Dr. Parmar and all of the staff were fantastic. I needed an extraction and did not know if I wanted sedation or local. Dr. Parmar explained all my options and whatever I am comfortable with. Great listener and even better with distracting me from the IV for the meds. Would definitely come back here again and see Dr. Parmar and staff!

I highly recommend Dr Parmar! He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He is very compassionate. He fully explained my procedure and answered all my questions. My extraction and dental implant went smoothly.

I had a very good experience with the doctors at Bay Oral and am currently having a nightmare of a time with their billing department. My treatment was paid in full at the time of my procedure (according to them), and one week later at the time of my checkup. Now- mysteriously, there is a new bill that no one in their office can justify or rectify, yet they persist. At the time of payment the accounting department seemed confused and the quotes for my treatment seemed to vary from person to person. I would warn future patients to seek ultimate transparency on treatment costs before becoming a patient here.

Even during COVID-19, I felt safe and taken care of at Bay Oral. Despite being sensitive to many medical procedures, the folks at Bay Oral made my procedure comfortable and safe.

I had my tooth extraction and implant done by Dr. Ellis. He and his staff are AMAZING! He is excellent and kind and always made sure I was comfortable. I could write forever on his expertise.if you need any oral surgery done, I would very highly recommend Dr. Ellis!!. He will take awesome care of you, along with his wonderful staff.

I was terrified of getting my wisdom teeth removed, and rescheduled a few times. However, from the moment I sat in the chair, my surgeon and his well-trained staff walked me through every step, explaining everything thoroughly, including timing and steps. During the procedure, which lasted all of about 5 minutes, the surgeon explained everything he was doing as he gently removed the teeth, even with the pressure he needed to apply. The surgeon was AMAZING. I highly recommend this facility. They called the next day to make sure I was doing well. Post-procedure healing has gone just as they said it would.

I have taken Dad to Bay Oral several times for extractions and, most recently, implants. Each time, Dad has been treated with dignity and respect. He has physical uniqueness that makes treatment complicated. The entire staff has been dedicated and open in order to effectively treat Dad, providing the best possible care. We are both truly grateful and highly recommend the staff at Bay Oral (both East and West side).

Ive been here twice for oral surgery for an extraction and implant at my regular dentists recommendation. I only had local anesthesia (by my choice) and felt no pain whatsoever. The staff is courteous and concerned. Dr. Jason Lemoine explained everything, answered questions and even had a (greatly appreciated) sense of humor. If you need a specialist this is the place to go!

Dr. Taleb treated my with utmost compassion. After 5-6 days of tooth pain, which was the result of a cracked tooth, he worked me in between his scheduled cases, and I still felt like I was his only patient. I left there with such relief, and look forward to a fast return to dental health.

Had wisdom teeth and #3 for total of 5 extracted had no pain could not believe that they were out. I would highly recommend this place on the east side of green bay

This is one of those places that you never WANT to visit, but should you ever need to, you want to be as comfortable as possible. At my recent visit, I was assisted by a very friendly woman at the check-in desk (Im so sorry I didnt get your name). Once I was checked in, I was greeted by one of the nicest assistants named Megan. She walked me through what was going to happen during my visit and that the doctor would answer any questions I had. I know she had other things to do and other patients to take care of, but she sat and just chatted with me for a good 5 minutes....not all about the procedure. That was really nice! Dr. Parmar did my extraction and could not have been more helpful and professional. He was up front with me about what to expect and eventually, it felt like I was speaking to a friend instead of the guy that was going to pull my tooth. I would highly recommend Bay Oral to anyone requiring any type of oral surgery!

I have been very disappointed with the post surgery customer service that my husband has experienced following the extraction of his wisdom teeth. No one should ever have to beg the physician to follow up when a patient is experiencing unexplained pain of discomfort. The on-call surgeon that responded initially was an out of state, rude, pompous physician. Patients in pain do not care to be patronized and pushed off, as though they are a nuisance. Please do not accept any referrals to this place, the experience with the surgeons have been the worst. The bed side manners-so to speak, leave too much to be desired. We will not return. I could not leave ZERO stars as it deserves.

I have just gone in their not to long ago and had the coolest experience ever the doctor walked in and we started talking about what was going to happen then he asked me what i called my hat which is a beany or a chuke depending on if you come from Michigan or not

Check-in was easy, the extraction went smoothly. Very little post-op discomfort.
