Great place to go, they changed my custom brakes and also fix my calipers. This is a safe reliable spot to work on your car! And nick and mike is the best, they took time out of their day off to get me on the road when the business was closed on Saturday. Definitely recommend!

Crooks from the word go. Broke an expensive part then expected me to pay for the damage. Then ordered a reman part and thats not what they broke. I will never take my car or suggest anyone else does. Took advantage of my need to have the car on the road and figured Id pay whatever I had to get it fixed.

Have always done a great job on both my cars. Had an alignment done, tires mounted, valvecover gasket installed, fenders rolled, and a few oil changes. Always quick and great work.

A huge thank you to Tier 3 Automotive. I had been in Green Bay from Appleton, and my car just would not start. I had been freaking out worried about how I was going to get back home. I had called Tier 3 Automotive because they were super close. I spoke to Nick on the phone trying to explain that I believe I enable the anti theft and my car would not start. Nick had been super nice, didnt talk down to me or try to brush me off. We had figured out I had a dead battery. In my mind I was thinking I was going to call someone else to get my battery jumped as I was in a parking lot and had no jumper cables. Nick right away offer to send out a guy with Jumper pack to try to jump my car. Casey who had come to jump my car had been super professional and friendly the kind of guy I would trust with my grandma. The jump hadnt been working turns out the battery was completely dead, and the shop had been closing in that very moment we realized I need a new battery. Nick, Casey, and another one of their coworkers instead of punching out and going home. Sold me a battery at a great price, and installed it into my car for me. I just cant thank the guys enough at Tier 3 auto. I myself work in customer service, always pushing hard to make sure my customer is fully help. It just makes me so happy to meet other business who are also passionate about their customers.

The service is great, and everyone is very honest. I have had a lot of bad mechanics and shops over the last 15 years and my long search for a good one is finally over. I have been going to Mike for several years now and I dont have any complaints. If you have a Subaru especially this is a great place to go. There isnt a day I go there and they dont have an engine ripped apart from one of them. They literally can do almost anything here.

I really appreciate these guys! On the spot service, fair pricing, and they are always willing to work with you. I used to go to Goodyear in Howard, but once I found these guys and found out that they werent trying to rip me off every minute that they could, like Goodyear, I stuck with them for the past five years now. If you want honest mechanics these are the guys, folks.

I recently bought a used car that was in need of a lot of work. The previous owner had lowered the suspension, install the wrong size tires, and improperly maintained the vehicle overall. I asked around though several social media groups, who people would recommend. Four out of five said they would recommend Tier 3. I am highly critical of other peoples work and most often will do it myself to ensure things are done to my standards. I took a chance with Tier 3 and have absolutely no regrets. They exceeded my expectations and I couldnt be happier with the work performed. They also took the time to show me how to adjust the coilovers and tune the ride it to my comfort and likeing. They have earned my business and trust on any future work I should need done, and have earned the 5 star rating.

Was looking for a shop and they came highly recommended. Very satisfied with their service.

These guys didnt even make an attempt on my car before not only giving up but saying my car is essentially a shell. All they did was open the drivers side door, and opened the hood, then gave up without touching anything because there were too many hands in it. They didnt even try using a code reader (which I dont have) to know whats going on which in itself is the go-to for literally any shop. The only thing that was done to it was that the engine covers were taken off, and all the plastic that covers all the wiring in the cab were removed as well. Laziest shop Ive ever been to.
