaning and explaining my bill. The staff did an excellent job making me feel comfortable. Definitely recommending Midwest dental to friends and family.

When I first went there to get work done it was fine however soon after they practically call you a liar and then will recommend more and more expensive treatments that will cost more than most people can afford. As well there billing is only estimates and doesnt match up as you will pay upfront and then receive a bill at the end of the year due to there miscalculation. In summary dont go to this office ever as you will pay more before they are done. Even if they do good work it isnt worth it if they dont listen to anyother opinions from experts or will ignore you and just do what they like in the end. I will not ever step into another midwest dental office again due to this.

Just became a new patient at this Midwest Dental location. My experience exceeded expectations! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They took time to explain things throughly and answer questions I had during and after exam. After the appt and treatment recommendations they called my insurance company and gave me all the facts on my coverage. It was reassuring to know the facts about everything and not feel pressured by the staff. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Do not go there, they say one price then charge another,. billing is messed up they over charge, and tooth still hurts.
