The moment I stepped through the door I was greeted warmly and everyone I spoke with was so nice. The assistant and doctor listened to my concerns carefully and helped me understand what may have been causing my discomfort. The doctor made corrections and made sure to answer any questions I had. As I was leaving I felt like I was saying good bye to people who really cared that I had a good rest of my day even though this was my first time ever being there. The whole experience was so positive I left smiling. :)

I had a great experience at Green Bay Smiles. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I got a thorough cleaning and exam without pain. My hygienist took extra care to make sure I stayed comfortable the whole time. The office is very organized; making appointment, checking in, checking out and payment went very smoothly.

Our children have always had positive experiences here. The hygienists are gentle and relate well to kids. The doctors dont make you feel guilty if you aren’t a champion flosser and instead provide practical tips that are easy to adopt.

Hygienist was thorough, professional and personable. Dentist took the time to explain why my teeth had moved the way they did and gave me a referral to an orthodontist.Great experience and great team!

I was hesitant to see a new dentist after seeing the same one my whole life up to this point (entire immediate and some extended family still see him, so the office really knows me), but this was a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and does a great job at explaining what theyre doing and finding. The technology was great--there were some cool tools Ive never seen before (especially the mini camera that took pictures of my teeth)! Plus I really appreciated knowing exactly what I am going to pay for my next appointment.

Been going to Green Bay Smiles for a few years, they always do a wonderful job. I recently had to get a crown and was very nervous. Dr Messer and her support staff (Tiffany & Ally) were exceptional! My whole family goes to Green Bay Smiles! Hygienist Rachel is easy to carry a conversation with, makes us all laugh, great with kids, and finds a way to relate to you. Dr. Beau is so gentle and very kind. The other hygienists and assistants all greet us, compliment my shoes, and make us feel welcome! You can tell they all get along and are like a family by the way the talk to and respect each other. They even have the most relaxing worship music playing, which won my heart over. We’re very thankful we found such a wonderful dental office in Green Bay after trying 3 others!

Just had a my first experience as a new patient at Green Bay Smiles. I 100% would recommend anyone looking for new dental or looking for a change. Overall they have a great receptionist who was very helpful with questions and super friendly. To the dental hygienist who answer my questions and did a great cleaning on my teeth. Even the dentist was personable as well. People are always quick to only give bad reviews but never take the time to give great reviews. Great job all around.
